Bayrak Grand Hotel

We stayed at the hotel as part of the tour for only one night.

Positive: beautiful views from the room and restaurant, good tasty food. Cleanliness in the rooms and in the bathroom. There are 2 elevators.

Negative:
1. the bed was clean, but the whole impression was spoiled by the holes in the sheet, I am attaching a photo. more attention should be paid to these issues.
2. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, this was a fundamental issue, as it was necessary to contact the family abroad. The hotel staff did not try to help, they wanted to explain that the problem was with my phone. as a result, it turned out that the modem on the floor was without electricity, after turning on the modem - the Internet appeared, nobody apologize for this inconvenience.

We had two deluxe suite with king size bed, and one single bed. The rooms were clean. The furniture was new and the surface was good. But the location was in the middle of an industrial area. Nevertheless, we had a Mountain View that was amazing and the breakfast was on the fifth floor with a nice view and variety of food.

We stayed here as a family of three people on our trip to Trabzon on our return to Batumi, the hotel is spacious, clean, the rooms are fully modern and suitable for the family, the staff is especially friendly and relevant, the hotel has its own unique scent, which is very nice, especially the friend working at the reception who helped us in all matters and Ms.Ebru Aydın, who did not spare her interest and attention from us at breakfast in the morning, thanks very much, if we come again, we will definitely stop by here.

Great service, the room we got was amazing and the breakfast was awesome. Reception is helpful and the 2 girls serving breakfast are very friendly and nice to talk to. There's a SOK convenient store right below, which makes it very very convenient to get a drink or snack. However, I must mention that having a car is a necessity when staying here which I'm glad we did as the city centre is about 15 mins drive away.

The hotel is magnificent, very calm, with very kind and professional staff. It offers a very spacious, well-renovated, clean room with everything you need! I highly recommend it, especially for its great value for the price

Initially, I booked one night, but then I extended my reservation for an additional week at this hotel. From that I’ll start.
In fact, in all honesty, the hotel is new and very clean. The wonderful arrangement and the utmost precision, and also the calm and comfortable lighting gives you a feeling of calm and comfort. As for the rooms, they are extremely clean, with a comfortable mattress, very clean furnishings, and also professionally designed, with simple, beautiful, uncomplicated décor, and layout that makes you feel at the level of five- or four-star hotel rooms, and they may be better, and this is a relative and varying matter. The room size is very reasonable depending on the number of people. The bathrooms are spacious, very clean, and tidy, including accessories, towels, and strong water flow when showering. Most of the rooms overlook the mountains with a somewhat reasonable view, meaning that the room will be spacious. As for breakfast, it is served ready-made, not in a buffet system, but it is simple, varied and furnished, and the highest in cleanliness and order when served. In short, you will like it, and here is a matter of tastes, but it is a good breakfast. It is served in the hotel's restaurant hall, which is spacious, clear, very clean and very tidy, all overlooking the main street and the area. Frankly speaking, this hotel pays significant attention to cleanliness and arrangement according to its classification, which I previously mentioned could surpass some of the hotels classified as five or four stars in this regard. As for the location, it is frankly located in an almost rural area, but in a nice location on the main street and in a large area, and it provides parking for the cars of hotel visitors. Some may consider it somewhat far from the popular and familiar residential areas of Trabzon for most tourists. It is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away from the airport or the Maydan. According to my experience, the distance will not be felt at all because the length of the street from both sides has views of the mountains and clouds and the street does not have any crowding or traffic. There is a public transportation station Dolmush directly behind the hotel and it is constantly available from 6 in the morning until 11 in the evening at a price of 16 and a half liras per line directly from the hotel to the Maydan square and from. The square to the hotel. As for the room fare price, it is quite reasonable based on what I mentioned from my experience as a traveler compared with most of other hotels based on what you expect to get. For your information too, there is also a supermarket below the hotel that serves the residents of the area in general. Honestly, this hotel is worth a try, especially for people or families who rent a car. As for safety, it is safe and the hotel owners are present in the hotel almost all the time from early in the morning until midnight on a daily basis. The hotel owner and his sons are the height of morals, taste and generosity. Honestly, the family deserves to be greeted, especially the elderly father with the sweet smile 🙂. As for the service and reception, their treatment is sophisticated, polite, and the highest in morals and respect. I enjoyed my time here as the hotel service was perfect. The staff were so kind and polite that make you feel home. The room is well-lit, clean and spacious, with an abundance of natural light. It has been thoroughly sanitized that was a peace of mind.
It’s located far from the crowd of the city. It Situated near the verdant embrace of the jungle and serves as a sanctuary where guests can relish in the delightful melodies of birdsong.
Anyway don't miss the opportunity to visit the magnificent Sumela Monastery (which is close to this hotel) , an architectural marvel perched on a steep cliff, offering breathtaking views.
