Really comfortable, clean and quiet. Our best nights sleep since leaving Minneapolis 3 days ago.
We stayed here so we could go to Meow Wolf the next day. The hotel was conveniently located and it was clean for the most part. The Staff was friendly and fixed our issue with the AC by moving us to another room. The only complaint about the room would be they didn't clean too well under the bed. (We found a dog toy under there). However there were no other issues. I loved the mini shampoo, conditioner...
I'm here for work. It was easy to get there. Fast and easy to check-in online. It was a bit noisy until 1am. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was updated. The room had a smell of stale cigarettes. Nice staff.
We made reservations weeks in advance. We called to confirm our reservations the day of. But when we arrived somehow they no longer had our rooms. My friend that's over 6 feet had to stay in a double bed after he had specifically reserved a king-size. Rooms smelled musty. Walls must be pretty thin because I could hear everything going on outside and around me in other rooms. Beds were pretty comfy...
Hotel smells amazing! This hotel is clean & sanitized. Understanding COVID-19, the breakfast was a granola bar, a single serve snack mandarin oranges AND A CAPRI SUN DRINK! Aren't we grown up s or 10 year old s?? The laundry room is also strange...no change machines, front desk doesn't have any change, how easy is it to go to a laundry with amenities? Other wise, great hotel
This place is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome with something for every taste and diet. The fitness room is open 24/7 The pool is tiny but clean and cold. The pool area has towels, chairs and tables.

What a great room and stay for a great price! The Old Santa Fe in gave us a superb room just moments from the plaza for a great discounted rate. The service desk lady was very friendly and helpful even with our 3 dogs. The room was very clean, classy, and impressive. Fireplace, large TV, patio, and a large double shower. Breakfast was good and starbucks coffee is available every morning. 10/10 will...
One of the best hotel accommodations I’ve had. We called the week we intended to arrive. We have 3 small dogs and needed a room for Saturday/Sunday nights. I wasn’t expecting such great service. The gentleman I spoke to gave us a generous discount - both on the room and the pet fee. When we arrived, the lady at reception was very pleasant and professional. I expected the usual smelly room that was...
The Old Santa Fe Inn is a beautiful inn right next to the historic part of town. Our room was spacious and cozy with a working gas fire! The hotel is all exterior access to rooms but is laid out in a nice single story courtyard making it feel private and keeping it quiet. Free coffee and cookies were provided in the afternoon. My only disappointments were, one of the sinks in our room was blocked...
A quaint and cozy inn with lovely amenities. Everything about it, from the decor to the service, is upscale at an affordable price. Even our fairly standard room included a gas fireplace, miniature patio, and heated bathroom floor. The shower was also really nice. There's a tea bar in the lobby in the section we stayed in and the complimentary breakfast is hearty and delicious. The main plaza for...
Comfortable, clean rooms. We had a deluxe king that consistent of a sitting room with gas fireplace, desk, counter with sink, two upholstered chairs, couch and large screen TV. There was a separate bedroom with king bed dresser, closet and jacuzzi bathroom. Our friend had a king junior suite that was a similarly equipped single room. Breakfast was included and had granola, cereal, melon, apples...

We loved the Madeleine Inn and our stay there. The inn itself has charm and beauty in abundance. It’s extremely well-organized and managed. There are always staff around to help with any needs of the guests. Our room on the second floor was lovely and cozy. The four-poster bed was delightfully comfy with soft linens and ample coverage for cooler weather. It also had its own little nook with an antique...
Nice, quiet and close to everything in downtown Santa Fe. It’s a Queen Anne Victorian, which is unexpected in SF. The Morning Glory room lacks room darkening drapes or blinds and us very bright. The bed is comfortable, and quality of furnishings is generally good. The attached day spa has great reviews, but I haven’t tried it for myself.
Visited the day spa here. My husband surprised me with a relaxing massage and spa treatment. Wonderful two hours spent getting pampered and refreshed. I had a massage, salt scrub, and rose petal bath. My skin was so soft afterwards and remained so for about a week.
Free parking and free breakfast - definitely more of an inn feel than hotel. Fireplaces in rooms, private patios, very quaint.
Cozy and inviting. Perfect location to walk to downtown with award winning restaurants, art galleries and Native American jewelry.
The Ivy room is perfect for three people, great breakfast and afternoon wine hour. Staff are warm and wonderful.

The room and entire hotel was clean. We appreciate that the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool which was also nice and clean.
Breakfast was good plenty of food overall appearance of property was excellent had a great experience. Staff was friendly.
The Best Western Santa Fe is a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, atttactively decorated, and spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The decor was the best of Santa Fe style- not kitchy at all. The location was fairly central to most of the places people would want to see, although not all are within walking distance. Excellent location. Great room Decor, comfy beds and very nice staff. Love to stay at this hotel when I come to Santa Fe. Rates are always excellent as well! Thank you!
Super nice and really helpful at checkin. Not so much at check out. Room was nice but the balconies are not really private. Decent breakfast, easy location you can get really anywhere in Santa Fe fairly quick, I will return.

