We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I could not log on to wifi with my phone nor my laptop. The desk staff was not helpful and insisted it was my phone and laptop. We are traveling cross country and have not had this problem before. The first morning I noticed a bug on the sheets and when I killed it there was blood. The second night the same thing happened. It turns out it was bed bugs. It is now 2 days later and my husband has bites on his face, neck and thighs. I did notify the front desk at check out but they did not acknowledge the problem. So much for being a Wyndham rewards member. Stay away from this hotel.

We stayed here so we could go to Meow Wolf the next day. The hotel was conveniently located and it was clean for the most part. The Staff was friendly and fixed our issue with the AC by moving us to another room. The only complaint about the room would be they didn't clean too well under the bed. (We found a dog toy under there). However there were no other issues. I loved the mini shampoo, conditioner and soap they gave you.. Some of the people staying there were really rude but that is not the hotels fault I would definitely stay there again.

I'm here for work. It was easy to get there. Fast and easy to check-in online. It was a bit noisy until 1am.
The bed was comfy. The bathroom was updated. The room had a smell of stale cigarettes. Nice staff.

I do not recommend this hotel. I stayed here twice this month alone. However, I was never given my deposits back. That's 200.00. Fabian at the front desk informed me our room was messy. No damages. Of course, I'm disputing with my bank. This was a scam to get even more money from me. Very rude and unfair. Go somewhere else. Where they are not desperate for 💰 Fabian was very rude and it was like talking to a child when I asked who his supervisor was.
Allen, thank you for your timely reply. I hope this is true. I will follow up with my bank. I will let them know that you said I am getting the deposits back. I appreciate your time in this matter to resolve this issue.
Update: I am still waiting for my 2 deposits to be returned to me. Neither one has. It has been promised to me that the issue would be resolved. Nothing. It is beyond unprofessional and frustrating. It's almost a month. It feels as though they are expecting me to forget about 200.00. I will NEVER stay here again. I highly recommend you find another hotel. Not one that takes advantage of it's guests. Smdh.
Finally spoke to Allen - the so called manager of the hotel again! All his professionalism was lost this time. Making it abundantly clear that they will NOT be returning my deposits as initially promised. He kept assuring me that they had. And the other excuse was it was never taken in the first place. Say what?! I argued my point and told him it absolutely was taken and never refunded. Otherwise why would I be wasting my time? The last thing I said was that if they did right by the refund I would happily adjust my review. Obviously, not going to persuade fools to their job. He said it was my banks issue. Little does he know my bank is already involved. Now let's hope my bank can put pressure on them to do the right thing. May this review speak the truth about this despicable place that will take advantage of anyone who stays there. Imagine how many other people they have done this to. Imagine how many people were told these lies 🤥 by a hotel chain that does not operate ethically. With staff undeserving of the titles they hold.

- Wrong room assignment but I was fortunate and they had a room with two beds to accommodate me but the door key would not work and once in the room we could not leave or we would be locked out. In the morning they were kind enough to get it fixed.

Hotel smells amazing! This hotel is clean & sanitized. Understanding COVID-19, the breakfast was a granola bar, a single serve snack mandarin oranges AND A CAPRI SUN DRINK! Aren't we grown up s or 10 year old s?? The laundry room is also strange...no change machines, front desk doesn't have any change, how easy is it to go to a laundry with amenities? Other wise, great hotel

Overall hotel was nice for the price. The amenities listed were pool, breakfast, and gym. Neither of these were available which was disappointing. The main issue we had was coming from out of state we check in without issue and after 8 hours in car we went to take a nap with our young daughter to have another family enter our room. We weren't there even 30 minutes! Our keys were disabled to our door from there and went down to get a new one and re check in, only for the one girl working to be very busy and later passed me our new keys before we left for dinner. The next day we left to go sightsee and came back to our keys not working again. The day clerk gave us another new set that worked for the rest of our stay. It was more of a hassle on top of a hassle not to mention how we felt in that first hour that our privacy could be invaded so easily, we kept the door bolted while in the room.

We made reservations weeks in advance. We called to confirm our reservations the day of. But when we arrived somehow they no longer had our rooms. My friend that's over 6 feet had to stay in a double bed after he had specifically reserved a king-size. Rooms smelled musty. Walls must be pretty thin because I could hear everything going on outside and around me in other rooms. Beds were pretty comfy though. I usually do not give negative reviews but this was an unfortunate experience.

Poor customer service, front desk staff seemed to be untrained, seemed to have trouble checking people in. Could not process anything more than the basic check in request. Showed up 30 minutes early to check in and was told to come back, after 3. The could not access my online reservation, so I had to pay a high rate, and cancel my online reservation.
Room smelled musky and very unpleasant,. Trash left in corners and under beds... We found some elses hair in one of the beds.
(Long black hair). Almost like the bedding/or pillow cases were not changed.
There was also a pair of discarded soiled underwear in the landscaping. That added that little bit of seediness to make feel over all disgust with the entire place.
All and all it was a place to sleep.
For the price you will be paying...I would shop around and hope for the best.
