Beach was beautiful, we spent most of our time on the beach. Service was great in the restaurants and on the beach. The kids loved 10K alley, overall it was a good expereince.

Beautiful resort with ample loungers by the 3 pools. The restaurants on site were very good. I recommend the seared grouper at Stilts and the 5 meats pizza at Cucina. Had a great time on our family vacation! 2 bedroom villas are very spacious and super clean. Staff was always eager to offer help for anything you need. The text feature was particularly handy. It was very nice. My biggest issue was no pool side bar or food to meet other people in. The bars were also not fully stocked. We also called weeks prior to our stay with help for new years eve plans and the concierges were absolutely no help. They didn't even point us in any direction. Couldn't even tell us if anything was happening at the resort. Housekeeping was great. Would have loved pool side...

We have many good memories with this hotel. We visited here a multiple times. It's definitely a great hotel to relax and chill as its right on the beach. It's definitely on a very quiet side of the island...nothing like Miami...There arent many restaurants, bars or shops nearby...or on Collier, but what's awesome about this hotel is that every room comes with a full-size kitchen. Suite was great. Hotel staff is really good. Clean, quiet, and easy to relax. They take care of everything. Did I mention the beach was perfect?

The manager was excellent, knowledgeable of the area, and very friendly. The hotel was older and was more motel than resort, I would say. The main building itself was beautiful and has a lot of potential to be modern, luxurious etc if some renovations were done. There weren't really any amenities - the restaurant was closed for renovations so had to find somewhere else for all meals and even snacks...

This place is so well kept , the pool is absolutely beautiful ,big and super clean . We were able to check in a bit early . We have been helped by Mike at the front desk , he is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a restaurant onsite and also very affordable boat rentals down at the marina. I will update my review when we leave but so far so good . I will definitely come back

Nice little resort in middle of know where ... Nice rooms and some 1 bedroom efficiencies. Nice bar with reasonable $ restaurant. Marina in rear different owner some commercial tour boats. If your a boater. Watch out coming in off gulf very shallow, markers still down from Erma and if you ask Marina for guidance hope you don't get Mike.. He'll blow you off esp. The folks at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. Steve, the general manager, immediately makes you feel at home and as a wanted guest. I had a 3 night stay planned, and, unfortunately, something came up. Steve worked with me on this and even helped set up a night in a sister hotel.

Place is nice an quiet, with relaxing atmosphere. The boat dock is nice and we went fishing had a really good time. Rooms are okay, but over all a nice experience.

On our way down to the Keys we stopped for a few days at Port of the Islands Everglades Adventure. The resort was nice, beautiful and clean. The pool was inviting.... Room was amazing. You wouldn't need to leave the resort if you don't want to, but the island is amazing so I'd encourage you to anyways. Haha. Restaurant have amazing reviews, shops, bakery, art gallery, breakfast spot, pool, and hot jacuzzi to name a new on site amenities.

What a lovely time we had. The view of the sunset from our room was breathtaking. The rooms were spotless and we had a kitchen fully stocked . Publix will deliver groceries and the staff will coordinate it for you. Very thoughtful staff with attention to detail. Thank you so much for a relaxing time away.

This place was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The only negative thing to speak of was that during our five night stay, housekeeping never visited our room. So by day three we had to set our now full trash bag outside and when I call the front desk no one answered and I was not able to leave a message so I went to the front desk and requested a new trash bag. This resort is amazing. With only 36 rooms you don't ever feel like it's over crowded. I love the fact that you are walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shops. They also have a shuttle to take you to the beach witch is only a five minute ride. The rooms are all in my opinion 5 star all the way. Very spacious rooms, decent size balcony. We had a wonderful stay at the Boathouse Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was inviting and the deck was nice. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A charming old school motel with great rates.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with coffee, dishes, towels and information for activities around island. Loved sitting on deck and watching boats and dolphins. Sunsets beautiful. Can't wait to come back.

The Boat House Motel is a cute little gem on Marco Island. Privately owned family business for 30 years and so much love and detail has been poured into this tucked away treasure. I had a great stay here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here while on the island!

First off I will say that 3.5 stars is a more accurate rating and that I would stay again given certain conditions. I would have to be upstairs next time. My partner and I came here for the thanksgiving weekend. WOW-we were so impressed from start to finish. The room was beautifully laid out with all new furnishings. The balcony was screened in and overlooking a small lake. There was a small beach area to sit out and look out at the lake. The whole property was clean and centrally located close to restaurants. Booked room with 2 queens and foldout. The foldout never folded out!! Nearly broke my back trying. Office says it's open till 8, but staff left at 6:30, no one picks up the phone. Or ever calls back. Not coming back.
