Sadly this is the loudest Marriott property I have ever been to. You can hear in detail the conversations that are happening in the adjacent rooms. We reserved 2 nights and once we realized we had neighbors again for the 2nd night we left and went home. Very disapointed

Probably one of your best choices in Boston. Outstanding hotel in an outstanding location. But be really careful when booking a room and make sure you get one not on the side with the dumpsters and the alley.

Top to bottom my new favorite property in the area. My room is gorgeous! It’s the size of a NYC apartment. I’m not one to gush but this one has got my affection.

This is a great property in a historic building. I'm Marriott Platinum and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom loft. Beautiful location is easy for tourist activities. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of choices.

Excellent hotel! Renovated factory with romantic industrial feel, great breakfast, and exceptional service. Noah at the front desk was especially helpful. Hotel is also located within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

Very nice, big rooms with a living room/kitchen area and separate bedroom. Friendly staff and appealing design. Big lobby and a lot of areas to sit and work or relax. Very loud street noise. I could hear casual conversations between people on the sidewalk. Definitely ask for a room on a higher floor, at least then all you hear is “regular” downtown noise.

WOW. The rooms in this hotel are amazing! So big, so spacious, so stylish. Everything worked and was well maintained. Wonderful shower and bed. The ONLY problem was the lights around the mirror are too bright; when you turn them on in the morning they are blinding. Short of that, amazing hotel in a great spot.

Very nicely renovated hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We could have a late check-out (18:30) for free. The room is very spacious, free high speed wifi. All amenities were good, and is thoughts for working. The only thing I was sad about is that I only spent one night. I put this hotel amongst the best ones I've stayed. Taken into into account the price I payed I can say it is the best one.

This is the best brand for when you're between homes, or when you're traveling needing a home-like place to rest. If you need a personal shopper, it can be arranged by speaking with the front desk staff. Everything will be provided in your studio, one or two bedroom suite such as kitchen supplies. If you require something that's not in your suite, just ask. This is the best place that offers safety, comfort and luxury. I am in the entertainment industry, so I love it for when traveling with the filming crew so I can work on scripts.

Granted I haven't stayed at a Residence Inn in over a decade, but this is not like any I've ever stayed at. The hotel has a great urban vibe as they kept many of the previous features (brick, beams, even old industrial doors). They combined this with beautiful contemporary modern design throughout. I was also impressed with an above average breakfast area, fun, friendly staff and the lobby is connected to a very cool coffeehouse. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back to Boston.
