I really enjoyed it, the pool is really nice and this hotel really needs to update the furniture in the room a little bit but honestly it was not bad. The service is good, the workers are kind and the inside is beautiful. I will definitely come back.

Nice place. The outside looks much nicer than the rooms (but we got the cheapest room), the staff is very friendly. The food is pricey ($16 for the listed plate) but it is DELICIOUS. Only complaint is we went to the pool to get some air and relax after breakfast (around 8am) and there was still trash from the night before and a glass from the bar was still on the table.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I spent 9 days, and the customer service was exceptional. Crystal and Terrance at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious as well. I've been to hotels where even simple meals, like wings, weren't fully cooked. However, I had the wings here on two occasions, and they were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-maintained, and parking was convenient. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, you’d never notice it. I've stayed at other hotels during remodeling, and it was messy, but here, the process was handled so discreetly, ensuring guests' safety and comfort. Thank you all for a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely be back soon!

1. The location is great, parking is good, and ambience is pretty nice also.
2. We traveled and reached there late at night looking to find a warm room for us to rest. There was a solitary reception staff handling everything and thus it took us a bit of time but still we were provided with a room on the 8th floor so great.
3. But upon entering the room we found it in used condition, bed sheets strewn across, towels on the floor. We had to take all of our luggage and and go down to seek for another one.
4. This time the room and view were very nice and on 5th floor. However, the next morning we found the wash basin got clogged with light activities like brushing teeth etc. Also, the plug points in the room were sealed due to some reason.
If the management is sightly improved it would be awesome ! But still a nice place to stay.

this room was falsely advertised on the website. I stayed in the ex suite and was highly disappointed in my stay. The room was dirty and calling house keeping did not help, because I literally watched her make the bed using the obviously dirty sheets. The bathroom was gross, the room was small for a ex suite and ththeres no sofa as shown in the photos online. The only thing different between the standard rooms and an ex suite is the executive lobby which is private to the guest staying in ex rooms. BUT the caveat here is the ex lobby does not have a microwave, bar, office rooms, or TVs - which can all be found in the main lobby. So essentially, you will be spending more of
your time in the main lobby then the ex lobby, which does not have something as simple as a microwave so you will constantly have to go downstairs. Also - their phones do not work at all. If you need anything, you have to go downstairs or call from your personal phone. The place looks unfinished, the view is not as advertised and the food options are limited. I noted my complaints and they went unanswered. I strongly suggest sleeping in your car or a motel before coming to this disappointing hotel!!

We enjoyed the two nights that we spent at this hotel, but there is room for improvement.
The front desk clerk, Jeffrey, was beyond helpful and congenial. You can tell that he not only enjoys his job, but he sincerely wants guests to feel welcome and comfortable.
Our room was nice enough but needs to be refreshed. The ottoman and upholstered chair show signs of wear and are a bit tired looking. However, overall the decor is attractive. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The rosemary and mint shower gel smelled great!
The morning breakfast buffet was included with our room and was typical of most other hotels. A couple of missteps came with other dining experiences.
On our first night we ordered a steak and based on the menu it should have come with three different sides. Instead of a nice room service presentation , we got basically Door Dash. The steak was well-seasoned and cooked, but it was hardly comparable to what was listed on the menu. It arrived in a cardboard container on top of a big pile of french fries. And only plastic flatware!
As a treat, we decided to have dessert in the restaurant. The service was abominable. The kitchen only needed to put a slice of pie on a plate and a serving of ice cream, but we waited almost 15 minutes for that, and then the server never showed up to give us a bill or refill our drinks.
So there is some sort of disconnect here. It might have to do with the Renaissance hotel being upgraded, but there is no valet parking and it seemed that it was very short staffed.
Still, we would come here again for the convenient, quiet location and will assume that the quality and service will only improve.

Very clean facilities. Free parking in the covered garage and easy access to the conference rooms. A little cold in the rooms, so I kept my coat on. Hot water for tea. Hot coffee provided. Iced tea and water also provided. The conference room had rows of tables, which was good for taking notes. I could hear the speakers well. I enjoyed my visit to my business meeting.

Very disappointed. Hotel needs an upgrade. Tried to choose a luxury hotel for vacation and the only thing luxury was the restroom accessories. The hotel smells of old stale clothes once you arrive to your floor. Tried to ignore this. The first thing I wanted to do was sit on the bed after a long day of traveling, I immediately felt the springs/coils in the mattress. The furniture was dirty at the arm rest. This hotel needs to be updated. I woke up to the sun in my eyes as I couldn’t close the blinds all the way another disappointment as I wanted to sleep in. What I can say the window view of the city was nice. Totally not worth the price

We recently stayed at the omni hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was super clean and the staff was super helpful when we needed more sheets. The pool and hit tub was also super beautiful and they have a good bar and music out there as well. They even gave out complementary bomb pops to the kids which was super sweet. This was one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at.
