The morning front desk ladies were fantastic. It was our daughters birthday and they kept saying it when we saw them. Rooms were clean, good size and quiet. Breakfast was good and hot. Prices were a great value. Location was perfect.

Wow, so this may be the least nice Holiday Inn Express we've ever been to (we've been to quite a few). And honestly it just needs some updating in the rooms: patched up holes, stained tiles, broken lamp...the old refrigerator was making such a loud noise we had to unplug it. Overall would we stay here again? Maybe. Just because it is so conveniently located.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express exceeded our expectations. The hotel is within walking distance from the Broadway on the Beach complex (BB). The BB complex is host to more than 100 shops and restaurants. We enjoyed meals at two of the restaurants and would have enjoyed a third had we stayed one more day.

Pretty solid! Got a king bed for the same cost as 2 queens. Rooms are large; my room also came with a couch, mini living room, and TV.
Bathroom was well sized, and came with complimentary soap and such. Hot water came fast. Good stuff.

A beautiful experience during our stay here at this Holiday inn Express. The beauty is enchanting with sabal palmettos around the plot. A great place to unwind oneself and bask in nature's glory! The service, as usual, is very good! Location of the hotel is amazing! Just a few minutes away is the Ferris Wheel. Lots of stores and eateries!

The hotel looks like out could be nice enough, but they are in the middle of renovations so everything is in a state of chaos. Also, at nine in the morning, well morning, we were awakened to the sound of drilling and hammering. I should not have to wake up that early on vacation if I don't want to! I wouldn't suggest booking a room there for the next few months, but I think it will be a great place to stay post-renovations. Their free breakfast is awesome though! Eggs sausage, pancakes, choices of breads and cereals, plus coffee, milk and juice.

The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel is under renovations so lobby was a little disheveled. HOUSEKEEPING THOUGH............came knocking on the door way to early!!! Saturday okay a little after 10am not so bad plus I did not put out the privacy sign. However Sunday!! She came knocking at 9:45 am check out is at 11 am but I was not checking out!!! Luckily i was up and getting ready for an appointment at 11. However it was Sunday after a night of partying.....REALLY! Please hotels should give housekeeping a list of who is and is not leaving daily, also they should be starting at 10am the earliest.

The hotel was dirty. Everything in the room had a terrible smell. We asked to change the room and took almost all of our stuff with us leaving just few things in the room.
When we came back to pick it up, everything that we left was either thrown away or possessed by the maid. When I came to her to ask about our stuff she was extremely rude. She was screaming at me in Spanglish and than almost threw our stuff back at me. Another maid was just standing there and watching. The hotel manager was at the front desk when I stopped by on the way to the new room and complained. I hope that that maid got a warning or something because you can't treat hotel guests that way.
