I had a wonderful experience staying here! Staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bar and everyone in between. Truly, all staff bent over backwards to give me a wonderful stay.

NO HOT WATER. Yes, I checked in. I went into shower. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower!!!!! I have never encountered this ever in all my years of traveling. I still cannot believe it. The “engineer” sent by the front desk clearly did not know anything. He turned the water on for 5 minutes, and confirmed that there was not hot water. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL if you expect to take showers.

Looks really good on the inside, the bed was the best thing going. Don't plan on too long a trip where you want to unpack your bags-THERE ARE NO DRAWERS! There are a couple of shelves but we had to call maid service to dust them first

Very nice upscale hotel. Pool and lightly attended restaurant on premises. Comfy bed and pillows. Modern decor. Many dining options nearby within a mile. Shopping seems popular. Easy check in and out. Good breakfast on raceday this year.

Loved my stay here over the memorial weekend holiday. Rooms are updated and quiet. Restaurant was high quality and the bar staff Sally and Harli rocked it. Great service with a smile, in spite of the poor/lack of support from the guy in the suit. Highly recommend this spot.

This is a nice hotel. They have renovated the rooms and lobby the past few years so it is updated and modern looking. I like the new look but feel some things in the room are not functional. For example, they no longer provide a dresser in the room. So I guess the assumption was made that guests want to hang all their clothes. Also the restaurant area can get very loud in the evenings. I stay here occasionally when traveling for work.

Attended a fundraiser. Hotel appeared to have been newly renovated. Very nice!

Went for a benefit dinner. Good drinks. Good food. Beautiful venue. Recently updated.

Hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. Room decor is pleasant and comfortable. I love that I can connect to my Netflix account through the TV in the room. Attentive staff. Hotel patrons are not loud. Good coffee.
