We had a great experience staying at this Holiday Inn, but what really made our visit memorable was the outstanding service from Raul, who served us breakfast each morning. He was incredibly polite, upbeat, and just a joy to be around. Raul went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was absolutely amazing with our kids — making them laugh, remembering their favorite breakfast items, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It's rare to meet someone who genuinely loves what they do, but Raul clearly does, and it shows. He was the highlight of our stay and the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but Raul’s energy and kindness really elevated the whole experience.
Thank you, Holiday Inn, and thank you Raul — we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely FABULOUS! We stayed several days, the beds were very soft and your head literally just sank in the pillow. Absolutely 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would definitely return and I'm more apt to use their other locations in other states if this visit was so top notch, like it was!

Check in was quick and easy, the location is decent considering there's a lot of stores and restaurants surrounding it, and the rooms were pretty clean and spacious.
There were a couple of hangups that I can't bring myself to get over - 1) We booked the hotel months in advance, and we called the location about 2 weeks in advance to request a meal voucher for 2 people for the hotel restaurant's breakfast. The person on the phone ensured my husband that it would be included in our stay and we wouldn't need to worry about it upon arrival... turns out they never added it to our reservation, and we had to pay for it when we arrived for breakfast the first morning of our stay. Not really a big deal. However, every Holiday Inn location that I have ever stayed at, breakfast has been complimentary for every guest that stayed. This location charges $16/person for the exact same complimentary breakfast that you can get at any other Holiday Inn location which I feel like was kind of a ripoff, and way overpriced for what was offered at the breakfast buffet. 2) The elevators at this location were pretty sketchy. One of them hadn't been inspected in about 3-4 years according to the inspection plaque, and the elevators' walls were pretty dirty and outdated with ripped wallpaper. Overall, this was not the worst stay, but also not impressive for the $300 / 2 night stay.

The front desk were super nice. The only problems were NO ICE MACHINE on our floor. And our room was really loud to the highway outside.

Nice tourney weekend.
The stay was good. The rooms and location are ideal. The only issue I had was the noise from the close by freeway. My room was facing it and the noise bled into the room.

Very Poor
Wife could not make her flight from Maine to Phoenix due to security only having one line open due to failures. Tried calling at least seven different numbers trying to get ahold of the hotel. All went to new reservations only. So I had to make another reservation for Friday. When I told the front desk about they were no help at all. The first reservation was for a room with two queens and the one for Friday was for a king bed. They did offer to let me stay in the queen room with no refund for the extra cost. They said I would have to check out then back in for the king room. THEY OFFER A HOT BREAKFAST. I WAS INFORMED THAT WAS ONLY INCLUDED WITH CORPORATE RESERVATION. SO BREAKFAST WAS ANOTHER 20 DOLLARS. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

The room was pretty clean minus the shower needing some work. It does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport but came up on the search that it did when I was looking for hotels. The breakfast was $15 and since I’m GF and DF I would be eating things like fruit, juice, hard boiled egg if they had them. I can do that with a continental breakfast but I’m not paying $15. I wish I would have known that ahead of time.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Holiday Inn Mesa / Chandler (Phoenix) for their exceptional service.
As some may be aware, my wife and I were expecting a baby today, 3/19, and in my haste to catch a flight home (Missouri) I inadvertently left my wallet in the lobby. Fortunately, it was returned to the front desk, and arrangements were made to mail it to my residence.
I appreciate the kindness of the individual who found my wallet and the staff who took the time to assist me in my time of need.
This hotel is not only beautiful and clean but also features an impressive pool. I highly recommend it to travelers and look forward to returning in the future.
