Food wasn't great. But I don't know who was responsible for selecting breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No fruit. But a lot of mini pastries, not healthy. One breakfast was sausage patties without eggs. I was surprised that the bathroom was the only place to do hair etc. I missed a place outside the bathroom to get ready.
I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The hotel is impressively clean and spacious, and the modern furnishings are a refreshing touch. The attentive staff and beautiful amenities made my visit truly memorable. I can't wait to return!
We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs. And she makes a fantastic Old Fashioned cocktail as well!
My stay at JW Marriott Indianapolis was a mixed experience. The hotel staff was absolutely exceptional, providing top-notch service that made me feel welcome. The hotel itself boasts fantastic amenities, including a variety of restaurants, a lively bar, and convenient coffee options. However, I found the rooms to be a bit smaller and lacking some of the features I typically expect in a four-star hotel...
One of the best hotels I have stayed at for a conference. My room was very comfortable. One of the first things I check about a room is how cool I can make it for sleeping, and the thermostat allowed me to keep the room at a great sleeping temperature. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The views on the higher levels are absolutely spectacular and both the river and canal paths are in easy...

Top notch hotel in Indy near Lucas Oil Stadium and connected to the convention center. Not a cheap hotel so don’t expect a bargain this is a prime location near the heart of Indy. Parking isn’t cheap either have that in mind when staying. I wanted convenience so this is a part of the cost. Great bar and restaurant in lobby area. Starbucks across the entrance and the mall right door. Lucas Oil Stadium...
Registration staff were excellent!! Rooms were clean, up to date. I would stay here again. Did not eat in their restaurants so can't comment about that, but there are tons of other places to eat nearby.
We will definitely return! The hotel is gorgeous from lobby to restaurant to rooms! The rooms are very modern with lots of space to put your belongings. The bedding was very comfy! The bathroom was very clean and I loved that it came with in shower toiletries! Their brand smell is great! The cute lavendar roller ball for sleep is an adorable touch!
Nice rooms, great location, but a noticeably poor effort from room service staff. In the small amount of time we ordered and received breakfast, it was cold. The eggs looked and tasted like what I imagine jail eggs would taste like and the biscuits & gravy were like eating cardboard. Pretty confusing given the “4-star hotel” rating. Figure it out guys, you’re feeding customers not inmates.
Had to stay at the Westin for a one night business trip, and it was a excellent experience. The one bed room was large enough, looked updated, and was clean throughout. Frankly, not an issue at all. I was able to use the app as my key without issue. Overall, a solid stay.
Comfortable beds and very friendly staff. They have undergone some renovations but are still a very nice place to stay. Super kind

Got to hotel way early and small wine and snack grill was open. All the ladies were super nice and pleasant. Kelsey went above and beyond making sure I had a delicious breakfast and a yummy lunch. Just awesome people. Usual in this day and age
The rooms are clean, nice and decently appointed. Sadly there are no suites at this hotel so as a Titanium member all I got was access to the M Club lounge which neither had a breakfast the night I stayed there (weekend) the next morning. Also it was out of stock of waters. It needs a refresh
Have visited this hotel for many years. Great property and location. I’d like to mention the event staff and the quality I noticed from them. Dan, the man who tirelessly worked to get our dance floor requirements met, was a cut above. We do events globally, and Dan stands out as the nicest, most friendly and genuine I’ve encountered. He took the time while he was working to get to know us and be...
Everyone that I encountered in the hotel was extremely welcoming and friendly. The gym was also very nice, as were the multiple restaurants on site. I had read a previous review noting there were no in room refrigerators, but ours did have a small one which is of course helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. Only minor complaint would the $47/day parking fee, but that seems to...
On a trip with friends, we booked a room at the Indy Marriott. We were w warmly received by the valet and directed inside where we were greeted promptly and directed immediately to the front desk. The staff was friendly and efficient and checked us in a little early...we were grateful! The rooms were clean and generously stocked with clean towels. Everything was great. But ultimately, I am writing...

