It was my fiancé’s birthday and the Roni and her staff put a bottle of Rose in the room with a card and each of them signed it. It was awesome.
Excellent hotel. Paid less than $100 a night. Very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay there again!
Attended a training event. Location easy to get to from interstate. Location is in a very nice area Free parking garage next to the building. Very nice facility for event. High end shopping and restaurants near by.
This place is amazing. When we checked-in to our room we had a little bit of an issue with the shower, but the Manger Will and staff member from the front desk Tim moved us to a new room and went above and beyond to give us good service for the rest of our stay. ( I love this place )
Excellent location, attached to the mall. Wonderful service and pet friendly! They were very accommodating with pets. Service was excellent and was very clean all around. Very upscale lobby with a bar and food. Will stay there again.
Please keep in mind photos are from AFTER our stay. Room was excellent and homey. I really like coming into a room that is not freezing cold or way too hot. We checked in very late, after a concert downtown actually. Great night of sleep. Close to shopping and dining too.

We stayed for one night and were overall pleased with our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms and building felt and appeared to be dated and could use some renovations. Breakfast is not included, so be prepared to spend $5-10 before taxes on food at the restaurant. What could use improvements? Carpeting, room amenities, and re-lining the bathtub. If we were in a pinch for somewhere...
We were at Wyndham Indy West for a tabletop game convention. We did not stay overnight. However, the facilities were nice and we enjoyed our time there. I especially appreciated the very clean restrooms and the 24-hour Starbucks/canteen, as sales of snacks and beverages brought in by the Con coordinators shut down at 8 p.m. while the Con itself did not. The hotel is way to get to, being just off I...
I'm here for Who's Yer Con. I stayed in a room and ate wings at the Italian restaurant. Great service. Great location. Amazing event. I'll be back every year!
Great place for the anime convention. Have been 3 years in a row. Great staff and friendly people. Restrooms are always clean and fully stocked so rooms must be too. Friends have booked rooms and said they are reasonable and clean. Haven't stayed here yet but plan to next year.
Comfy bed. Decent sized room. Got a random wakeup call bit I attribute that to being nothing more than an accident. Fridge is available. Never got a chance to see if they had microwaves readily available But I can assume that they do. Overall I would say this stay would definitely be a good one for the money.
I didn't stay at the hotel, just attended a conference there. The interior is much nicer than the exterior. It seemed to be well staffed and the conference rooms were adequate. The lounge area was quite nice.

Perfect location. Very large, spacious, clean rooms with lots of amenities. Big and clean bathroom. Refrigerator, flat screen TV, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Always clean lobby. Absolutely top.
Nice Hotel. Our AC did not work so we called the reception in the middle of the night and sombody came and fixed it immediately.
This place is only a 3 star hotel?!?!? It's considerably nicer and seemingly more upscale especially as soon as you enter the doors compared to other 3 star hotels I've been in. Rooms are laid out nicely and spacious and definitely worth the cost . Only con to the experience is no fridge or microwave in the king suite... But at least there's food and stores all around!
This hotel had an elegant look and feel to it. You can tell it is old though because the shower had some rust on it and carpet was a little bit old and worn. I was in a deluxe room, which has an office and a pull-out sofa, this room is also where the AC unit is located. The AC unit wasn't strong enough to push cool air into the bedroom and it was mostly a little bit warm in there main bedroom. I wanted...
The Hilton in Downtown Indianapolis is a magnificently beautiful hotel-from the outside awning, the lit up circular drive, & carasel front door- this place is the definition of classy! The lobby is comfortable & the staff is helpful, but not pushy. The lay-out of the hotel is also not basic, nor is it confusing. I was easily capable of finding my room in no time. I loved it!
McCormick & Schmidt for a special Birthday dinner for husband. While food is good, their prices are getting too high for us to continue to make this one of our favorite 'special places' to go. Had one of the 'cheaper menu items', and appetizer - no alcohol. Bill still came to about $70+ which for 'fish and chips' just seemed way too high for us. Service was good, just getting too pricey for us...

