Room itself needs a little updating, wallpapering peeling, wear to furniture, and general colors/design look a little dated. Pools were great- large and fun plenty of room to splash around
During our stay we could only find one close to the pool that was reserved with a towel. They have plenty of room on the deck to add more chairs
The rooms are well-appointed, and many feature balconies with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The pools are a highlight, providing a refreshing escape with well-maintained areas perfect for relaxation
Other than when hosting shows, it seems that this hotel/casino location is no longer busy enough to support amenities that thrive in big name casinos such as multiple restaurant choices (2 active without buffet) and retail stores
Removing the tub and installing an upgraded shower would be a great improvement. A desk in the bathroom which I would assume was a place for personal prepping had really poor lighting if that's what it's for
I was a bit surprised to find that the buffet was shutdown (I usually don't eat at them anyway) and that the main store on site had extremely short hours of operation and was not open during the weekend

Impressive hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool to chill in (not quite one for swimming). The location is fantastic and parking was complementary in my visit
Rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. Views from the hotel are incredible. Great gift shop and lounge area near Cava bar. Had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant
The service was amazing and the location is perfect as it is near all of the Santa Fe landmarks. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and have a snack and a drink
So many great places to check out within walking distance of the hotel. Would absolutely visit again and check into the spa this time!
Do not dine here though! There are plenty of incredible options close to the hotel !
My only complaint is the rooms being a bit dated for the price

Excellent bar and restaurant with a beautiful patio and covered lounge, we enjoyed the serene garden with large outdoor pool and quick shuttle to the square which is a 2 minute walk away
Super nice staff, very dog friendly and some of the kindest guests I've ever met. If you are relying on any of the spa/dog watching amenities listed online, be sure to book in advance as they may not be available
Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly and their concierge Rick was always willing to help and recommend things to do in Santa Fe. It was a great experience, even though we didn't get to do it yet
The hotel offered a discount to my partner when they called before reserving a room for the weekend. We were excited to visit the spa but the availability increased quickly during our stay
A beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Spacious room with a very comfortable king bed, beautiful updated bath/shower and patio
Our price point was met, but the rooms were gorgeous, the building is warm, inviting, decorated well. Breakfast is in a very nice 3rd floor space with views of the city

The hotel has an extensive history. The walls are covered with artwork, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food is delicious! Don't miss all of the boutiques and specialty shops, especially The French Pastry Shop.
The little pastry shop is super awesome if you get there early. They say that the hotel is haunted that's kind of cool. They used to hang people in the lobby back in the cowboy days
My personal favorites places to visit are Houshang gallery for bold art with vibrant colors, Santa Fe Gold Works for beautiful locally handmade jewelry, and the Violet Crown Movie theater has wonderful quality food
The room was clean, and the property was clean and elegant as well. No excessive noise in the hallways or common areas. Staff all around in every aspect was friendly and warm. The restaurant was very good as well
Would absolutely return for another stay here
The hotel and location speak for themselves but without David and his team it would have just been another nice hotel. We definitely recommend having your event at the LaFonda

The location is absolutely fantastic and recommend spending at least 3 nights. The Rroom we stayed in was Birdsong. This 3 and a half room suite includes a private Courtyard and convenient access 2 the courtyard
Every attention to detail was used when designing it but what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. They go out of their way to make your stay very special. Rose and Gary were standout employees for us
This is one of the most exceptional hotels that I have ever stayed in. Rooms are unique, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff are incredibly patient and welcoming
The service was excellent - every Inn and Hotel should follow The Inn of Five Graces example! Everyone we interacted with left me saying "these are the nicest people Ive ever met"
Words can't describe how beautiful, intimate and wonderful the Inn of the Five Graces is. This is the four seasons of Santa Fe. The service level is impeccable
The decor very tastefully done, it's a beautiful place to stay with in walking distance to the Plaza, churches, galleries great restaurants, etc

Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. I am a retired travel agent who has stayed in some very interesting places, but nothing can equal the overall quality of the Inn and Spa at Loretto
The facility is warm and inviting, but the staff, especially BJ and Karen, is friendly, efficient and most importantly - compassionate. What a winning combination for those fortunate to stay at the Loretto
Great views of the mountains. Beatifully designed building. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable beds. A nice bar and fireplace in the "living room" area off the lobby.
The spa offers a range of treatments at reasonable prices and is the 5th best in the nation. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a few nights while enjoying Santa Fe
The hotel is just off the plaza and is convenient to everything. We we're in a huge, well appointed room. The hotel bar is lovely and has very good cocktails
Great place to stay and the staff was fantastic to work with. Our office conference went well. All needs were met and the catered food was really good!

