One of the first things I check about a room is how cool I can make it for sleeping, and the thermostat allowed me to keep the room at a great sleeping temperature. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs

I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The hotel is impressively clean and spacious, and the modern furnishings are a refreshing touch

The views on the higher levels are absolutely spectacular and both the river and canal paths are in easy walking distance

The attentive staff and beautiful amenities made my visit truly memorable

And she makes a fantastic Old Fashioned cocktail as well!

Additionally, the Omni team went above and beyond to make sure our suite was decorated and felt incredibly romantic to end a perfect night! Our guests have been raving about our wedding since that day and they can’t stop talking about how incredible the food was, how friendly the staff members were, how beautiful and elegant the venue was, and how smooth the entire wedding evening went

Our guests told us that from the moment they walked in the door and were greeted by Matt, the awesome bellman, the entire weekend was relaxing and fun! We had over half of our guests come into Indianapolis from out of town and they loved the convenience of staying at the hotel and having a bar, coffee shop, and restaurant in the lobby

Our wedding was an absolute dream and if I could go back and do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing, I would pick Omni Severin Hotel every single time! To top it all off, they shared that a renovation of the rooms will begin very soon and we cannot wait to come back and visit to see the updates!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for my 21st birthday and it was amazing! When booking the room they had the option to write a special request and I jokingly asked for them to put rose petals on the bed and that it was my 21st birthday, not even expecting that to happen

If you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect, then pick the Omni Severin Hotel! My bridesmaids and I absolutely loved being able to get ready in the presidential suite and the guys had plenty of room in the boardroom to watch sports and relax until wedding time

Great experience in the downtown Indianapolis Omni Hotel. Best staff I've encountered in years! Very friendly, polite and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights on a business trip. Conveniently located to everything downtown

However, the breathtaking views from this rotating dining room ate it's most spectacular feature ! One can see for miles and also spot close up vistas such as the picturesque Indiana State Capitol ! I recommend arriving for Happy Hour and a few drinks before sunset so you can see both the daytime and nighttime views , alone with the wonderful sunset

The pool was easily the highlight for our trip, it was SO WARM and our daughter wanted to stay and play all weekend!

We enjoyed a few drinks and the ladies that helped us were absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service and you could tell they really cared if their customers were having a great experience

It's a very nice hotel. The check in and check out process was easy. The room was nice and clean. A good view too. Close to dining and attractions. I would definately recommend this hotel.

My friends and I stayed at the Hyatt over Easter weekend because we were attending Indy Comic Con. Room was clean, staff was very polite. Especially the wonderful bartenders

There were so many families having a great time, it wasn't enough and the area around the pool is huge so there is plenty of room to expand if the structure allows

Doreen and the rest of the staff were the best. We stayed here for 3 nights and plan to stay here again when we return. The pool on the 9th floor was amazing

I had a great experience here! The view from the window was phenomenal! The beautiful light show at night was very beautiful! The daytime view of the monument was pleasant! The bed was very comfortable

It was a little creepy and very expensive, but it didn't change the fact that I had a great stay and will definitely book a room there in the future!

The pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The reception staff were nice and friendly

When we checked-in to our room we had a little bit of an issue with the shower, but the Manger Will and staff member from the front desk Tim moved us to a new room and went above and beyond to give us good service for the rest of our stay

Attended a training event. Location easy to get to from interstate. Location is in a very nice area Free parking garage next to the building. Very nice facility for event. High end shopping and restaurants near by.

Excellent location, attached to the mall. Wonderful service and pet friendly! They were very accommodating with pets. Service was excellent and was very clean all around. Very upscale lobby with a bar and food

Excellent hotel. Paid less than $100 a night. Very comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay there again!

