Food wasn't great. But I don't know who was responsible for selecting breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No fruit. But a lot of mini pastries, not healthy. One breakfast was sausage patties without eggs. I was surprised that the bathroom was the only place to do hair etc. I missed a place outside the bathroom to get ready.

I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The hotel is impressively clean and spacious, and the modern furnishings are a refreshing touch. The attentive staff and beautiful amenities made my visit truly memorable. I can't wait to return!

We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs. And she makes a fantastic Old Fashioned cocktail as well!

Top notch hotel in Indy near Lucas Oil Stadium and connected to the convention center. Not a cheap hotel so don’t expect a bargain this is a prime location near the heart of Indy. Registration staff were excellent!! Rooms were clean, up to date. I would stay here again. Did not eat in their restaurants so can't comment about that, but there are tons of other places to eat nearby.

We will definitely return! The hotel is gorgeous from lobby to restaurant to rooms! The rooms are very modern with lots of space to put your belongings. The bedding was very comfy! Nice rooms, great location, but a noticeably poor effort from room service staff. In the small amount of time we ordered and received breakfast, it was cold. The eggs looked and tasted like what I imagine jail eggs would taste like and the biscuits & gravy were like eating cardboard. Pretty confusing given the “4-star hotel” rating. Figure it out guys, you’re feeding customers not inmates.

Had to stay at the Westin for a one night business trip, and it was a excellent experience. The one bed room was large enough, looked updated, and was clean throughout. Frankly, not an issue at all. I was able to use the app as my key without issue. Overall, a solid stay.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and inviting. The location is close to the Circle Center Mall and many downtown restaurants and nightlife. I recommend visiting The Eagles' Nest for dinner or drinks while you're there, fantastic views of the city.

We stayed here while in town for a convention. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was easily the highlight for our trip, it was SO WARM and our daughter wanted to stay and play all weekend!

Very enjoyable stay. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The most beautiful thing to me, they use Mojave Ghost personal care products, and the hotel smells so nicely at any time of the day (if one washes their hands often that is 😍). Had a wonderful stay for night 1 of the Eras tour! I was the first in my group to arrive and I was warmly greeted and the room was ready early. The receptionist upgraded me to a larger room since I was staying with my cousin. This is a nice hotel. They have renovated the rooms and lobby the past few years so it is updated and modern looking. I like the new look but feel some things in the room are not functional. This place is only a 3 star hotel?!?!? It's considerably nicer and seemingly more upscale especially as soon as you enter the doors compared to other 3 star hotels I've been in. The Hilton in Downtown Indianapolis is a magnificently beautiful hotel-from the outside awning, the lit up circular drive, & carasel front door- this place is the definition of classy! The lobby is comfortable & the staff is helpful, but not pushy. The lay-out of the hotel is also not basic, nor is it confusing. I was easily capable of finding my room in no time. I loved it!

Nice hotel but area isn't the greatest. While I feel totally safe at the hotel, I certainly would not walk off property at night. There is a reason they have security at the parking lot entrance. For a conference hotel, it was cool and convenient to have meeting spaces, hotel bar and restaurant, and other facilities on the same level. Staff went out of their way to make you appear welcomed and valued. FREE Parking was a bonus.

We stayed here all weekend for my wedding. The staff was AMAZING! So generous, supportive , and helpful. Everyone was so full of life and loving. Our room was FABULOUS! (500 Suite) I would come here again and again, amazing people and beautiful hotel!

Rooms were compact but comfortable. My room only had down pillows; comfortable but they make me sneeze. My room was also connected to another. I could hear everything in there. Everything. They weren't loud or inappropriate, but I could hear their phones vibrate. Coworkers in another room did not have the same issue. Beautiful property and great event areas.

Staff was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant but it was a little pricey. Received a very generous upgrade for staying on our anniversary. The surrounding area is not all that great but there was security in the hotel and also no issues, never felt unsafe. Very clean! We have stayed here twice and have been satisfied with the room both times. There are always some sort of team staying here though. Kids baseball team? Normally wouldn’t bother us- we are kid people; however, we have a 1 year old and kids were running up and down the halls at 9:00 at night knocking on peoples doors as a joke. We have to travel a lot. And once we found Drury every one of them are fantastic. Great rooms and the service has been exceptional including this one in Indianapolis. The food you get for breakfast and dinner is very good. When most other hotels don't even offer it anymore. I am talking bacon, sausage, eggs and real biscuits. No where near as nice as the comfort in down the road. Water pressure in the shower was weak, hot water wasn't very hot, there was a Roach on the wall when I first entered my room and there was a fan/vent in the bathroom so when I got out of the shower and went to shave I had to wipe the mirror. There was also stains in the bathtub. Besides that the linen was clean and everything else was fine.

From the moment we arrived for my husband's birthday we had a great experience with the staff. From Jason at the valet to Taylor at the front desk the service was excellent. Stayed a night back in summer of 2017. It's close to the airport and, like the park & fly deal: able to leave my vehicle for a couple weeks while on vacation. Although I had no problems, the only thing I didn't care for was leaving it parked out back the entire time.

Night shift didn't keep the people with dogs and kids quiet till after midnight. These should be no pizza deliveries after 10PM. After checking in, the fridge was broken and the shower knob didn't turn right. We just notified them about the fridge as the shower head wasnt a problem and they moved us to a jacuzzi suite, much nicer than our previous room for free for the rest of our stay. We only stayed so we could catch an early flight. We had a nice, clean room and the staff was very friendly. I loved the to-go bags that were available before breakfast hours. The only problem I had was that it took over an hour for someone to bring a rollaway bed and extra pillows.

Other than a dirty comforter, our stay was great. Very nice stuff, otherwise clean rooms, and the pool was great for our kids. They have a workout room, an indoor pool and hot tub, and an office area. They also have a nice hot breakfast in the mornings and to go breakfasts too. There were a couple things that I wasn't happy with. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty, but they switched it our for me right away. Rooms are pretty nice, even the cheap room we rented. Breakfast was delicious as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the staff. Cleaning crew tried to just walk in without knocking at 8 PM, and the person at the front desk seemed incompetent when we checked in for our stay. Other than that, I will be staying here again next year.

Good location not to far from downtown plus it's only like 10 minutes from the stadium. Rooms are nice very spacious smells really clean and looks really clean. Their free breakfast is the bomb loved making bacon and egg biscuits smothered in gravy.
