Unfortunately there is no bellboy nobody helps us about to our luggages a bit far away from city center rest of conditions we ok

The hotel is very quiet even it's near the highway also the room is comfortable . The staff are helpful and friendly, if i am coming back to yalova definitely i will stay in the same hotel.

It is one of the best hotels in Yalova, but the carpets, especially in the floors and halls, are not clean and smell.

Nice but bad restaurants. Good: Nice hotel. Good fitness facilities. Bad: Expencive not so good food and serving cold rockhard baguetts as starters.

The hotel is average and does not meet the standards of a 4–5 star property. Basic essentials were missing, and the spa amenities were not very clean. I expected better quality and comfort. On the positive side, the breakfast items were diverse and enjoyable, and the food prices were reasonable. However, even basic services such as a toothbrush kit or an iron came at an extra charge.

A small but very efficient hotel and I would stay in it any time I visit Yalova. It’s clean and great food, the pool is lovely and their spa is amazing

The lady at the reception kept us busy, she was the one in charge there. Normally we should have gone to the room at 14:00, but they took us to the room at 15:30. Beautiful place with cozy room. Hamam and spa is also perfect. Love this place and inshaalla will be back again to Yalova. The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated

Great swimming pools, great service and good welcoming and food.

The hotel (rooms, facilities, pool, etc.,) is very clean. The room was spacious. The best thing was the Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommended. The breakfast was good (variety and taste) The only downside was the dinner. It lacked variety and was not great overall. But, you can have dinner outside there are several nearby restaurants.

Hotel's location is wonderful. Service is excellent especially the receptionist (his name is Sami). He is very kind and helpful. Room size is ok but there is no balcony. Still the view is splended and room is very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is very nice and clean with nature srounded. Also there is at downstairs a big nice and clean thermal pool. We just LOVED this recently remodeled hotel. The saunas and thermal pools were so clean and luxurious! And everything included in the price, including the extensive breakfast and dinner buffets, make this place a real deal. Elegant and very clean, with comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff. One of our favorite hotel experiences, anywhere.

Everything was great! Breakfasts were good. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to Yalova Termal Kaplicalari. Excellent pool with thermal water and sauna (open until 8 pm). We would be happy to come back!

Very nice hotel. Mr. Aras at the reception was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the thermal pool very much. The only thing was that the pool should open early and close late - pools should be open by 6 am and close by midnight. That was our only concern that the pool and billiard opened at 10 am ( TOOOOO late) and closed really early like 10 pm!

Newly refurbished hotel, Beds are two single beds and small kind off for a big guys , rooms small too, prices is so cheap , approximately 20$, service excellent, desk speaks English , and breakfast us luxury and included, I highly recommend for a low budget.
