I rented a room for 2 nights for my daughter's birthday to swim and we had so much fun. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. We felt welcomed truly enjoyed our experience. We checked out and my daughter left her iPhone and we got a call from the manager saying they found her phone. All in all great experience most definitely will go back.

The hotel is really cool looking, especially when traveling with kids. We got an artist room.. we liked it a lot. We came for first weekend of balloon fiesta. They have grab and go breakfast burritos starting at 4 am. Good location close to the 25 and food nearby.. The only negative thing is their actual customer service. The ladies up at the front were all really great.. when we first checked in on Friday I asked the lady if they had any Sunday late checkouts because I knew it was a crazy weekend for the fiesta. She said they did and I could check out at 2 pm. However the next day I went to get something from front desk and a man told someone they don't have late checkouts. I asked him to confirm that mine was already done and he was very rude and told me there were no late checkouts during balloon fiesta weekends. I told him I spoke to another employee and he didn't even let me finish talking before telling me again they don't have late checkouts. I would have been ok with it had she told me the day before because we made lunch reservations for 245 so we had nowhere to go from 12 til about 230. Otherwise all was fine.

I will start by saying the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. They definitely get an A+! The facility and rooms are need of upgrades. Things felt a bit outdated and tired. Our tv didn’t work, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the amount of toilet paper left for us was very minimal. Likewise, the only elevator in the entire hotel broke, leaving my mother, with limited mobility, and I in the lurch. We are lucky she managed the stairs with a few rest breaks. Otherwise, we would’ve had to call for firemen or paramedics.

Great location. Cool place. Room carpet needs an update or good shampoo. The tub faucet was hard to figure out. The window drape was hanging off the hooks & let the beating sun in. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pool was nice. Great customer service at check in. Very nice stay. Little loud with highway, but not a big deal

Okay, first off. This hotel looks AMAZING. both inside and out. I loved that they have 24/7 security on site. that was a huge plus and one of the deciding factors for me choosing this hotel. upon check in, the front desk guy, I forgot his name or I'd give him a shout out, said he didn't like putting people who are traveling alone on the first floor, where the computer had put me. He upgraded me to an Artist room. The room was BEAUTIFUL! I have raved about this hotel as well from my trip and I have told people they need to book this hotel if they are going through the Albuquerque area. I hope my next stay will be when their restaurant is open. I'd love to try their food

Clean rooms. Cool native theme. Free WiFi. Good service. Decent view. Close to 24 hour Mexican fast food. Very comfortable and spacious bed.

Could use some better located electricity outlets and a switch that controls the lights from the entrance.

Great staff - Dominique on reception is so so helpful, makes a huge difference as we have a child with complex needs. I love the Native American design, very fitting for the area. Comfortable beds with crisp, clean sheets. The restaurant and bar are also good with a great bartender, good food too. Great in & out pool too. Recommended

Great Hotel! Colin was awesome and very helpful throughout our 6 night stay. His customer service was top notch.
Building is older and fire alarms went off twice because “they are older”. Twice they were quickly turned off.

You couldn’t tell the age though because of their high upkeep on grounds and common areas.
Rooms were beautiful and clean. The patios are a plus!

Stopped in Albuquerque late into the night. I was looking for a place to stay and remembered I had stayed here before. So I booked a room. When I arrived the staff was great and it was a speedy check in. Sonya facilitated all of our needs and was an excellent front desk clerk/host. We stayed in an artists room that was beautifully decorated and the mural on the wall by Tammy Garcia was an elegant, and classy touch. They gave us a complimentary late check out that was a blessing because we had gotten in so late. The room was comfortable and roomy. Plenty of parking and great atmosphere. I highly recommend if you are ever in town, stay here!

Great communication via text. Absolutely loved that! Responded in a timely manner. Very Convenient. The front desk personnel morning and evening shift were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The Hotel is very clean throughout. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. Location is right off the freeway, making access to travel easier.
