One of the first things I check about a room is how cool I can make it for sleeping, and the thermostat allowed me to keep the room at a great sleeping temperature. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs

I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis. The hotel is impressively clean and spacious, and the modern furnishings are a refreshing touch

The views on the higher levels are absolutely spectacular and both the river and canal paths are in easy walking distance

The attentive staff and beautiful amenities made my visit truly memorable

And she makes a fantastic Old Fashioned cocktail as well!

However, the breathtaking views from this rotating dining room ate it's most spectacular feature ! One can see for miles and also spot close up vistas such as the picturesque Indiana State Capitol ! I recommend arriving for Happy Hour and a few drinks before sunset so you can see both the daytime and nighttime views , alone with the wonderful sunset

The pool was easily the highlight for our trip, it was SO WARM and our daughter wanted to stay and play all weekend!

We enjoyed a few drinks and the ladies that helped us were absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service and you could tell they really cared if their customers were having a great experience

It's a very nice hotel. The check in and check out process was easy. The room was nice and clean. A good view too. Close to dining and attractions. I would definately recommend this hotel.

My friends and I stayed at the Hyatt over Easter weekend because we were attending Indy Comic Con. Room was clean, staff was very polite. Especially the wonderful bartenders

Truly a memorable stay and will certainly be the ONLY place I stay will in Indianapolis. My only regret is that I did not have a chance to visit the spa that my colleagues raved about

Excellent customer service at this Landmark hotel. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and well designed. The location is ideal if you want to visit downtown Indy during your trip

I felt the need to state that many hotels offer “five star service” and have fallen short, but the Conrad exceeded all of my expectations and truly deserves each of their 5 stars

No jokes, highly recommended place, secure, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, awesome downtown location, and attentive friendly staff, A++++

Pool and lightly attended restaurant on premises. Many dining options nearby within a mile. Good breakfast on raceday this year

Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Room decor is pleasant and comfortable. I love that I can connect to my Netflix account through the TV in the room. Attentive staff. Hotel patrons are not loud. Good coffee.

Loved my stay here over the memorial weekend holiday. Restaurant was high quality and the bar staff Sally and Harli rocked it. Great service with a smile, in spite of the poor/lack of support from the guy in the suit

Thier remodel really took it to a new level. The place just looks great. I will be returning. So much to do in Indy and everything is so easy to get to.

We had suites and for 2 days, we had zero room service which meant no clean towels after we all showered. The pool area had zero towels and had to return to our rooms dripping wet

The lay-out of the hotel is also not basic, nor is it confusing. I was easily capable of finding my room in no time

Rooms are laid out nicely and spacious and definitely worth the cost. Only con to the experience is no fridge or microwave in the king suite. But at least there's food and stores all around!

Nice Hotel. Our AC did not work so we called the reception in the middle of the night and sombody came and fixed it immediately.

The AC unit wasn't strong enough to push cool air into the bedroom and it was mostly a little bit warm in there main bedroom. I wanted to point out that there was no mini fridge either in case someone needs that

This place is only a 3 star hotel?!?!? It's considerably nicer and seemingly more upscale especially as soon as you enter the doors compared to other 3 star hotels I've been in

Very nice experience. Slightly older room but Very nice and clean. The hotel has great service and a nice bar and restaurant. Work out room and pool are nice as well.

Staff was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent food at the on-site restaurant but it was a little pricey. Received a very generous upgrade for staying on our anniversary

The surrounding area is not all that great but there was security in the hotel and also no issues, never felt unsafe. We would definitely go back as the beds are very comfortable and quiet

Every time I have been here it has been beautiful, clean, well staffed and the catering and service excellent. My only disappointment was lack of parking due to numerous events on site

Outdoor courtyard was inviting. Check in easy, staff was friendly, and rooms clean. Parking is free and easily accessible. It was hard to regulate air in the suite bedroom but the suite was spacious and comfortable

Also, during my last stay in July 2017, they were snaking out the plumbing of one of the rooms near mine