Please keep in mind photos are from AFTER our stay. Room was excellent and homey. I really like coming into a room that is not freezing cold or way too hot. We checked in very late, after a concert downtown actually

Close to shopping and dining too

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. As long as you can handle the planes flying over it's a great hotel to stay in

We stayed for one night and were overall pleased with our stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms and building felt and appeared to be dated and could use some renovations

Breakfast is not included, so be prepared to spend $5-10 before taxes on food at the restaurant. What could use improvements? Carpeting, room amenities, and re-lining the bathtub

This hotel is great! Friendly service and they have a snack place open all the time. It is about 15-20 minutes downtown for a busy event like Garth Brooks which is the first time we have stayed here

We were at Wyndham Indy West for a tabletop game convention. However, the facilities were nice and we enjoyed our time there

Great place for the anime convention. Great staff and friendly people. Restrooms are always clean and fully stocked so rooms must be too. Friends have booked rooms and said they are reasonable and clean

Pool and lightly attended restaurant on premises. Many dining options nearby within a mile. Good breakfast on raceday this year

Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Room decor is pleasant and comfortable. I love that I can connect to my Netflix account through the TV in the room. Attentive staff. Hotel patrons are not loud. Good coffee.

Loved my stay here over the memorial weekend holiday. Restaurant was high quality and the bar staff Sally and Harli rocked it. Great service with a smile, in spite of the poor/lack of support from the guy in the suit

Thier remodel really took it to a new level. The place just looks great. I will be returning. So much to do in Indy and everything is so easy to get to.

We had suites and for 2 days, we had zero room service which meant no clean towels after we all showered. The pool area had zero towels and had to return to our rooms dripping wet

The lay-out of the hotel is also not basic, nor is it confusing. I was easily capable of finding my room in no time

Rooms are laid out nicely and spacious and definitely worth the cost. Only con to the experience is no fridge or microwave in the king suite. But at least there's food and stores all around!

Nice Hotel. Our AC did not work so we called the reception in the middle of the night and sombody came and fixed it immediately.

The AC unit wasn't strong enough to push cool air into the bedroom and it was mostly a little bit warm in there main bedroom. I wanted to point out that there was no mini fridge either in case someone needs that

This place is only a 3 star hotel?!?!? It's considerably nicer and seemingly more upscale especially as soon as you enter the doors compared to other 3 star hotels I've been in

Truly a memorable stay and will certainly be the ONLY place I stay will in Indianapolis. My only regret is that I did not have a chance to visit the spa that my colleagues raved about

Excellent customer service at this Landmark hotel. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and well designed. The location is ideal if you want to visit downtown Indy during your trip

I visited the Conrad a few months back for a conference I was attending

I felt the need to state that many hotels offer “five star service” and have fallen short, but the Conrad exceeded all of my expectations and truly deserves each of their 5 stars

No jokes, highly recommended place, secure, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, awesome downtown location, and attentive friendly staff, A++++

Very nice experience. Slightly older room but Very nice and clean. The hotel has great service and a nice bar and restaurant. Work out room and pool are nice as well.

Staff was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant but it was a little pricey. Received a very generous upgrade for staying on our anniversary

The surrounding area is not all that great but there was security in the hotel and also no issues, never felt unsafe. We would definitely go back as the beds are very comfortable and quiet

Every time I have been here it has been beautiful, clean, well staffed and the catering and service excellent. My only disappointment was lack of parking due to numerous events on site

Outdoor courtyard was inviting. Check in easy, staff was friendly, and rooms clean. Parking is free and easily accessible. It was hard to regulate air in the suite bedroom but the suite was spacious and comfortable

Also, during my last stay in July 2017, they were snaking out the plumbing of one of the rooms near mine

I got a room in one of their train carriages which was absolutely amazing, I've never stayed in a room like this, it was fun and comfortable! See pictures

Great customer service from the front desk! The rooms were good and clean. The statues and trains are a nice touch. The indoor pool is great! Convenient valet parking. Close to the entire city center

They hadn't vacuumed the room. We found a staple, ring to a bottle top and other debris on the floor.

Now I never stay in a hotel room that has an interior door for this reason. You could hear your neighbors talking as if they were in the same room with you

The only thing I could recommend to the hotel is to put padding between adjacent doors. The carriages have two rooms, separated by an interior door

Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again! Concierge Ron was absolutely fantastic!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at for a great price! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pool and great location. Breakfast, kickbacks and popcorn were great. Will definitely be staying with Drury again!

