Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

The spa could not be cancelled once you booked. That‘s ridiculous.

Perfect 5 out of 5. I don’t think I can give any compliments that haven’t already been said. Beautiful room and views. Attentive staff. Location is phenomenal. I’ve seen some people complain about traffic but how is that a property problem? The air conditioning was power was amazing. I traveled in May and it kept the room frosty. Can’t wait to go back!

It was an absolute one of the best locations hotels among Clearwater beach, but the amenities and cleanliness is not worthy the charge.

The hotel's location is quite advantageous. The beach is just a short stroll away, and shops and restaurants are conveniently situated just across the street. The hotel staff are amiable and obliging. The facilities, though somewhat dated, are maintained in an exceptionally clean condition. The valet parking service is prompt and efficient.

Chairs in room and on balcony very uncomfortable and it advertised full gulf view but it’s actually partial view. HOWEVER the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was PHENOMENAL!!!! My favorite was the braised short rib and the cheese pizza. Plus I’d really like to take these pillows home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reason I did not give this Hilton a one star is the staff. They are amazing. From the Valet Attendant to the person that checked us out at the end of our stay the staff was helpful and had that can do attitude. They should be commended. Check in was very easy, but not very fast, because there was a line of people. There was no fee for parking! My room was a standard 2 queen bed (room 208, had no view and was right next to some kind of employee room where they cycled in and out, so it was noisy). The room appeared clean. I attended the Sheraton Sand Key Resort as part of a conference. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The amenities are wonderful – there is a huge, heated pool, plenty of seating, hammocks, hot tub, fitness center and fire pit. The staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately I fell victim to an operator error and was manually charged for my room twice along with the items I purchased from the store. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, we had a great time! The staff was always polite and accommodating. Guy with the Bell Service deserves rave compliments. Fantastic 3 night stay at Sandpearl. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the upmost hospitality. All of the staff are very accommodating and ensure you have the best stay and everything you need. Pool was beautiful but make sure to get there early to get chairs. Shoutout to Valentina and the complimentary mimosas! My only suggestion is a full length mirror in the room.

The kindest staff members were the door greeters and house keeping. Valet didn’t even return a head nod if they weren’t parking a car for you. I hosted a corporate SKO at this hotel. The food, the service, the location all exceptional. Lisa and her team really went out of their way to help me from the initial inquiry to the event execution. Amazing! Stayed for a week. Ocean view was amazing! Took my wife for her birthday and she loved it. Rooms are very quiet. They keep the beach clean. Great food within walking distance. Staff was great, they learned our name on the first day! Can't say enough 5 star. We will be back!

The location is very good, just across the road from the beach. I am very satisfied with the overall service and room.

From the photos when I booked, we were expecting beach front property, so we could walk down on the beach. That was disappointing, but the view was very pretty from our 4th floor corner room. We were also surpised that it was a suite, which was nice. We would have liked a sofa or high back comfort chair in the room.

The property says ‘on the beach.’ Well, that’s technically true but you can’t access beach from the property. There is 8-10 min walk.

The location was great. However, it is outdated. You may want to spend an extra $50 bucks and stay in a nicer place. Elevators and hallways need attention pronto. The room stayed nice and cool, and was clean.

In a word, the sunrise over the sea in the morning is so beautiful, and the white sand beach of Clearwater is even better. It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the fireworks were right in front of us. The room rate is not cheap but it is worth it.

Great living experience! Complete facilities and perfect rooms with balconies and sea views. The living room (bathroom is in the middle) has an independent layout. All in all, Marriott's service and hardware are very reliable!

Ragtag hotel!! The room was old and worn. You could see daylight thru door. The door sweep was basically non existent. Door was dirty. Tub drain cover wouldnt stay up while showering. Me and my family stayed at this location two weekends in a row! We had a great time. My on definitely enjoyed the pool, kiddie pool and the jacuzzi ( hes 4yrs old). We will definitely be back to visit again. Its our new little getaway spot.

The property was great for the money. 20 minutes to the beach. Check in was slow (clerk said there was an emergency meeting), 3 cockroaches "palmetto bugs" ran by me in the lobby. The room had black out drapes, comfortable bed and pillows. Only maid service if you asked. The area below me by the staircase had dumpsters full of trash in the walkway to the pool. Tried to check in at 4 but room wasn't ready, had to wait about 15 extra minutes but no big deal, however our room didnt have hot water. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The location of this hotel is what makes it great. It is on the quieter end of the beach on an inlet. The hotel is dated and very budget friendly. I hear they are going to be tearing it down and putting a Marriot in its place. I enjoyed my stay here the rooms were clean and functional and hotel staff was nice.

Nice hotel, food is good, but bar is below par. They were out of several common liquors like jager. Bar closes at 10 but some nights 9. And beware they add 18% tip on every bill automatically. I didn't mind it but they should just tell you up front. But good food, excellent beach chairs and beach, overall pretty happy. There are bars across the street.

Good hotel that matches its type and price and above all great staff. It is clear that the hotel is older and could use more renovation. I felt safe being alone on this trip, the room was spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, I only wish the pillows were bigger and plenty of channels to browse.

We like to stay here for a central Pinellas location, close to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is a plus for extra savings if you are traveling . The rates are very reasonable for the location.. It's a basic hotel room with free wifi, laundry and a pool.

Great location on the beach but not walking distance to restaurants

Stayed here twice. It's ok. Clean rooms and private beach access plus across the street from a decent dive bar.

Room was nice and comfortable. The only difficult part of our trip was parking. It's a small parking lot with a tight squeeze. But other than that we had a great time. The beach was a quick walk and so beautiful.

The location can't be beat. I loved the deck and firepit. The service was also great. My only suggestion would be to improve the rooms. A can of paint can work miracles. Small investment. Also the mattresses need replaced. Very uncomfy. A small investment to make it nicer would be ideal. Both us and our neighbors agreed we would pay more to have those improvements.

Meh We had a quick overnight before catching our flight. We booked two rooms for our family of eight. The beds were advertised as queens - nope. The rooms were tiny and cramped. There was a horrible stench of cigarettes and what smelled like fish. The room was clean and served its purpose.

The pictures online are bit deceiving, or it could be that our room (103) wasn't fully updated. The kitchen and living room were updated but the bathroom and bedroom clearly were not. The vent in the hallway had one side coming off. The door to get to the balcony was tough to open and at times, I thought was going to come off the track. It was ok for the price we paid, everything works and we didd not have any issues. They do not clean the rooms everyday, but the staff is very friendly and helpful so we were able to get some cleaning supplies.

This is a motel with a great 7 feet deep pool. Save your vacations in staying in another hotel for like 100 dollars more. Total was like 300 a night and it is only worth about 100.