If you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect, then pick the Omni Severin Hotel! My bridesmaids and I absolutely loved being able to get ready in the presidential suite and the guys had plenty of room in the boardroom to watch sports and relax until wedding time. Additionally, the Omni team went above and beyond to make sure our suite was decorated and felt incredibly romantic to end a perfect...
This was an amazing place to stay. The staff at reception was great, helpful, and welcoming. The room was excellent, very clean and had a good view of some parts of downtown. I do believe that the valet service and the bar could have some improvements. For the valet, it just simply took too long and I wasn’t even sure if they were getting my car. For the bar, I think the bartenders could just be a...
Stayed at the hotel as part of a family wedding. The room was a little crowded and seemed somewhat disjointed on how the furniture was arranged. This being a renovated older hotel has smaller bathrooms. The location was great for walking to restaurants and Lucas Stadium. While we did not eat in the restaurant others who did enjoyed it. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The shuttle...
This cool historic hotel is across from the Union Station on Jackson Square, making it the city’s prime destination for travelers from the age of train travel. It is large and well maintained. It is tied to downtown’s Sky Mall which allows you to walk for blocks in any direction without being in the weather, putting plenty of good restaurants and shops in strolling range. It has been recently updated...
The hotel lobby bar and breakfast were superb! Gym was decent. The rooms were quite large! Good closet space, iron and ironing board were appreciated.
My brothers wedding was at the Omni and it was absolutely GREAT! The service, venue and staff were amazing! I highly recommend the Omni Severin for weddings, events and more.

The Eagle's Nest Restaurant and Lounge sits atop The Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis. Offering elegant dining and craft cocktails, the staff meets your every need. However, the breathtaking views from this rotating dining room ate it's most spectacular feature ! One can see for miles and also spot close up vistas such as the picturesque Indiana State Capitol ! I recommend arriving for Happy...
Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and inviting. The location is close to the Circle Center Mall and many downtown restaurants and nightlife. I recommend visiting The Eagles' Nest for dinner or drinks while you're there, fantastic views of the city.
We stayed here while in town for a convention. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was easily the highlight for our trip, it was SO WARM and our daughter wanted to stay and play all weekend!
It's a very nice hotel. The check in and check out process was easy. The room was nice and clean. A good view too. Close to dining and attractions. I would definately recommend this hotel.
My friends and I stayed at the Hyatt over Easter weekend because we were attending Indy Comic Con. Room was clean, staff was very polite. Especially the wonderful bartenders. We enjoyed a few drinks and the ladies that helped us were absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service and you could tell they really cared if their customers were having a great experience. Great location and super friendly staff. We visited for the 4th of July fireworks and the location was excellent just a couple of blocks from the action. Self car park very well located just in the same building.
Doreen and the rest of the staff were the best. We stayed here for 3 nights and plan to stay here again when we return. The pool on the 9th floor was amazing. Fantastic view of the city. Main location. Absolutely loved it. Thank you.
Loved the hotel, location and staff were great! My only negative is that I wish the pool was bigger. There were so many families having a great time, it wasn't enough and the area around the pool is huge so there is plenty of room to expand if the structure allows.
I had a great experience here! The view from the window was phenomenal! The beautiful light show at night was very beautiful! The daytime view of the monument was pleasant! The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The reception staff were nice and friendly. The location is great! It is within walking distance of a shopping center...
Amazing people! Thanks for the great service. I did leave my phone charger in my room left a message with lost and found... hope I get it back. My fault not the hotel! BEEN 3 MONTHS no return call no charger not even a SORRY!
Stayed here two nights for professional event. Only complaint is that the elevators are old. They move to your desired floor very quickly, but you can sometimes experience extra g-force as you come to a stop. As of wiring, they have signs saying they're working on modernizing the elevators. Room was clean. Nice view of the Monument from the conference rooms on the 21st floor. Dinner was good, Starbucks...

Very nice upscale hotel. Pool and lightly attended restaurant on premises. Comfy bed and pillows. Modern decor. Many dining options nearby within a mile. Shopping seems popular. Easy check in and out. Good breakfast on raceday this year.
Loved my stay here over the memorial weekend holiday. Rooms are updated and quiet. Restaurant was high quality and the bar staff Sally and Harli rocked it. Great service with a smile, in spite of the poor/lack of support from the guy in the suit. Highly recommend this spot.
This is a nice hotel. They have renovated the rooms and lobby the past few years so it is updated and modern looking. I like the new look but feel some things in the room are not functional. For example, they no longer provide a dresser in the room. So I guess the assumption was made that guests want to hang all their clothes. Also the restaurant area can get very loud in the evenings. I stay here...
Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Room decor is pleasant and comfortable. I love that I can connect to my Netflix account through the TV in the room. Attentive staff. Hotel patrons are not loud. Good coffee.
Very nice rooms. For the price, best in the area. Location couldn't be better. 5/5 would and will be coming back.
Nice hotel, wonderful staff... The hotel lives up to the standard of the Marriott brand. Clean hotel, recently updated and a great staff. Recommend staying here

My stay was great. From check in to check out, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I got a room in one of their train carriages which was absolutely amazing, I've never stayed in a room like this, it was fun and comfortable! See pictures. The only thing I could recommend to the hotel is to put padding between adjacent doors. The carriages have two rooms, separated by an interior...
Great customer service from the front desk! The rooms were good and clean. The statues and trains are a nice touch. The indoor pool is great! Convenient valet parking. Close to the entire city center. We will definitely stay here again!

