A big big Thank you to Fatih, who since the beginning of our 1 week stay has gone out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of, provided us with the best possible price and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable

I was here for work for 2 days, I really liked it, the staff is friendly, if there are any questions, you can find a person at the reception 24/7 and ask for help, there are 2 swimming pools, a spa and a small shop in the hotel itself

Would have given 5 stars but the pool had too much chlorine and had rubbish at the bottom on the far end plus we were expecting an open buffet for dinner instead of a set menu

Amazing place , stuff are very kind and welcoming, we came here to have a vacation with my family and we had great time, the food ıs excellent and spa ıs amazing 😍😍😍😍 thank you lova hotel ı really recommend thıs hotel and we will come back for sure

First of all, i loved how clean the hotel and the room was. The room service was also good. If you go to this hotel make sure get a massage. And the hotel is easily accessible with shuttles from inside of yalova

Great hotel, great services, bad location. - nice working spa center - very nice gym - nice open swimming pool I do recommend this place if your journey is job related. Not ideal for vacation due to the bad location

I was now a few times at Elegance hotel for working in the shipyards

All personnel including housekeeping, waitering, reception and waitering was exceptional. Gym is well equiped and kept tidy and clean. The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi connection

It's an average business trip hotel with all the necessary fasilities, I had a nice view from my 6th floor room to the Marmaris sea and super comfortable bed, the laundry service was very good, they always delivered the laundry at the same day

Upscale hotel in a not so nice area of Yalova. Away from the center, there is nothing literally to around, you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, unless you want to cross a double lane road

He was keen to provide us with his best services to change the rooms for the better and more spacious, had it not been for the unwanted hotel manager who was on the lookout and rejected him, knowing that there was a diamond membership

The young staff at the computer did their best, towels and bathrobes are provided to the rooms late

Special thanks for manager named Ozgur, he was everywhere and assisted us with many different issues. It was a pleasant surprise that they gave us extra benefit- free tea with the different cookies
