I love staying at this particular Crowne Plaza. The skyline hasn't changed much and the rooms are still very comfortable. I took a superior double this time and it is very well appointed. The restaurant here is on the 19th floor so you can go outside and take in the view of Bursa. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. There has been a huge development of the area surroundig the Hotel over recent years so there are now lots of shops and a plethora of restaurants within 5 -10 minutes walk. Overall highly recommended. Top marks.

One to remember.. we had the best time. From rooms, to breakfast, to thermal pool to turkish baths, we loved it all. Our crew included a surgeon, a dentist and a university rector and we have all thoroughly appreciated everything. We would like to especially thank the wonderful staff, who were all so very polite and attentive. Thank you very much for a memorable family holiday.

Excellent service, attentive stuff, especially in breakfast serving area, Emine and her colleagues were exceptionally professional and welcoming. There is another Gentleman in reception area who was extremely helpful, I can’t recall his name but he spoke English and Arabic. Outdoor pull was closed for quite some time which was very unfortunate especially during hot summer days

Stayed at the hotel for one night (10-11 Feb 2024).
Not recommended to stay during the winter because they shut-off the air conditioning for the whole winter season. Unless, bring your own fan to comfort yourself. Rate was not discounted too.
However, Food and customer service were good.

A very good experience staying at the property, good service and helpful staff. All staff speaks english very well. Food is good and well presented. Amenities are good at restroom.

How is this a 5-star hotel and they ask you to "open the window" when the AC is not working properly?? The room temperature is 25 degrees and the manager is saying they don't/can't have the AC turned on because it's December!! Are you kidding me?? I'm supposed to sweat all night because you took my money but want to save on your energy bill? Totally ruined my one night stay and I'm definitely not coming here again.
