The hotel itself is clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms though are too hot and lock the thermostat that you cannot make it lower so our nights sleep wasn’t that good. Additionally turkey gets a lot of english and russian speaking visitors and their tv package dismal. 1 russian channel and 3 english channels with nothing to watch on them. Otherwise it was a great stay.

They have a good receptionist named Ogus. He was keen to provide us with his best services to change the rooms for the better and more spacious, had it not been for the unwanted hotel manager who was on the lookout and rejected him, knowing that there was a diamond membership. Upscale hotel in a not so nice area of Yalova. Away from the center, there is nothing literally to around, you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, unless you want to cross a double lane road. Inside the atmosphere is very nice with a good restaurant.

I had an awesome time at Elegance Resort Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Location is nice. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at this place 3 times. The service is excellent. The rooms are clean. The food is really good. A suggestion that if they could add some indian dishes it would be a great welcome. Overall I love this place.

I was now a few times at Elegance hotel for working in the shipyards. The people are very friendly, the services they offer are always improving, the rooms get cleaned everyday and the laundry service is very good and fast. They offer quite a lot of good food in the restaurant and if you have some extra wish (like just vegetables) they will also make it happen. I want to and will return in the future...

First of all, i loved how clean the hotel and the room was. Amazing. The room service was also good. If you go to this hotel make sure get a massage. So calming and relaxing. And the hotel is easily accessible with shuttles from inside of yalova. The food could be alittle better but it wasn't bad. Overall loved the place.

Though it's not a luxury hotel (and not pretending to be), I had a great experience at Hotel Beksiti. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent and more than helpful. Seriously, Berat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Yalova.

I would say overall it’s a great hotel. Especially the location. There is things can improve like changing the breakfast menu a bit.

It is a new and very well organized hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had our dinner at the hotel' s restaurant. The food is very delicious, we've tried mushroom soup and chicken alfredo. They are very helpfull and kind. They were preparing for New Year's eve. The fireplace, lights and the decoration was great.

The hotel is located in the center of Altinova. New hotel, above average breakfast. Receptionists are very gentle and polite. Lobby is clean and tidy but, i can't say the same things for the room i stayed. When i entered the room it looks good furnished, well designed but, i saw some women and men hairs on the duvet and bedsheet. The places is great, between the mountains and it has a nice location near a river, the owners are really friendly and welcoming. We tried the hobit and the bangalows both are very comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not clean to swim and we were there in March so the weather wasn't encourging. The place is a bit far a way from the city but they have their own resturant, the breakfast is delicious...

This place was pretty good. The staff is very nice and friendly. Really enjoyed their breakfast. If you visit Altınova, Yalova, don't forget to stop by for breakfast or just chill out with your loved ones. They have swimming pool and mini cottage also for you who want to spend a night there :)