Nice hotel but area isn't the greatest. While I feel totally safe at the hotel, I certainly would not walk off property at night. There is a reason they have security at the parking lot entrance. Also, during my last stay in July 2017, they were snaking out the plumbing of one of the rooms near mine. Unfortunately, they poked right through the wall in the bathroom causing black, smelly water to come...
For a conference hotel, it was cool and convenient to have meeting spaces, hotel bar and restaurant, and other facilities on the same level. Staff went out of their way to make you appear welcomed and valued. FREE Parking was a bonus.
We stayed here all weekend for my wedding. The staff was AMAZING! So generous, supportive , and helpful. Everyone was so full of life and loving. Our room was FABULOUS! (500 Suite) I would come here again and again, amazing people and beautiful hotel!
Rooms were compact but comfortable. My room only had down pillows; comfortable but they make me sneeze. My room was also connected to another. I could hear everything in there. Everything. They weren't loud or inappropriate, but I could hear their phones vibrate. Coworkers in another room did not have the same issue. Beautiful property and great event areas.
Staff was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant but it was a little pricey. Received a very generous upgrade for staying on our anniversary. The surrounding area is not all that great but there was security in the hotel and also no issues, never felt unsafe. We would definitely go back as the beds are very comfortable and quiet
Very nice experience. Slightly older room but Very nice and clean. The hotel has great service and a nice bar and restaurant. Work out room and pool are nice as well.

Excellent service and clean comfy rooms! Free drinks upon arrival for kiddos and adults! Wonderful COMPLETE breakfast for FREE the next morning! The place was BOOMING which was so so nice to experience after all the issues hospitality has faced these past few years! Highly recommend!
Very clean! We have stayed here twice and have been satisfied with the room both times. There are always some sort of team staying here though. Kids baseball team? Normally wouldn’t bother us- we are kid people; however, we have a 1 year old and kids were running up and down the halls at 9:00 at night knocking on peoples doors as a joke. Very inconvenient when trying to get a baby to sleep. No staff...
We have to travel a lot. And once we found Drury every one of them are fantastic. Great rooms and the service has been exceptional including this one in Indianapolis. The food you get for breakfast and dinner is very good. When most other hotels don't even offer it anymore. I am talking bacon, sausage, eggs and real biscuits. To the chicken Alfredo or chili it was all excellent!

Place is nice to look at, with a mix of wood construction and some modern accents. Did was pretty good, though I'm not a big fan of Italian food. I went with my family and they seemed to enjoy it written a bit. Vegetarian and other food preferences are catered to. Staff are friendly and helpful, atmosphere is good and mildly lit. Sunnier areas available.
The staff have been amazing! So friendly and professional when dealing with an issue! I would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, and I can't say enough good things about the managers and desk staff!
All of the staff have been so accommodating. My father has been very ill and was recently in Indianapolis at IU Hospital. After his discharge he is still unable to travel so we had to extend our stay. Katy at the front desk, and all at the front desk as well as housekeeping, Bistro staff, etc. have been so helpful and understanding. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Many thanks to all.
Hotel check in was great. However, despite its awesome location for the convention I was attending, it was not without its flaws. Air conditioning and fridge in the room doesn't get terribly cold, and my husband had to hand tighten the shower head or it was spraying water everywhere. The fridge smells (not my food). For what it is, a very nice, reasonably priced hotel. It's being refurbished, and my room was very comfortable. Better included breakfast than most similar hotel chains. But, the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom is annoying.
Extremely friendly . Room was remodled, 419 Had to get pet few taken off. Told on check in it was a service dog. T.V. wasn't working properly and phone in room didn't work. Desk person said within 1 hour someone would come to check it out. Did not hapoen
So it was under construction while we stayed. What was finished looked great. I'd come back in six months once it was done and likely give it five stars.
This hotel was in the middle of renovations when I stayed here. The room was clean. The staff during the morning check out was friendly. I think they did well to accommodate in the middle of renovations. I'm sure it will be well worth it when it is done.
At the time I went, the top floor was being renovated. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I used the gym in the morning which was small but had everything I needed. The rooms were really clean and tidy. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a great selection. No issues whatsoever with the WiFi. I would rate my stay 5 out of 5. Highly recommend.

Happy hour and snacks were good. Room was comfortable and very clean. We always stay here when we come to Indy to visit family.
Very nice accommodations. Excellent, complimentary breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. The room could have been a little more clean when we checked in.
Amazing Hotel! The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The staff are very attentive and nice. Lobby is well organized. The hotel is very family friendly and safe. I would definitely come back.
Very nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants. Rooms are very spacious with separate living room with pull out couch. Complimentary breakfast is very nice, but finding seating can get tricky at times. There are 2 sets of elevators that run on the slower side especially when people are checking in or out. Great hotel overall.
Very good experience staying here. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception and full breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly, especially the assistant General manager that worked days. Sorry I didn't get his name. Will definitely stay there again.
We loved our stay at Embassy Suites. Our suite was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for our 3 kids including them providing us with a pack-and-play. Decently sized mini fridge and microwave, office desk and pull-out couch. The pool was clean and well kept and the hot breakfast with made to order eggs, oatmeal bar and good coffee was delicious and included free.

