I've stayed at hotels for 6 months now. And this one is the best ever. Breakfast is free, and there are many food choices, not just two items but 6 dozen. Friendly service. Bring you coffee. Real silverware. On Wednesday, they have oodles of noodles downstate from 11 till one. Thursday, they had tacos. Awesome. I had two items broken in the room, and they fixed them properly immediately. The maids are awesome. I tip them. When I check in to actually. Few people do. But you get more smiles.
On the 10th floor in the lounge, there are free snacks, coffee, and water chips. cokes all day long!!!
And at 430 pm they serve hot food and fresh healthy food and free drinks each day.
The rooms are large and clean.
I'm telling you. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not so good for your waistline. But then they do have a large exercise room and a pool.
The view is awesome. You see planes taking off every 5 minutes but barely hear it

Beautiful hotel for its age. Decorated with class and elegance. Price is worth it, rings are very clean and conference rooms were comfortable and set up on time with great service!

The front desk staff really could use not only customer service training but basic people skills as well. The hotel itself is very tired and needs a complete refresh. The lobby was littered with glassware from the holiday party the night before. Someone intentionally ran down the hall in front of our room and left a trail of jelly beans that was not cleaned up when we arrived nor by the time we checked out. It was also a cold night and the room heater would not heat at all. Given we had a very early flight, waiting on a maintenance tech would have been very inconvenient so we slept in a very cold unheated room. Overall not a great experience for this Bonvoy Platinum traveler.

Despite its age, this hotel has been well-maintained. My 3-night stay was issue-free. Its convenient location near the airport and 24/7 security in the parking lot were additional benefits.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful pool, quiet areas, comfortable beds and a great gym. My fiance liked the bar and watched the game there. My kids had a great time too. There were no channels on the television, but that was no big deal. We had a really good holiday. Jewel was our receptionist. Maggie was our cashier. These women were amazing (great customer service). My family and I will come back next time we go to Houston.

Clean, friendly staff, nice bar area. Beds and pillows were less than stellar and my toilet didn't flush well. The hard as a rock bed and too soft pillows made my review a 3 star. The cleanliness and staff are a 5 star!

The breakfast buffet could be easily kicked up a notch with a few simple tweaks. Rooms were clean and relatively recent. I got overcharged with one night (it was not even mentioned on the invoice I received!) so make sure to double check the charges on your card if your final stay is less long than the original booking (which was announced at checkin). I'm still waiting for a response after 2 weeks, hopefully I'll receive the refund which might bump this rating up...

Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfy. Staff was awesome. Brian and Juanita were so accommodating, after a horrible experience with a hotel across the hwy. Great customer service.