I read mixed reviews before my arrival. Since I like Marriott hotels, I decided to stay here for my first vacation in Sante Fe. I loved the historical Spanish charm. My room and hotel were very clean and comfortable
In particular, GM here has cultivated an atmosphere characteristic of one of the most artsy and culturally rich cities in the country. Great food, art and environment. A wonderful experience through and through
Great amenities and unparalleled service. I have stayed at various hotels in Santa Fe over the past few years and La Posada does not disappoint. Definitely one of the best high class hotels in the city
I stayed here for a works conference and the place was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and made up brilliantly. The local grounds were lovely also and staff were very helpful
I would certainly come back here with my partner for a weekend or longer break. I didn't partake in any of the amenities but there is a spa for those that enjoy that
Very relaxing hotel with rooms spread around the property amidst fountains and greenery. The staff was wonderful, especially the vallet who welcomed us to the hotel

A very nice hotel with large houses that are well maintained and very clean. There are hikes on property, nice pool, gym, mountain biking, yoga, etc. Note: It's not close to the Plaza, but they have shuttles
The service was impeccable from the moment we pulled onto the resort. We recieved instruction on the layout of the grounds and where to find the Terra restaurant and the valet parking as an added
Beautiful resort with every amenity. Great work out facility and yoga studio. Our Casita had a working fireplace with fresh firewood. Shuttles running into town for easy transportation
Once I settled into a room with a good view, cleaned up another inn, and worked out some cleaning issues in the bathroom and deck, it was a great stay
Roberto from the front desk went above and beyond, as did the team at the bar where I dined two nights in a row
The property has beautiful trees and manicured grounds that is the perfect addition to the mountain backdrop

It’s also right in downtown close to shopping and plenty of restaurants
I called and was told to expect a call back from a manager in a few minutes and no one called. Ended up doing a tasting at a restaurant for less than half
Stayed here during the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience. Each night there’s turn down service where housekeeping provides water, cookies, and prepares the room for a nights sleep
This would be understand at other hotel chains, but having stayed at other Rosewoods, this shouldn’t be happening here. The location of this hotel is great. Rooms are nice but the finesse needs to be turned up a notch
wonderfully comfortable bed … very high quality specifications in fixtures and fittings … great decor. wonderful lounges and really nice to see original art around the building. Great that my room had a fire
Our shower head was messed up and the shower handle was loose. Just lacks that extra level of care. I would stay here again, but I feel like things need to be tightened up: service and maintenance

This place is absolutely amazing! We just got a day pass but will definitely stay overnight next time we are in town. There are multiple pool areas that range in temperature
We went on a particularly cold evening and all of them were plenty warm enough to keep us nice and toasty. They were all very clean and unique. Make sure you stay after dark. Would definitely recommend to anyone
I had a wonderful week with a friend and the sofa services, restaurant and activities available were great! The mineral soaks and pools, yoga, as well as the chicken chat and puppy patch were so much fun and relaxing
Really enjoyed the soaking pools. The saltwater pool is huge and very relaxing. We enjoyed the food from the little cafe. Unfortunately the sauna and Blue Heron restaurant were closed due to a power outage
The spa massage was great, the hot pools were clean and made for a relaxing soak. We made reservations to eat on the property, like everything else, it did not disappoint
When I made our reservation I put a quick note about it being our anniversary weekend, they were kind enough to provide a hand written note and a bottle of champagne. It was a simple yet very much appreciated gesture

The guest living room with its fireplace, art, vinyls and record player, all day coffee and a fabulous table for working at or sofas for relaxing - just perfect! The pantry Mexican diner next door is a perfect combo for an amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Loooved this place! Clean and so cute. Hot tub, pool, sauna, great restaurant next door too. Very relaxing.
Comfortable bed & everything I needed (TV, Bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, etc Very clean and well maintained campus as well Great staff-friendly and accommodating; fast bartenders, free coffee, knowledgeable
Charming place with beautiful tile and wood work. Beds are fantastically comfortable. The bathrooms are surprisingly large. All the staff we met was friendly enough. The place is old, but very clean and well-kept.
We had a room with a fireplace and it was so lovely and cozy-not to mention clean and spacious! I'd recommend this place over the swankier properties on the square, unless swanky is your thang ?
3/25/18- Breakfast is NOT free. They give you a $5 voucher for a restaurant next door where you still have to pay the difference. The room we stayed in was pretty outdated, but still charming