Just a terrific experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities - everything you could hope for in this class of hotel. Breakfasts in the morning were good. Could stand for some variety, but can't really complain. Free drinks and appetizers in the evening - certainly doesn't hurt. Location was good, close to freeways without being too noisy. Had my first experience at a drury inn and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating! Specifically the front desk girl Perla. She was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Our stay was so nice we even extended our vacation a day! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Indy!!! Thanks loads guys!
This is my second time staying at this location but the first time for a professional event. The afternoon food and drinks while limited is a nice feature that few hotels in this class offer. Rooms are clean but request one not facing the interstate...
We have stayed at this hotel often and it has fulfilled our expectations pretty much every time. The room we stayed in was an oversized one and was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside to the stay was that it seems like the food for the kickback is always the same regardless of what night we stay there.

Beautiful room!!! The room also had a Keurig, fridge and microwave. Service was excellent. They are remodeling right now so it was a bit of a mess but I'm sure it will be very nice when finished. Located right downtown, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, Lucas oil etc. with valet service.
The hotel location was amazing right off of the circle close to everything including a parking garage. The hotel renovations in no way got in the way of our stay. The room view was amazing including everything in the room. Decorations, chairs, even the light fixtures were gorgeous everything was very clean also, I loved my stay I will definitely be back. My friends and I had a blast!
Great downtown location and attractive overall property. We were in town to visit the Children's Museum of Indianapolis and booked through Hotwire. Got a spacious room for a great rate. The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations and because of this we had one minor problem with our stay. The manager on duty quickly resolved this to our satisfaction. Attentive staff, highly recommend
My husband and I stayed here for Easter weekend. The new renovations (still in progress) are stunning; utilizing space with the utmost efficiency. Experience at this hotel were mixed. Upon arrival I was forced to unload on a very busy street because they were unable to move all the valet parked vehicles fast enough. Once in the room the hotel was relatively new and well maintained. Sleeping conditions were poor, the bed was uncomfortable there was bright lights from appliances needing to be covered and the outside noise was very loud.
The Hampton Inn in downtown Indianapolis is a very nice hotel. It's centrally located in the downtown area of Indianapolis. There are many restaurants and bars located within a short walking distance of this location. They have a parking garage but the parking is not free. I found the rooms to be quite spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving me directions to the nearby locations
Awesome hotel in the heart of Indy. Have been staying there off and on for 10 years. Clean, convenient, nice breakfast ( thanks breakfast staff!) yet would get 5 stars if updated. Like I said 10 years-- same motif? same TV, same same one elevator down... Honestly, just needs a few upgrades.
The location is perfect for getting anywhere in downtown Indianapolis, we were able to Lyft to dinner and a concert very easily. Our stay was awesome! We were in town for the Steelers game at Lucas Oil Stadium which is within walking distance. I wanted to thank the desk person Kristy who helped me - I left a medical device at the nearby theater and she took the time and a lot of effort to assist me right away. Thank you for caring Kristy - the world needs more people like you!!!!!!!!!!!

A nice clean and modern hotel. Close to downtown, friendly staff, and a great breakfast included. Only needs a pool! It does have a fitness center however which is passable. I'd stay here again anytime if traveling on business.
The website said it had parking. That's a true statement, however, it's not free. Also, there are no mini fridges in the room. In the great USA I thought that was the norm. Don't assume there is a mini fridge. Had to throw our food out:(
We had an ok stay. There was no glaring problems, but we were certainly not blown away. The parking is really hard to find if you do not know were it is. And it is not free. It costs like $32 to park overnight. They do offer valet service for a couple dollars more. The room was small. There was not any microwave or refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was very nice. Lovely, affordable hotel. I don't stay here expecting the Ritz-Carlton or anything like that. The rooms have apparently been recently renovated and they make for a lovely home away from home. No where near as nice as the comfort in down the road. Water pressure in the shower was weak, hot water wasn't very hot, there was a Roach on the wall when I first entered my room and there was a fan/vent in the bathroom so when I got out of the shower and went to shave I had to wipe the mirror. Convenient location near the airport and not too far from downtown. I liked how there was a gas station near the hotel to refuel gas for the rental car. The room was fine. The atmosphere, clean and well decorated room, and incredible service I've come to expect from Marriott properties. I hosted a work event in their conference room and stayed overnight and the experience was fantastic.
I recommend this hotel to everyone! They have a WONDERFUL staff throughout the ENTIRE hotel....that will go above and behond to make sure you have what you need and the rooms are always clean, comfortable and safe. The property is very clean and very pretty, the rooms were immaculate. Hope at the front desk was professional and friendly. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because the website advertises pool, gym and hot tub. There is no hot tub/spa. That's the reason I chose this particular hotel.
