Stayed in Lubbock twice and this was far better than the last time this property made me enjoy the area much more than the last made me feel Like I was back in Florida. Property well kept staff amazing great hotel, lived up to the expectations

This place is definitely the best stay I have had in a long time. My wife and I needed a weekend away from all the hustle and bustle of modern life so we booked the room. The service and staff get 10 stars. The food and poolside waitresses are awsome and efficient.

MCM has very nice beds and we slept well. The property needs some updating and is a bit tired. Our toilets and showers were slow draining and when we mentioned it we were told it's just how it is and nothing they could do. Overall great experience. Sun-Wed they have a Managers Reception where you can get free food and drinks from 6pm to 7pm. I was in room 420. The only issue that stuck out to me was when I took a shower, the water didn't drain all the out, so I was standing in about 3 to 4 inches of water the whole time. This has been the best hotel stay I've had in a long time. The staff is so friendly, the room is so comfortable, the ambiance is beautiful, breakfast tastes amazing and the gym is nice too. It is an older property and has the classic embassy suites garden atrium feel. I have honestly loved it. The hotel has been well kept. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Lubbock.

Great hotel for our last night of a 3 day road trip back home. While the property and furnishings are a little dated, the staff were amazing from check-in/out, housekeeping to the food and beverage team. I always stay here when visiting Lubbock! If you love made to order breakfast and happy included at no charge, stay here! My kids and I appreciate the attentive staff at this hotel. Location was perfect, stayed here 3 weeks while dropping my daughter off at Tech. My room was separate from the Living area and we had a full kitchen. We have been staying at this hotel for many years. The last two trips we have had to bring our two small dogs (3 lbs and 6 lbs) and we have been charged $75 for them to be able to stay with us. I think that guests should be charged based on damages IF their pets cause damage, as a inspection of the room would clearly show if there was any damage. Great value for your money. I enjoyed the layout of the hotel. I did not enjoy sleeping on the pull out couch with its 3” thick mattress, but that’s only because the people who paid for the room were cheapskates. They offer a decent breakfast that is free. I genuinely despise styrofoam and single use plastics, so I decided against trying it.

Really nice guest service. Facility and rooms were clean. They let us use the "Den", a really nice lounge area with high top tables, couches and booths, to work for a couple hours even after we checked out. Really nice courtyard. Only thing that would've made our stay better is if they had a swimming pool.

It was good. However I do have one complaint. They were putting stuff up for breakfast at 9:15am when their breakfast closes at 9:30. My family has stayed here twice now. It is our new favorite. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. Staff is very accommodating with extra towels, wine screws, scissors and anything else we needed. The Happy Hour and breakfast are always nice. My only wish is that breakfast didn't end at 9. The hotel seems pretty new and a bonus that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. We had trouble with the AC in the room not cycling during the night. They limit the thermostat to 69 but it wouldn’t even trigger until 71 (via hair dryer).

We were in Lubbock for our daughter’s graduation and rented a room at My Place Lubbock. I loved that they had rooms with two queen beds, it was perfect for our family of four. What a great hotel. I have stayed in Hamptons all over the country but this is the first one I have seen with a bar - what a great addition. Hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly, and if you are going to a game or other event at Texas Tech, you can't beat the walkability with a pedestrian bridge that takes you to just outside the stadium.

The rooms were clean. The location was great for us. Close to several places we had to go. Several places to eat near by. Staff was nice. Thought breakfast lacked in quality, compared to other places we have stayed. It wasn't terrible, just not as good as other places. I would recommend people to stay here.

Service is great. The room beds could us a couple more pillows that have more stuffing. Shower pressure was almost nonexistent. However cleanliness of the room was great. Economy, simplicity, and cleanliness are three attributes I look for in a hotel. This Quality Inn exhibited all three. Our room was basic with a TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, and ironing board. I ended up here due to serious personal issues and they couldn't have been nicer to me. Very helpful and kind- not something you see very often from strangers. Great staff goes the extra mile in making your stay pleasant. Check-in and -out was smooth. Computer problems required a second phone call to make my reservation, but - hey, it's a computer. Terry was apologetic about need for second call, but handled the situation professionally and efficiently.

Fantastic and delicious breakfast. Very good room for an excellent price. Moved us to a new room, when first room smelled of smoke. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained as were the room and common areas.

The room was clean enough, except for there was a used coffee filter still in the coffee maker when we went to use it. They only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in a 2-person room. The bed is very uncomfortable and slopes toward the middle. The halls and common areas seem clean. The breakfast was good.
