Copley Square Hotel

The room is super small, about 20 square meters. The room facilities are simple, there is no place to hang clothes, no coffee machine and tea bags, etc. The cups are disposable plastic cups, and the wooden board on the side of the washbasin in the bathroom is broken. The facilities are old and broken. When checking in, the front desk swiped 6 cards for security deposit. Our friend who traveled with me swiped for me and said it didn't work. After a lot of trouble, it turned out that the hotel system was broken. The strange thing is that the waiter didn't care at all. Such an expensive hotel, too disappointing, no value for money, regretted booking for three days, a profound lesson.

We were given the first floor room 120 right by the mail street. I thought it was not that great considering we had paid $265 for the room. We requested to change to a different room right after we checked in but the manager said no unless we pay additional $45 plus tax for a king size room. Why would not they just give us another queen size room in higher floor? ( I checked the website and they were still available.)

Our nightmare started after 11pm till 2am. The music from all over the place ( cars parked outside our window and clubs nearby). Then we were woke up by the hotel truck dragging towels outside our window from 5:50am to 6:15am.

I think the hotel staff were fully aware that this was the worst room in the building and they still gave us the room even though we complained about it as soon as we saw the room. The room was an accessible room without tub or shower doors. We didn’t want that either. Plus, there’s no desk and chairs. Don’t like the experience here.
