The Westin Park Central Hotel

Could not sleep at all! The bed is so HARD and uncomfortable!!! It’s 4am and I’m up wondering how this mattress is so uncomfortable. There’s a big dip (see picture) in the center and all of the area around it is dense. The pillows are dense and flatten out so quickly that my neck is already aching from the 2 hours I’ve laid down and tried to sleep. My room (834) also has a strong mildew smell. Everything else was fine… except for the whole reason you get a hotel. To sleep.

They're jumping on the train of charging for parking, even though this is not near downtown or any kind of busy area. Hard to enjoy your vacation knowing Marriott is working hard to squeeze every dollar out of you they can, down to paying for a regular plain parking spot in the suburbs. Avoid

We are staying in this hotel tonight and having a horrible experience in this 0 star hotel! Starting with the room service. There was an empty bottle of body wash in the room, the telephone was not working to call the front desk. We tried calling using the mobile phone, nobody was picking up. We tried calling like 20 times and 2 times they kept us on hold & never picked up. Finally when they picked up, we told our “issues”. The room service women who came to our room was something else! I said we need body “lotion” by mistake for body wash, she was repeating “body lotion” loudly and laughing with the other person on the way back in the corridor! Also she asked me in a loud voice, “is that it”! This women must be a perfectionist and that’s why she ended up in room service. May be this hotel should start off with hiring right people for room service. And the guests in the room in front of us were making very loud notices, closing the door so loud which added to our experience! Towels also looked dirty, did not feel like using them. Don’t get cheated by their lower prices, the lower price means all of the above!
