Overnight stay for a road trip:
The location was easy to find. There is ample parking, and the parking garage connected to the hotel felt secure. I noticed that the valet was overwhelmed, as he was working alone, and it was the weekend of a local college football game. However, he remained patient, generous, and professional with customers. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious and clean.

I dined at the in-house restaurant and ordered the shrimp pasta. The pasta was really good, though there were only five shrimp, and it cost $32. It felt overpriced to me. The portion size was large, but a few more shrimp would have made the dish more satisfying.

I didn't use any other amenities. The lobby specialist/host was really nice and helpful—definitely a nice touch. I would stay again.

I'm a snob when it comes to hotels since I travel A LOT and hold every hotel to a very high standard regardless of the star rating. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to write one out of the sheer amount of hospitality I received this trip.

I was greeted at the desk by a very pleasant woman, which isn't a hard thing to do, but it was a good start to my experience. She then handed me a hand-written note thanking me for my loyalty that was attached to a box of chocolate truffles.

The next day, I stopped by the makeshift Starbucks (they are under construction), and they had just closed. A manager(?) who just happened to be behind the counter went out of his way to make me a drink when he didn't have to.

I then swung by the bar to grab dinner to go and the most pleasant bartender took extraordinary care of me. The bar is typically where I find some of the worst Marriott employees in most of my stays, so how great he was stood out.

Lastly, I forgot my charger at home, and an attendant in the lobby not only tried to source me a USB-C charger, but when they didn't have one behind the front desk, he grabbed his personal one and the front desk staff charged my phone for me.

I check out tomorrow, but this place knows what the word HOSPITALITY means. Thank you all!

Nice business class hotel. I was impressed that the renovation project included framing in the spaces to avoid construction activity interfering with the guest's stay. The catering for the conference was nicely done, and better than I expected. My room was clean and tidy and comfortable - beyond the minimum for sure. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I originally got a room that didn’t have a pleasant smell and was upgraded to a deluxe room with a nice view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Because I’m a titanium member and there is construction work going on in the building I received free Starbucks and drinks at the bar as well as breakfast that was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. They even sent a slice of cake to my room for my son’s 5th birthday. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel definitely a 10/10!! Highly recommend. Worth every penny. The pool was very nice, warm at some points and cooler at others. There is pool side service, if you catch them on a good night they will still bring the food out to you even when the time is over. The beds were very comfy, showers and everything. You also get a complimentary Starbucks drink, which is also very nice. The food is very good and worth the price. The breakfast was nice as well.

Yes 5 star service from this place. Lena, LENA, LEE-Nah, the young lady who served us for breakfast EVERY morning...FANTASTICAL IN ALL HER SERVICE .She made our last morning blessed with her service and well wishes for an anniversary and fellowship within our group. A true gem in an unlikely place. THANKS to the MARRIOTT for a wonderful stay, beautiful rooms, fruit water, chocolate covered pretzels and great food service. Also to the lady at the omlet station...#GRACEunderPressure...

Very friendly overall.
Shuttle service every hour to the nearby shops and restaurants.
I was given a special room, spacious and user friendly for the elderly.
Starbucks available from 6am to 9pm. The hotel has a small gift shop and has a bar too.
Neat hotel. Location is very convenient.

I was very impressed with the service, my room, and the food. The concierge lounge was nice. And the hotel restaurant was fantastic. No need to head out for lunch if you don't want to. I recommend the club sandwich.

Beautiful hotel. Room service was excellent. I had the BBQ chicken flat bread. The bar and bar service was great. The rooms are nice as well as bathroom. I was on the concierge level (Marriott Points Platinum member) so I have been on a few. This one had the best service selection etc. Highly recommend this hotel for staying. Only negative is if your coming for an event, the lunch they served was horrible. I did not rate my 5 star on that but as a hotel.