Excellent service and clean comfy rooms! Free drinks upon arrival for kiddos and adults! Wonderful COMPLETE breakfast for FREE the next morning! The place was BOOMING which was so so nice to experience after all the issues hospitality has faced these past few years! Highly recommend!

And once we found Drury every one of them are fantastic. Great rooms and the service has been exceptional including this one in Indianapolis. The food you get for breakfast and dinner is very good

Upon arrival, they gave me the hairspray bottle that I asked them to hold until I returned. They fixed my door handle, which was wobbly. And also my fridge needed to be fixed

When most other hotels don't even offer it anymore. I am talking bacon, sausage, eggs and real biscuits. To the chicken Alfredo or chili it was all excellent!

There is a neat dining room upstairs. The best part was just all of the pampering items set out. I would also like to add that housekeeping were super polite

The pool was small and there was not a hot tub or sauna. The airport shuttle was excellent and timely

I bring a group of students to Indy each year for a convention. These accommodations were great! We had plenty of towels, indoor pool, meeting areas for the students and an overall great atmosphere

This hotel was fine for a quick stay. Convenient to highway, bed was extremely firm & bathroom very tiny. We liked seeing the planes take off but I could see that being annoying for others

We stayed to spend time with our kids looking at the farm toy show. The pool area was great and clean. Shawn at check in was super nice. Our room was available for early check in

The rooms were really clean and tidy. Free breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a great selection. No issues whatsoever with the WiFi. I would rate my stay 5 out of 5

Room was remodled, 419 Had to get pet few taken off. Told on check in it was a service dog. wasn't working properly and phone in room didn't work. Desk person said within 1 hour someone would come to check it out

At the time I went, the top floor was being renovated. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I used the gym in the morning which was small but had everything I needed

For what it is, a very nice, reasonably priced hotel. It's being refurbished, and my room was very comfortable. Better included breakfast than most similar hotel chains

So it was under construction while we stayed. What was finished looked great. I'd come back in six months once it was done and likely give it five stars.

But, the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom is annoying

Our time spent in the conference area was also nice, the hotel put on a great nosh spread for us, and were always very friendly. The staff also helped recommend places of interest, and called a taxi when we needed one

The Alexander Hotel is magnificent. I would advise anyone considering an upscale Hotel in Indianapolis to consider the Alexander Hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facilities are immaculately clean

To be honest, I've never stayed here. I've only been attending conferences and grab drinks at Plat 99 or meal at Market Place. They also provide an art tour if you're interested. The facility is clean and well maintained

If you're coming for an NFL game make sure you book early because it's the nicest hotel nearby to Lucas Oil Stadium

Free drinks and appetizers in the evening - certainly doesn't hurt. Location was good, close to freeways without being too noisy. Inside/outside pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, though maybe a bit small

Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities - everything you could hope for in this class of hotel. Breakfasts in the morning were good. Could stand for some variety, but can't really complain

Family members had a wonderful experience here during their 5-day stay for our Family Reunion. Great hospitality, outstanding customer service, and nice location in the center of downtown Indianapolis

The hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations and because of this we had one minor problem with our stay. The manager on duty quickly resolved this to our satisfaction. Attentive staff, highly recommend

Close to downtown, friendly staff, and a great breakfast included. Only needs a pool! It does have a fitness center however which is passable. I'd stay here again anytime if traveling on business

This was a great place to stay. The location is great and you can walk down to anything downtown. It was $32 a day to park my car WITHOUT VALET which is a total scam but w. e the staff was very nice and very accommodating

The website said it had parking. That's a true statement, however, it's not free. Also, there are no mini fridges in the room. In the great USA I thought that was the norm. Don't assume there is a mini fridge

There was no glaring problems, but we were certainly not blown away. The parking is really hard to find if you do not know were it is. It costs like $32 to park overnight

I liked the tree tea oil and lemongrass soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also the water got very hot which was very relaxing. I also liked the mini refrigerator.
