Thermalium Wellness & Spa Hotel by Vima

2 families from New York and Bulgaria had vacation at Thermalium hotel in April. We arrived much earlier as compared to formal check - in time, however we were gladly accepted. The personnel at the reception desk was very nice and polite. The room they provided to us was even better as the one what we booked. The balcony view was breathtaking, magnificent. The variety of the food wasn't so big, but everything was fresh and delicious. Restaurant staff acted very fast and professionally, helping us enjoying the food. Special thanks for manager named Ozgur, he was everywhere and assisted us with many different issues. It was a pleasant surprise that they gave us extra benefit- free tea with the different cookies. We enjoyed them! Thanks for your hospitality!

I stayed here for two nights with my brothers, and in the morning we had an excellent Turkish hammam by Mr. Ahmet who delivered exceptional service, highly recommend him!

The Receptionist Ms. Öznur was very helpful and attentive to our needs who made sure we got the best room with the best view for our second night, she also assisted with knowledgeable guidance on Yalova city.

I visited this hotel on a regular weekday and not on the weekend. It was almost empty. The place represents a very wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature away from the noise of cities. There is a sulfur water pool and it is very hot. The view is very wonderful, overlooking a lake. The food was good but not delicious. There is a parking place in front of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy and there is a balcony. I recommend it to those looking for a break in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of life. The restaurant closes at 11 pm and there is no food after that, and there is no supermarket nearby

I I recently visited spa and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the spa itself was very clean and well-maintained. I opted for a full-body massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The masseuse was very skilled and attentive to my needs. The ambiance of the spa was very relaxing and soothing, and I felt completely rejuvenated after my session.
P.S: I felt cold because the spa room was cold.

The spa is amazing, I had Turkish Hammam, which is very nice, Also one of the best messages in my life, I thank Mr Ahmed the messuer who’s very experienced message therapist for his excellent message.

This is a great place.  We really liked the hotel and the service.  Excellent breakfast and dinner, I really enjoyed it.  The massage is very relaxing.  I am not completely satisfied with the cleanliness.  The hotel was not very busy at the time of our arrival, but for example in the salt room during our entire stay there were either wrappers or plastic cups on the floor.  Plastic wrappers from slippers fly near the pool.  Although I saw that the spa area is constantly cleaned.  Also the floors in our room were dusty.  The balcony was also not clean.  There were also no mugs in the room, which was unusual.  There is a kettle, tea and sugar, but no mugs.  We called reception and they brought us cardboard cups and instant coffee so we could drink coffee.  I was also surprised that there is no barista, I would love to drink a cup of quality coffee in the morning and evening, the first thing in the city I went to a cafe.  The hotel also lacks a place where you can walk in the evening, when I booked, I saw that there was a green area around and thought there might be walking paths, but there are none, which is a pity.  In any case, I recommend, this is a very good hotel with good service.  I think this is a super place to spend a weekend or just a day to get distracted, swim in the thermal and regular pools, go for a massage and have a delicious meal.

Thermalium hotel is an amazing hotel suraunded by trees and lake. Everything is perfect. Begining from the kind people at the reception to the location, views, restaurant, the pool, spa center, spring warm water, and customer service. It is a paradise. I very recommend this hotel for people who like nature, adventure, and lauxury.

I should say here is great. I came to this area before but my first time in this hotel. And that was amazing. Specially spa. Special to Mr ahmad. I had massages with same experience in Malaysia. But ahmad was super great.
I just have a suggestion regarding out door pool was not clean. And also dinned and breakfast can be better. But believe me people here are one of the best. My mom is old and they were very kind to her and helpful.

The hotel was amazing, it is in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The thermal spa was amazing. I had a massage straight after with Ahmad and he was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Highly recommend checking in. I’m staying for a night here for now, but I plan on staying longer when I come back again.
