Expensive for this OLD HOTEL, its need restoration work, in swimming pool at first, food like for ill people, everything was boil and not tasty, no meat, no fish, just boil vegetables what is too dry and not tasty, chiken legs just in in shock for this money must be something nice, before this hotel I was in 4 star also this termal city there was cheaper, better food and everything and ITS WAS LOVELY...

Öznur was very helpful and attentive to our needs who made sure we got the best room with the best view for our second night, she also assisted with knowledgeable guidance on Yalova city

The personnel at the reception desk was very nice and polite. The room they provided to us was even better as the one what we booked. The balcony view was breathtaking, magnificent

The variety of the food wasn't so big, but everything was fresh and delicious. Restaurant staff acted very fast and professionally, helping us enjoying the food

It's an average business trip hotel with all the necessary fasilities, I had a nice view from my 6th floor room to the Marmaris sea and super comfortable bed, the laundry service was very good, they always delivered the laundry at the same day

Upscale hotel in a not so nice area of Yalova. Away from the center, there is nothing literally to around, you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, unless you want to cross a double lane road

Great hotel, great services, bad location. - nice working spa center - very nice gym - nice open swimming pool I do recommend this place if your journey is job related. Not ideal for vacation due to the bad location

I was now a few times at Elegance hotel for working in the shipyards

All personnel including housekeeping, waitering, reception and waitering was exceptional. Gym is well equiped and kept tidy and clean. The only disappointment was the Wi-Fi connection

I was here for work for 2 days, I really liked it, the staff is friendly, if there are any questions, you can find a person at the reception 24/7 and ask for help, there are 2 swimming pools, a spa and a small shop in the hotel itself

Would have given 5 stars but the pool had too much chlorine and had rubbish at the bottom on the far end plus we were expecting an open buffet for dinner instead of a set menu

First of all, i loved how clean the hotel and the room was. The room service was also good. If you go to this hotel make sure get a massage. And the hotel is easily accessible with shuttles from inside of yalova

the rooms are big and the services are good. The swimming pool is perfect We enjoyed the stay One point to improve is the breakfast buffet I stayed in the same hotel a year ago in the breakfast was better than this year

Old but well kept, excellent location. Guests must request to see the room before paying otherwise they put you in a small room then ask for additional $ to get a bigger room, restaurant staff are good, especially Yasmen

-they can only give you one room card, they dont have more than one for each room, so if youre planning on separating then meet again at the hotel room, it would be nearly impossible

The cons arent that bad, it doesn't bother me alot, so 4 stars seems fair rating, if you could neglect the cons this hotel will be perfect

However, the swimming pool was not clean to swim and we were there in March so the weather wasn't encourging

They have swimming pool and mini cottage also for you who want to spend a night there :)

Resort between the mountains, wooden villas, farm animals arround the place, swimming pool, one of the best experiences in my life, highly recommend

The place is a bit far a way from the city but they have their own resturant, the breakfast is delicious and the luch is okay. We enjoyed our stay and recommended to stay couple of days away from the city noice

The places is great, between the mountains and it has a nice location near a river, the owners are really friendly and welcoming. We tried the hobit and the bangalows both are very comfortable
