Conrad Indianapolis

I visited the Conrad a few months back for a conference I was attending. I felt the need to state that many hotels offer “five star service” and have fallen short, but the Conrad exceeded all of my expectations and truly deserves each of their 5 stars. From the ambience and first impressions of the lobby staff, to remembering my name throughout the entirety of my visit and quick and efficient responsiveness… Well done. Truly a memorable stay and will certainly be the ONLY place I stay will in Indianapolis. My only regret is that I did not have a chance to visit the spa that my colleagues raved about.

Very enjoyable stay. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The most beautiful thing to me, they use Mojave Ghost personal care products, and the hotel smells so nicely at any time of the day (if one washes their hands often that is 😍). No jokes, highly recommended place, secure, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, awesome downtown location, and attentive friendly staff, A++++.

We had a delightful stay at the Conrad Hilton during the Taylor Swift concert. The staff was helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate the time and efforts put forth by the hotel to make our stay comfortable and fun. I look forward to another visit to Indy and will consider this hotel. I gave the room 3 stars as it saddened me that a double deluxe was thousands over the regular cost apparently due to this event.

Had a wonderful stay for night 1 of the Eras tour! I was the first in my group to arrive and I was warmly greeted and the room was ready early. The receptionist upgraded me to a larger room since I was staying with my cousin. We requested ice twice and it arrived within minutes, the valet guy took photos of us in our outfits, and they gave us waters for the road when we checked out! Couldn’t recommend the Conrad enough.

I visited Indianapolis for a work conference and decided to stay at the Conrad based on reviews. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I was highly impressed with my room, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I visited the gym during my stay and it had everything one would need for a good workout. The gym is a nice size and overlooks the pool. I utilized the dine in service and ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly. All of the staff I came across were friendly and professional. I booked the King corner suite and it was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is great. The service is incredible. The location is great. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Excellent customer service at this Landmark hotel. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean and well designed. The location is ideal if you want to visit downtown Indy during your trip. It's close to all the good bars in the city centre. Valet parking costs $49, self parking at the mall costs $24 for 24 hours and is located directly across the street.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. This website compares thousands of booking websites and usually offers rooms for much less than others! Please :)! This hotel has one of the highest ratings in the area. I've lived here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be let down. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is great. The service is incredible. The location is great. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

This hotel has been awesome! Great service, great concierge, friendly staff. Rooms exceeded my expectation. I’m here for a work conference for a week. The beds are very comfortable along with the oversized feather bed pillows. If the standard pillows don’t meet your expectations, fear none, there is a Pillow bar available for your personal desire. A full on garden/soaking tub, nice shower......and a TV in the bathroom perfect while you are soaking. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and the Circle Center is connected to the Conrad which is a Skywalk to many locations including the mall. I’d definitely recommend this Hotel for your stay in Down Town Indianapolis.
