Holiday Inn At the Pavilion - Myrtle Beach

The place was nice and the view was great. Very clean.

This was a spur of the moment booking due to my previously reserved hotel being hell, and this place still have me a great deal! Very nice staff, super clean, great beach access, and large rooms. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent and smooth check in and check out, they even held onto our luggage until our departure time. Nice indoor heater pools and even a lazy river! The room was spacious with a surprisingly fully furnished kitchen with glass plates, toaster, full size fridge, etc.. I must say, we were quite impressed with the kitchen area. Bathroom was fine, shower head kinda low, I'm 6'3" and it was at my shoulders, lol. A nice size furnished balcony also. Would definitely recommend and stay again as well.

The only issue I had really was that there was a dead waterbug on the floor as we walked in. Other than that, all was decent.

Room was super nice and clean. Love the location and view. Beware, you need your key card to get in elevator, tho. My husband got trapped downstairs for a lil minute! Nice safety feature but they won't tell you that at check-in. Also, if you don't make the reservation yourself, you won't be checking in. I went in and husband made reservations. They wouldn't let me check in without him present. Housekeepers were great about making sure all needs were met, too. Will be back.

Hotel is in a very good location! Could not have been better. In walking distance to the wheel, restaurants, pier and stores. "Indoor pool" was just under the building but was open to the elements which was kind of cool in October. On check-in, our room wasn't ready at 3:30 but was allowed to swim and go to the beach. They called when it was ready though. We got 2 washcloths for 3 people. The next day, there was no service. We had to ask 3 times to get fresh towels and washcloths. As a matter of fact, that was the ONLY time trash was taken or towel replaced and we were there for 4 nights. TV was hard to figure out. It would have been nice to have a list of what channels was what. Employees were mostly nice when met in the halls. Room was clean at check-in and halls were clean and nice looking. I'm not sure ifi would recommend this hotel though. If there was any kind of room service during the stay, I would recommend. If nothing else, pick up trash and exchange towels like they said they would do but didn't.

Very well kept and clean. Staff was polite. Beds are extremely comfortable. The coffee shop has muffins, danishes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, juice and other items available for purchase. Towels for the pool are provided by the hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking. This hotel is within walking distance of places to eat, shop and to enjoy amusement rides. I would definitely stay here again.

I just recently stayed here during my vacation and I have to say it was an okay hotel. The location is perfect as it's right in the middle of the boardwalk and it's close to everything at a walking distance. The only thing that I did not like is that they don't have housekeeping to come in and clean your room. They also give you coupons to get two free coffees every day at their Cafe which is good if you like coffee. I wish they would offer free water as a complimentary as well but they don't. For people with disabilities that are planning to stay in this hotel I have to warn you that you need to get a room that is wheelchair accessible. The room that I stayed in my wheelchair could barely fit and I'm using a manual wheelchair. We had to move the bed around so I could fit. It's a great hotel it's not too fancy but it will do!
