The hotel itself is clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms though are too hot and lock the thermostat that you cannot make it lower so our nights sleep wasn’t that good. Additionally turkey gets a lot of english and russian speaking visitors and their tv package dismal. 1 russian channel and 3 english channels with nothing to watch on them. They have a good receptionist named Ogus. He was keen to provide us with his best services to change the rooms for the better and more spacious, had it not been for the unwanted hotel manager who was on the lookout and rejected him, knowing that there was a diamond membership. Upscale hotel in a not so nice area of Yalova. Away from the center, there is nothing literally to around, you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, unless you want to cross a double lane road. Inside the atmosphere is very nice with a good restaurant.

I was now a few times at Elegance hotel for working in the shipyards. The people are very friendly, the services they offer are always improving, the rooms get cleaned everyday and the laundry service is very good and fast. They offer quite a lot of good food in the restaurant and if you have some extra wish (like just vegetables) they will also make it happen. I want to and will return in the future...

First of all, i loved how clean the hotel and the room was. Amazing. The room service was also good. If you go to this hotel make sure get a massage. So calming and relaxing. And the hotel is easily accessible with shuttles from inside of yalova. The food could be alittle better but it wasn't bad. Overall loved the place.

I would say overall it’s a great hotel. Especially the location. There is things can improve like changing the breakfast menu a bit.

The hotel (rooms, facilities, pool, etc.,) is very clean. The room was spacious. The best thing was the Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommended. The breakfast was good (variety and taste) The only downside was the dinner. It lacked variety and was not great overall. But, you can have dinner outside there are several nearby restaurants.

It's a quiet little boutique hotel with a friendly staff and very warm waters. Hakem the guest services person took real good care of us during our stay. If you can get a room on the 4th floor the views from the balcony are wonderful and you can see so many stars. The hotel is very high class and very clean with excellent people in service. I visited the rooms specially the deluxe ones that are amazing. Also the pool and spa are very well equipped.

I give 4 star because of the problem with the spa, there's no pool slipper for the guest. Walking in ther without any footwear is a big hassle and really dangerous, while they are so conservative about hair cover for the pool. Which one is important for the guest hairs will ruin your water refinery. Or the people who slipping on the slippery shiny wet stones?

It doesn't worth the money they ask. I compare it with a neighboring hotel, which is twice cheaper but located better, almost in the forest. The spa area here looks slightly more luxurious and rooms are bigger and cozier. Nevertheless, it's similarly pretty old and similarly with almost no noise insulation. And a terrible bath with mold was disappointing.

Newly refurbished hotel, Beds are two single beds and small kind off for a big guys , rooms small too, prices is so cheap , approximately 20$, service excellent, desk speaks English , and breakfast us luxury and included, I highly recommend for a low budget.