Top quality service. Nice room. Nice staff. Full amenities. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the price
This hotel was fine for a quick stay. Convenient to highway, bed was extremely firm & bathroom very tiny. We liked seeing the planes take off but I could see that being annoying for others. I wouldnt want to do a long term stay here, but it worked for our short visit
This hotel kinda threw me for a loop. It's not cracked up to be what you think. Food outside our door when we checked in. Still there when we left and came back 4 hours later.. Double beds say queen but in reality they are fulls. Shower head leads a little something to be desired very slow and doesn't rotate. Only views are off the parking lot and interstate. Pool is inside the hotel lobby. No snack...

Had a room for a canceled flight. It was very clean and had the best smelling shampoo I have had in a hotel. The in house restaurant and bar were quite nice too. Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Nice, polite staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Will be back!
The hotel was visually amazing. The art encompassing the entire building, including the parking garage was great for me and my family. Food was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Issues with the parking meter charges are the only reason it's not 5 stars.
The Alexander is a nice hotel, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. Nothing about it screamed luxury to me. The beds were too firm for my liking and as other reviewers have noted, trains seem to run by the hotel all night. Our room wasn’t immaculate like I would hope at the price they’re charging. There was a huge hole in one of the bed sheets. The parking fee is high. I did like that it wasn’t in the...
The Alexander Hotel is magnificent. I would advise anyone considering an upscale Hotel in Indianapolis to consider the Alexander Hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. Excellent accommodations and service. Our room was like an apartment. We had everything in it, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove, the whole nine. They even supplied the China and cookware in the cabinets! One of the better art deco hotels I've been in. Awesome hotel bar too. Try the popcorn. It's addictive. Definitely staying here again.
Great place. Newer and spacious. I have one of the mini suite or condo room with a fridge and mini kitchen. Great bathroom and well lit. This place was just bought by Wyndham hotels. Has a small restaurant in side and is nicely located downtown. A few locals said it was one of the more nicer hotels.

Amazing place. Comfortable beds and pillows. Absolutely friendly staff. Great architecture and design incorporated into the building. Comfort coffee mugs. Highly recommended! Worth the price for what you get.
From the moment we arrived for my husband's birthday we had a great experience with the staff. From Jason at the valet to Taylor at the front desk the service was excellent. The room we had was five star, the only thing missing was a microwave but I don't mind. Any questions were answered and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back. Very unique hotel and very friendly staff. Great choice of restaurants. A bit pricey but worth it if you are looking for something different.
Just arrived and so far this is the BEST hotel I have ever been to! The Prevision restaurant in the hotel is also the best restaurant I have ever been to. The food was absolutely perfect. I can also say that they have the best and sweetest emojis. Justin the valet was incredibly sweet and attentive :).
Great friendly, informative staff. Food was very good. Shower was great! Everything was so beautiful. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were a little too soft for my taste but still nice. We've been coming here for years and constantly impressed by the staff. They are so accommodating and helpful. They give us early check in every time and the rooms are perfect. Absolutely loved it here! The hotel is in the perfect location to explore and walk downtown. The room had a funny smell to it, but I quickly got used to it. The employees were super kind, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved the bar. We bought parking on spothero for the mall garage ahead of time and saved money. Highly recommend!
I'm on a road trip across all 50 states and I like to take the time to recognize great service when I come it. Katherine was the one who checked me in. She was absolutely wonderful. I saw in the elevator that "Kati" was employee of the month so when I asked Katherine if she was "the Kati" she said she was not. I was happy to find out that there was more than one person at this property who is awesome...
We stayed here for one night in very nice rooms and will definitely be back. Very clean boutique hotel. Connected to shopping mall. Walking distance to many restaurants and Lucas Stadium. Parking Garage is across the street from the hotel. Vehicles up to 8'2" $24 for 24 hours or $45 valet at the hotel.
The staff here are absolutely amazing!! It is hard to find good hotels that allow dogs and this one was an absolute gem. The location is insane, close to the mall, bars, convention center, Lucas Oil, and restaurants. The front desk loved our dog as soon as we walked up and helped us up to the elevator since our hands were full when we arrived. We decided to park in the garage nearby for $24 a night...
Have you ever been to a hotel where the staff really cared about you? This place. Every single employee takes the time to listen and make you feel welcome. I travel a lot and very few hotels have such consistently good staff. This is an older boutique hotel owned by Marriott. An older hotel with different sized rooms and a modern Marriott overlay.
