Stayed in Lubbock twice and this was far better than the last time this property made me enjoy the area much more than the last made me feel Like I was back in Florida. Property well kept staff amazing great hotel, lived up to the expectations

This place is definitely the best stay I have had in a long time. My wife and I needed a weekend away from all the hustle and bustle of modern life so we booked the room. The service and staff get 10 stars. The food and poolside waitresses are awsome and efficient.

MCM has very nice beds and we slept well. The property needs some updating and is a bit tired. Our toilets and showers were slow draining and when we mentioned it we were told it's just how it is and nothing they could do. Overall great experience. Sun-Wed they have a Managers Reception where you can get free food and drinks from 6pm to 7pm. I was in room 420. The only issue that stuck out to me was when I took a shower, the water didn't drain all the out, so I was standing in about 3 to 4 inches of water the whole time. The hotel is really nice. All the employees have been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. The rooms appear to be clean. The hotel is old, and there are quirks that go with that (such as a leaky sink), but overall I'd recommend it and I'd stay here again.

I have stayed here several times and each time my experience has been outstanding. This hotel stands out due to its unique interior that has a newly remodeled pool which is surrounded by plant life, sauna and bar area. The staff are curtious, polite and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. I highly recommend this establishment.

Decent bang for your buck. Not stellar quality rooms and old deck and furnishings in need of updating. Usually 1 bug every time I visit. Which is at least 1/month. Used to have fridges in rooms which they got rid of. Have to specially request it. Don't use the coffee machines. They haven't ever been cleaned usually something is not perfectly cleaned when entering new room.

I was fascinated by the layout of this place. Just the design in general makes you wonder what this place would have been like when it was busy. This has been the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. The staff is so friendly, the room is so comfortable, the ambiance is beautiful, breakfast tastes amazing and the gym is nice too. It is an older property and has the classic embassy suites garden atrium feel. I have honestly loved it. The hotel has been well kept. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Lubbock.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years. The last two trips we have had to bring our two small dogs (3 lbs and 6 lbs) and we have been charged $75 for them to be able to stay with us. I think that guests should be charged based on damages IF their pets cause damage, as a inspection of the room would clearly show if there was any damage. Great value for your money. I enjoyed the layout of the hotel. I did not enjoy sleeping on the pull out couch with its 3” thick mattress, but that’s only because the people who paid for the room were cheapskates. They offer a decent breakfast that is free. I genuinely despise styrofoam and single use plastics, so I decided against trying it.

Really nice guest service. Facility and rooms were clean. They let us use the "Den", a really nice lounge area with high top tables, couches and booths, to work for a couple hours even after we checked out. Really nice courtyard. Only thing that would've made our stay better is if they had a swimming pool.

The king suite was great. Lots of room and bed was comfortable. Sad that there was no tea in the room for the evening/morning. Breakfast was limited, but okay. Batter for waffles must have had baking soda instead of baking powder. Waffles tasted salty and left a slight foamy feel in the mouth. It was good. However I do have one complaint. They were putting stuff up for breakfast at 9:15am when their breakfast closes at 9:30. My family has stayed here twice now. It is our new favorite. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. The hotel is very modern, and the person at reception was very accommodating and pleasant. The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast had all the usuals, and the biscuits and gravy were especially good. I also loved the pancake machine, with a Perspex side window to see the pancakes in production!

Room was very clean. Woke up to windows busted out of our truck as well as 4 other people. Staff was very helpful with letting us use their shop vac. Location is nice because it’s close to college but the location in general is not a good place. No security and no cameras. Police stated it’s often that cars are broken into.

Clean spacious rooms as you would expect from a TownePlace. Separate bedrooms and full kitchens are the drawing point for extended stays. The hotel seems pretty new and a bonus that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. We had trouble with the AC in the room not cycling during the night. They limit the thermostat to 69 but it wouldn’t even trigger until 71 (via hair dryer).

Great amenities. This courtyard was recently constructed so it features a lot of the new concepts/designs Marriott has been rolling out. Gym sucks but I doubt anyone is here long enough to utilize or require a properly equiped gym. Close to the campus; literally less than a 1/4 mile away.

Had a great stay for about a month. Room had a smell to it, but after a week or so went off. Beds were good and comfortable. Bathroom was nice but the kitchen was small though. I liked that it had two mobile chairs with a table for studying and a board to stick notes on. All over good stay nice location.