Nice place to stay. It wasn’t too far away from the center of town, and we easily could explore Santa Fe. The breakfast was a good and the rooms were nice. A little older looking, but great stay for the price.
Sage inn is a an exceptional place to stay in, the staff here are some of the nicest and most professional people you'll ever meet. The bar and nachos here are some the best in all of New Mexico! As to the whole place itself it's one of the cleanest I've ever been too I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time and or a great place to stay at all at an affordable price.
We were there with a pet for three days. They were just great about it and left our room untouched by housekeeping as we had requested. Definitely would recommend this place.
Delicious food and rooms are very well kept! I've lived in santa Fe my whole life and have not been there till this last weekend and I've got to say I was really impressed. I had visited a guest staying there and had eaten but with how well the hotel is kept I will definitely be a future guest! Overall I give it 4 out of 5 star.
This hotel was a lovely stay for two nights in Santa Fe. The room was a good size, the bed was huge and all very clean and quiet. They run a shuttle to the plaza at the top of the hour - even though it’s only a 20 minute walk if you fancy it - and will arrange a pick up if you call them when you’re ready! The included breakfast was also good including a breakfast burrito station which had a small surcharge...

Great location and facilities. Breakfast especially good (food and service). The same restaurant for dinner was only average. Helpful staff. Room was efficiently cleaned on request. Parking expensive but very convenient as it is effectively in the same building as the hotel.
It was a very artsy hotel. I love the gallery at the ground floor. Concierge was very nice and helpful to my husband. Other staff were awesome as well. The old couch was a little bit out of place in the sun room(old balcony converted into a sun room).
It has changed a lot. I've been coming for about 32 years. The staff is excellent. It's really become commercialized when they used to be shops here but now there's just like shops are in every nook and cranny. It's very nice hotel.
Long wait to get a table. Make reservations. Don't let the strawberry enchiladas fool you (crepes) the crepe is dry and flavorless. Chicken was good but a little dry; liked The papaya and cilantro sauce. The tortilla soup tastes good. The place decoration is very unique.
Great food. Good atmosphere. The little pastry shop is super awesome if you get there early. They say that the hotel is haunted that's kind of cool. They used to hang people in the lobby back in the cowboy days. That's pretty interesting. There's so much history in that hotel alone. It's located smack dab right in the middle of the historic downtown Santa Fe so..... If you love beautiful Art, wonderful...

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great location, right next to the plaza. Very close to a variety of great restaurants and shops. The pillows are soft, bed is comfy. Shower is nice. Great coffee. Nice decor. We enjoyed our stay here.
I really liked this pet friendly hotel. It was about a block away from the governor's palace off the plaza. It was very peaceful and tucked away. Not great for little kids as there is no pool, but being so close to the plaza means you are close for walking to get food and drinks. Central air and heat in the rooms with ceiling fans makes them even better. Each room is uniquely decorated. It has a coffee...
This is a great eclectic hotel. The room we had was a two room suite, the beds were so comfortable. We needed a place that would accommodate our rat terrier and this was perfect. Secure parking is available for a fee, but well worth it. About a two minute walk to Santa Fe Plaza, many shops and nice restaurants. Call if you are going to arrive late, the staff will provide directions so you can get in...
Loved it! Very enjoyably quirky. Uniqueness of hotel layout is a bit odd, but it's the kind of place I enjoy staying. It was very clean, and although the room was quite small, it was well appointed with a number of thoughtful amenities (quality bath products and lotions, make up remover, etc). There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room as well. The location can't be beat. Would happily stay...

I always have a great stay here. Never have any problem. Rooms are decent better than motel 8. Just wish the rooms had coffee makers.. other than its a nice place.
Always enjoy my time here and staff and security are all nice and easy going. I'd like a good win more often but that's the name of the game, not so lucky this time but maybe next time! The hotel rooms are nice too.
Staff is good but the rooms aren’t that clean it looks clean when you walk in but there were chips that i found in the chair and stains on the chairs and after I seen that I was scared to sleep on the bed and tub had some stuff in it
Visited the casino and buffet. All employees were great. Atmosphere was nice compared to the other BIG casinos. Variety of games.
The employees who work here at the hotel are so respectful, informative, and help with any concern you may have. I love coming here for a small get away. This hotel is most comfortable. We always enjoy our stay.