Loved it. Also right next to the outlet mall. Has pool, spa/hot tub, breakfast, fireplace. Mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Clean rooms. Right on I-25, also close (just about 45-50 mins) to Albuquerque.
However the bar was closed so we were offered a drink from the store but we could only get a can of soda instead of Gatorade, water or juice! Rip off! The rooms are very small and towels are rough and cheap
Good size hot tub, and nice pool area. Rooms amenities were a bit dated but everything was acceptable and the staff were efficient. Breakfast was meh but what can you really expect
Very quaint and clean, albeit dated. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are smaller than most others you'll find in national chains, but have all the amenities. A great value for the price, especially in Santa Fe.
Cozy & clean spot to rest your head for the night. Their nightly pet fee wasn't ridiculous as other hotels, which is much appreciated. Staff at check in and check out were personable
Used the gym, which could use a little tlc, but other than that

and they still spent the time helping us find all the discounts we qualified for at midnight! Thank you so much Holiday Inn for a clean, comfortable beacon in the night!
We stayed here so we could go to Meow Wolf the next day. The hotel was conveniently located and it was clean for the most part. The Staff was friendly and fixed our issue with the AC by moving us to another room
The only complaint about the room would be they didn't clean too well under the bed. (We found a dog toy under there). However there were no other issues. I loved the mini shampoo, conditioner and soap they gave you
Nice place to stay for a quick trip. The rooms are clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is like the other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at. (love the cinnamon rolls!) The staff was friendly and efficient.
Some of the people staying there were really rude but that is not the hotels fault I would definitely stay there again
This place is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome with something for every taste and diet. The fitness room is open 24/7 The pool is tiny but clean and cold

And my bed had a cigarette burn hole and what looked like a boot footprint up by the headboard. Towels should be cleaned with more bleach. Other than these relatively small complaints, our stay was comfortable
Our room was exceptionally clean, and the two women working at the desk Dolores and Melissa were so friendly beyond expectations. made us feel like family. It made it a very pleasant stay for us.
Loved the room! It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a little bit of difficulty with the bathroom sink drain plug not staying open but nothing we couldn't handle. Will definitely be staying there again.
The cleaning crew could have done a better job, there was hair on the floor and in the bed, gritty surfaces (nightstand, etc) that weren't wiped or dusted off
The security man, Donnie, was very very nice and responded immediately to our security concern and made us feel safe
Recently renovated rooms, with the fake wood floors, nice bathroom, etc

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. Ed and Joseph, who work the front desk, were friendly and helpful. My wife commented several times on how clean our room was. The family enjoyed the breakfast
When needing help with my older mother traveling with me, they put us in a room near the front. There was a rail near the tub to help her. One of the best rooms my mom said she's ever stayed in
Nice place. They have a hot tub and pool both indoors. So I nice place to relax after a long day of driving. Applebee's is with in walking distance and on the same side of the road. Help stretch the leg's.
The customer service was wonderful. Thanks Alexia Shaffer at the front desk. She was great after a long day of flight and travel. It was nice to have plenty of parking
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a welcoming smile by the front desk Miss Alexia Shaffer. She was able to accommodate my short notice booking
Alexia Shaffer at the Front Desk was the one to check us in and put us all next to each other which was nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows

The free breakfast contained many choices and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available throughout the day. The location was excellent, close to many stores, gas stations, and even Starbucks!
To put things in perspective, I was travelling on business. The room was nicely done and large with a separate sofa area (hence the name, "suite"). It was everything I needed and very clean
Plenty of power outlets and the WiFi worked great. Breakfast was about what you expect -- waffles were probably the best thing and a dispensing container of warm syrup was provided
Comfort Suites was an excellent choice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly and very informative
I found the location to be convenient. Basically, I was pleased and would easily stay here again
We like this place. Free night time cookies. Good breakfast bar. It is a little hard to see from the road so pay attention. A nice location that is sort out of the way of busy downtown yet on a major road into town.