I got a room in one of their train carriages which was absolutely amazing, I've never stayed in a room like this, it was fun and comfortable! See pictures

Great customer service from the front desk! The rooms were good and clean. The statues and trains are a nice touch. The indoor pool is great! Convenient valet parking. Close to the entire city center

Now I never stay in a hotel room that has an interior door for this reason. You could hear your neighbors talking as if they were in the same room with you

The only thing I could recommend to the hotel is to put padding between adjacent doors. The carriages have two rooms, separated by an interior door

Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely stay here again! Concierge Ron was absolutely fantastic!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at for a great price! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great pool and great location. Breakfast, kickbacks and popcorn were great. Will definitely be staying with Drury again!

And once we found Drury every one of them are fantastic. Great rooms and the service has been exceptional including this one in Indianapolis. The food you get for breakfast and dinner is very good

Upon arrival, they gave me the hairspray bottle that I asked them to hold until I returned. They fixed my door handle, which was wobbly. And also my fridge needed to be fixed

When most other hotels don't even offer it anymore. I am talking bacon, sausage, eggs and real biscuits. To the chicken Alfredo or chili it was all excellent!

Staff is very friendly!! The room is very clean even the towels were decoratively folded. Not really up to the standard that it used to be but they still do a very good job

Not the greatest area to drive around in but it's right off the highway easy access to downtown Indianapolis

During the time I stayed here I gathered that Rodeway Inn had replaced the previous owner of the hotel, and that getting established was a work in progress. This being said there is a ways to go here

After checking in, the fridge was broken and the shower knob didn't turn right

We just notified them about the fridge as the shower head wasnt a problem and they moved us to a jacuzzi suite, much nicer than our previous room for free for the rest of our stay. Super clean and friendly place

Other than a dirty comforter, our stay was great. Very nice stuff, otherwise clean rooms, and the pool was great for our kids. They have a workout room, an indoor pool and hot tub, and an office area

I may be late at writing this review because I stayed at this hotel almost a month ago. I enjoyed my stay, the people that work there were and is amazingly polite and helpful

The hotel was heavily booked and it did take several hours to get our room, but the staff was amazing and once we did get our room, the king suite, we were very happy

The manager very is nice, helpful and welcoming and that's something that's not seen at other hotels I've been too. I also respect that fact that I always seen Housekeeping cleaning

She got us all checked in quickly and let us know that the steak and shake next door was a cheap place to eat. The room was warm and clean when we got in and the king bed was pretty comfortable

I rolled into this place at 1 am looking for a decent place to spend the night. The front desk associate was the nicest young lady I've ever been greeted by at a hotel

For the price, this was a nice hotel. The water with check in was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well.

Clean rooms and allowed my dog. Fine for overnight when all you need is a place to lay your head. It was clean and staff courteous.

I real like this place.I have stayed here several times. indoor pool and whirl pool beautiful lobby, nice rooms. Easy to get to with map maybe not easy to spot from hwy. But I use map. Worth finding.

Hot breakfast with waffles! Good sized rooms. Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurant options within a short driving distance. My only complaint was the firm mattress

There was a guy that was at the front desk that was extremely nice. He helped my family and I out so much. He joked around with us and helped my family when we were in a time of need. He deserves a raise or something

Though it wasn't busy when I stayed there, I was able to check in early (1pm) and check out late (11am) with no extra cost. My neighbors did not disturb me either. Felt like a 3 star hotel, and priced like a 2

My mother had to have heart surgery and without a though Dana made sure we had a room for as long as we needed, worked with us on the price and people I didn’t even know were praying for my mother and our family! First of all I would like to take the time to make personal thank you,s to Dana, Cameron and Otis and all the staff that were so kind and helpful during a very hard time in our life! The hotel staff were so friendly accommodating, our dog was welcome to stay which was so very convenient and I felt like we were treated like family

We just had extreme difficulty getting into our room because of my card was prepaid. I had already paid for the hotel but they refused to put it under the card I used online. It took over an hour to square away the issue
