We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room had a great view and the staff was friendly. James, one of the front desk staff, was a great guide and gave us some really interesting places to visit! We also loved the restaurant at the hotel.

Stayed at the Renaissance for 2 nights and had a great experience. Very busy hotel due to its convenient location close to the highway and downtown. The hotel was clean and looked new. It is a high rise building with a very efficient elevator system. There was literally no wait for elevators. I chose an adjoining room and both rooms were very spacious. I loved how clean and nice the bathrooms were, although not overly large they were still a good size. The staff were polite and respectful. You have to pay for parking. I chose valet so it was a little extra. Overall it was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was really small not enough room look bigger on the picture. Sheet and comforter had some stains on them had to get them changed asap. Took some getting used to.

Highly recommended! The service here was impeccable; the location was central to many Dallas attractions; the property was well maintained with picturesque views of the skyline. The entire staff was very welcoming, from the restaurant chefs and waitresses to the front desk staff, making it extra special for us. We also attended a wedding at the hotel and highly recommend everyone to hold their event here. The venue was clean and elegant, and very convenient for out-of-town guests like us. Thank you for making our stay extra special, Renaissance Dallas team!

Omg! The Renaissance is my favorite home away from home. I enjoyed my peaceful stay. James worked the front desk during my 2-night stay and was extremely professional and accommodating. He built rapport and was flexible with some of the things I requested. If you’re ever traveling to Dallas, please visit the Renaissance Hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Cleanliness is a must for me! They have a little more to do when it comes to that but the housekeeping are very kind and hard working. The maintenance guy is Awesome and very welcoming. But the front desk manager Chastity is absolutely horrible and I don't know how she has a position in any type of leadership. Manager Chasity needs to be demoted back to a team member and retrained in customer service, leadership, and hospitality services...she definitely gets a F with no effort!

I got there at 1AM after having flight delays, but the staff were really helpful and got me into a great room. The breakfast is outstanding. Best buffet I've ever had in Dallas. This is worth the extra $ to stay here compared with the lower quality places in a 5 mile radius of it.