Me and my family wanted to get away for the weekend. Get out of Albuquerque and get the kids somewhere close yet felt like a vacation. We chose to stay here and it was awesome. Yes they are doing some renovations but did not affect our stay at all. The constructions workers were nice and quiet and the room was perfect for us with 3 kids. The pool was awesome very welcoming and clean. We had a blast...
Normally this hotel would rate a 5 but construction & painting are being done in several common areas and halls. The door closest to our room is inaccessible for construction, forcing us to cross half of the hotel to reach our room. Had to duck under plastic sheets to enter the building. Pool is nice and hot tub felt welcoming. One of the two hot tubs jets wasn't working. They were out of towels...
Nice modern lobby gives a good first impression, get to your room through the open air corridors and you take a step back in time. The rooms are in dire need of remodeling they show their age in wear and outdated style and disrepair. At least the mattress was good. The standard internet is slow and unstable, connections keep getting lost. Misty in the restaurant was a bright point. She is friendly...
Nice room and friendly staff. Tv is small for price of the room. Room did not have a hair dryer. Overall a great experience. Only negative was in the bistro. Food was really good. The cook was very friendly. Waitress was the opposite (rude) she seemed irritated because we wanted to know what was included with the breakfast. We did pay for the breakfast, it was an upcharge when I booked the room
I visited this hotel on a trip to visit Meowwolf. The museum was a short walk away along with a couple of casual restaurants. The hotel had friendly, attentive staff and a number of nice amenities including a salt water pool. All and all it was a pretty pleasant experience.
This hotel was exceptionally clean and we'll kept. My stay was quiet and relaxing aside from the fact that there was day time construction in my hallway. Regardless I had a comfortable stay. My only gripe would be the lack of a continental breakfast.

Authentic Santa Fe, well preserved - with thoughtful amenities and lovely gardens with water features. Generous breakfast choices. Very helpful owner and staff.
We recently stayed six nights at Inn of the Turquoise Bear and must say I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that attention to detail is a priority for the staff at this hotel. Overall our stay was amazing! My husband and I decided to take a little getaway to spend quality time together and do not regret it one bit! Our experience at the Inn of the Turquoise Bear was exceptional. We found the Inn after extensive online searches for a small and private wedding venue in Santa Fe. Fabulous! We just checked out yesterday after spending 2 nights at the Inn for my birthday and this morning I booked another 2 nights - in a different room - for my husband's birthday next month. This b&b left no detail unaddressed. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomely hosted at this historic property. The innkeeper waited to greet us upon arrival and walked us through the home, sharing the history, and to our room where he carried our bags up and handed us the key. It is very charming and quirky b&b. Every room is decorated differently. It's not only pet friendly property but also staff gave my each dog treats and toys. How sweet. Burrito and croissant,, our breakfast are made to order and they are delicious! Their gourmet coffee is better than Starbucks. Haha. We would stay here again. Love it.
Quaint bed and breakfast, good location closer to downtown but not in the crowd. Parking can be tight but good amount at office. Great breakfast. Cute rooms with comfortable beds. Recommended for couples.
Room was excellent and spacious and within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment options. We loved the patio and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
I have stayed at Tienda Inn across the street and thought that was expecting a similar experience. Great Place To Stay For Taking Harley Davidson Road Course (for motorcycle endorsement). Staff was great and Betsy (the supervisor) gave me a ride when my ride never showed up. It's good/decent. - Staff was nice and helpful - front desk and kitchen staff specifically. My only staff complaint was that nobody was at the front desk at one point and I couldn't find anyone to assist me at that particular time. - There's a spotlight they put out front to illuminate the building. Even with the blackout curtains, it brightens up the room a little too much for people that like...

The hotel is beautiful and very well managed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Restaurant's food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Our room was perfect and the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. We will stay there on our next visit to Santa Fe, New Mexico!
We felt very welcome by the front desk staff. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room, pool, and bathroom left much to be desired. Used washcloths were left hanging on the shower rod when we arrived. The bathtub did not drain properly so we were standing in 3 inches of water by the end of our showers. The pool was absolutely filthy.
The property is a lovely property in a good area of Santa Fe and a great location of the area we were visiting. The room was spacious though the we found the bathroom area to be a bit small. We enjoyed the options available for breakfast. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful. We will definitely consider staying here when visiting Santa Fe, NM again.
I wish hotels were more proactive in understanding an allergy to down/feathers IS a serious issue. We bring our own pillows and I have a rescue inhaler, but that does not negate the fact we need the feathers OUT of the room. Other than that, our stay was uneventful. Pueblo Bonito made my week in Santa Fe magical! The service was stellar and they made me feel right at home! I don't know when I'll be back in SF, but I'm definitely staying here again!
Very quaint and clean B&B. The proximity to the plaza was walking distance which was perfect. The breakfast was good and very well set up. I gently recommend the shower and hand gels be changed as they don’t lather. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!
The place is gorgeous and so authentic down to its name, Pueblo Bonito. Even the doors had different quaint names. It is simple and elegant and quite charming. The bed sheets are so soft! The staff is super nice and accommodating. The business center is really convenient --i had to quickly print a resume, and it was easy to do and printing was free. My only complaint is that laundry can get expensive, especially if you're staying for awhile and don't bring your own detergent.
Great place for and extended stay. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Southwest charm, modern amenities, and a relaxing environment. Breakfast and the mixers were my only disappointment. They have the basics if you don't want to go out for breakfast or fix it in your room, just not a great selection and perhaps some better training on the food preparation would make a difference....
