Food wasn't great. But I don't know who was responsible for selecting breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No fruit. But a lot of mini pastries, not healthy. One breakfast was sausage patties without eggs. I was surprised that the bathroom was the only place to do hair etc. I missed a place outside the bathroom to get ready.

I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The hotel is impressively clean and spacious, and the modern furnishings are a refreshing touch. The attentive staff and beautiful amenities made my visit truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs. And she makes a fantastic Old Fashioned cocktail as well!

Registration staff were excellent!! Rooms were clean, up to date. I would stay here again. Did not eat in their restaurants so can't comment about that, but there are tons of other places to eat nearby.

We will definitely return! The hotel is gorgeous from lobby to restaurant to rooms! The rooms are very modern with lots of space to put your belongings. The bedding was very comfy! Nice rooms, great location, but a noticeably poor effort from room service staff. In the small amount of time we ordered and received breakfast, it was cold. The eggs looked and tasted like what I imagine jail eggs would taste like and the biscuits & gravy were like eating cardboard. Pretty confusing given the “4-star hotel” rating. Figure it out guys, you’re feeding customers not inmates.

Had to stay at the Westin for a one night business trip, and it was a excellent experience. The one bed room was large enough, looked updated, and was clean throughout. Frankly, not an issue at all. I was able to use the app as my key without issue. Overall, a solid stay.

Stayed here two nights for professional event. Only complaint is that the elevators are old. They move to your desired floor very quickly, but you can sometimes experience extra g-force as you come to a stop. As of wiring, they have signs saying they're working on modernizing the elevators. This place is amazing. When we checked-in to our room we had a little bit of an issue with the shower, but the Manger Will and staff member from the front desk Tim moved us to a new room and went above and beyond to give us good service for the rest of our stay. ( I love this place )

Great place for the anime convention. Have been 3 years in a row. Great staff and friendly people. Restrooms are always clean and fully stocked so rooms must be too. Friends have booked rooms and said they are reasonable and clean. Haven't stayed here yet but plan to next year.

This place is only a 3 star hotel?!?!? It's considerably nicer and seemingly more upscale especially as soon as you enter the doors compared to other 3 star hotels I've been in. The Hilton in Downtown Indianapolis is a magnificently beautiful hotel-from the outside awning, the lit up circular drive, & carasel front door- this place is the definition of classy! Had a wonderful stay for night 1 of the Eras tour! I was the first in my group to arrive and I was warmly greeted and the room was ready early. For a conference hotel, it was cool and convenient to have meeting spaces, hotel bar and restaurant, and other facilities on the same level. Staff went out of their way to make you appear welcomed and valued. FREE Parking was a bonus.

Rooms were compact but comfortable. My room only had down pillows; comfortable but they make me sneeze. My room was also connected to another. I could hear everything in there. Everything. Very clean! We have stayed here twice and have been satisfied with the room both times. There are always some sort of team staying here though. Kids baseball team? We have to travel a lot. And once we found Drury every one of them are fantastic. Great rooms and the service has been exceptional including this one in Indianapolis. The food you get for breakfast and dinner is very good. When most other hotels don't even offer it anymore. I am talking bacon, sausage, eggs and real biscuits. Had a room for a canceled flight. It was very clean and had the best smelling shampoo I have had in a hotel. The in house restaurant and bar were quite nice too. Place is nice to look at, with a mix of wood construction and some modern accents. Did was pretty good, though I'm not a big fan of Italian food. After his discharge he is still unable to travel so we had to extend our stay. For what it is, a very nice, reasonably priced hotel. It's being refurbished, and my room was very comfortable. Better included breakfast than most similar hotel chains. But, the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom is annoying.

Extremely friendly . Room was remodled, 419 Had to get pet few taken off. Told on check in it was a service dog. T.V. wasn't working properly and phone in room didn't work. Desk person said within 1 hour someone would come to check it out. Did not hapoen

This hotel was in the middle of renovations when I stayed here. The room was clean. The staff during the morning check out was friendly. I think they did well to accommodate in the middle of renovations. I'm sure it will be well worth it when it is done.

At the time I went, the top floor was being renovated. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I used the gym in the morning which was small but had everything I needed. The rooms were really clean and tidy. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a great selection. No issues whatsoever with the WiFi. I would rate my stay 5 out of 5. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodations and service. Our room was like an apartment. We had everything in it, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove, the whole nine. Great place. Newer and spacious. I have one of the mini suite or condo room with a fridge and mini kitchen. Great bathroom and well lit. This place was just bought by Wyndham hotels. Has a small restaurant in side and is nicely located downtown. A few locals said it was one of the more nicer hotels.
