Andalouse Elegant Suite Hotel

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, however, not as beautiful as the images show.
The bathroom smelled and the floor was wet when we arrived. The elevator is very slow and there is a queue on it. We once had a torn bed sheet.
There was a language barrier with the reception staff as not all speak English, and they take more than 10 min for room service.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which has a friendly staff but lack of professional turist service. As I tried many hotels there the cleaning of the room is on daily basis and this is standard except when the guest mark the room with " Please don't disturb" label on the door. Here the situation is different! We asked the housekeeper to clean the room when we left in the morning but unfortunately the room wasn't clean when we came back at the evening. When I mentioned that to the receptionist they explained that they don't clean the room if the guest don't ask which we did. On the other hand, they helped us to manage a car trip to different places. We had a penthouse room with bubbelbath and the room had a gorgeous view over Trabzon airport, the black sea and part of the city. The breakfast was a mediocre.

I have stayed in this hotel for three nights with my family.
We took 3 bedrooms. Each have different sizes.
Location of hotel is near airport.
