Hilton Buffalo Thunder Hotel, Santa Fe1 / 32

Room itself needs a little updating, wallpapering peeling, wear to furniture, and general colors/design look a little dated. Pools were great- large and fun plenty of room to splash around
During our stay we could only find one close to the pool that was reserved with a towel. They have plenty of room on the deck to add more chairs
The rooms are well-appointed, and many feature balconies with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The pools are a highlight, providing a refreshing escape with well-maintained areas perfect for relaxation
Other than when hosting shows, it seems that this hotel/casino location is no longer busy enough to support amenities that thrive in big name casinos such as multiple restaurant choices (2 active without buffet) and retail stores
Removing the tub and installing an upgraded shower would be a great improvement. A desk in the bathroom which I would assume was a place for personal prepping had really poor lighting if that's what it's for
I was a bit surprised to find that the buffet was shutdown (I usually don't eat at them anyway) and that the main store on site had extremely short hours of operation and was not open during the weekend

Impressive hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool to chill in (not quite one for swimming). The location is fantastic and parking was complementary in my visit
Rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. Views from the hotel are incredible. Great gift shop and lounge area near Cava bar. Had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant
The service was amazing and the location is perfect as it is near all of the Santa Fe landmarks. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and have a snack and a drink
the restaurant was delicious and so were the margaritas. The pool was beautiful although a bit cold
Friendly helpful staff. Pool and hot tubs, poolside services.
So many great places to check out within walking distance of the hotel. Would absolutely visit again and check into the spa this time!

The hotel offered a discount to my partner when they called before reserving a room for the weekend. We were excited to visit the spa but the availability increased quickly during our stay
I booked a suite with two double beds, and since I was planning to walk all day, I emailed the hotel directly to make sure I would be able to get a room with a bathtub to relieve my fatigue, but unfortunately, because a group of guests had arrived on the day, I ended up with a room with only a shower during my stay, which was disappointing
If you are interested, I would recommend emailing them ASAP to schedule. I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi, but it was closed during our stay
It was a short distance from the room, but when I had no choice but to get dressed and go to get a coffee, I happened to see a person wearing only a bathrobe with the front open, with their legs open and barefoot, which taught me that I don't need to be so careful
Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly and their concierge Rick was always willing to help and recommend things to do in Santa Fe. It was a great experience, even though we didn't get to do it yet
It was convenient that you could request a free shuttle bus (only a tip) anywhere within the map of Santa Fe center (you can get a map) from around 9 or 10am until 10pm

The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding
This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark
The art gallery on site is incredible. I liked the bar and the attentiveness of the staff
I was disappointed in the room, quite cramped, the outside door had gaps around and below that light could be seen from the inside and room for "critters" such as scorpions and others to come in uninvited
The staff are what really tipped the scales; they are very helpful, polite and understand customer service
The convenience was great, but the layout of the room made it impossible to enjoy the fireplace or watch the TV with any comfort

We enjoyed the friendly staff, from Elijah and Carlos who arranged for our transportation to and from town, to Antonio, Leigh and Danielle at the concierge who helped us organize any detail we needed
Hostess was personable (didn't get her name) We were waited on by Kevin who was always on top of our needs and had some great menu recommendations. Restaurant was fairly empty (surprised) since food and prices were fair
Just incredible service from start to finish, beginning with the booking all the way through checkout. Resort is quiet, with excellent views to the Jemez Mountains, 30 miles away. Rooms were excellent--no notes
I have found some over the years lose that sparkle but Rancho Encantado is one of the hidden gems of Santa Fe that people return to repeatedly for their dedication to quality and customer service
I am always glad to see their smiling staff and feel at home in this lovely Santa Fe jewel of a hotel. I have literally recommended it to all of my friends when traveling in Santa Fe
First experience at Four seasons rancho encantado was exceptionally wonderful. Local and had never been to this establishment but was invited by some neighbors and thier family

From the moment we checked in the entire staff was friendly and helpful making our stay a real delight. The Anasazi now ranks as one of our best hotel experiences in the USA. Looking forward to returning again soon
The Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is a lovely hotel. Its location is convenient for walking to sights, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel staff, reception, valet, and manager are friendly, courteous, and helpful
The lobby level includes two well-appointed, private (guests only) library rooms, one large with several couch and chair groupings and one smaller, for relaxing, waiting, etc
The room with its fireplace and the possibility to open the windows was just perfect!
Our short stay was perfect. It is a beautiful property with excellent service.
Amazing service from valet, front desk, valet, etc! Would stay again!

I'm here for work. It was easy to get there. Fast and easy to check-in online. It was a bit noisy until 1am. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was updated. The room had a smell of stale cigarettes. Nice staff.
Really comfortable, clean and quiet. Our best nights sleep since leaving Minneapolis 3 days ago.
The only complaint about the room would be they didn't clean too well under the bed. (We found a dog toy under there). However there were no other issues. I loved the mini shampoo, conditioner and soap they gave you
We stayed here so we could go to Meow Wolf the next day. The hotel was conveniently located and it was clean for the most part. The Staff was friendly and fixed our issue with the AC by moving us to another room
Some of the people staying there were really rude but that is not the hotels fault I would definitely stay there again
Generally make do with the facilities for a long time

And my bed had a cigarette burn hole and what looked like a boot footprint up by the headboard. Towels should be cleaned with more bleach. Other than these relatively small complaints, our stay was comfortable
Our room was exceptionally clean, and the two women working at the desk Dolores and Melissa were so friendly beyond expectations. made us feel like family. It made it a very pleasant stay for us.
Loved the room! It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a little bit of difficulty with the bathroom sink drain plug not staying open but nothing we couldn't handle. Will definitely be staying there again.
The cleaning crew could have done a better job, there was hair on the floor and in the bed, gritty surfaces (nightstand, etc) that weren't wiped or dusted off
The security man, Donnie, was very very nice and responded immediately to our security concern and made us feel safe
Recently renovated rooms, with the fake wood floors, nice bathroom, etc

Comfort Suites was an excellent choice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was friendly and very informative
The free breakfast contained many choices and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available throughout the day. The location was excellent, close to many stores, gas stations, and even Starbucks!
To put things in perspective, I was travelling on business. The room was nicely done and large with a separate sofa area (hence the name, "suite"). It was everything I needed and very clean
Plenty of power outlets and the WiFi worked great. Breakfast was about what you expect -- waffles were probably the best thing and a dispensing container of warm syrup was provided
I found the location to be convenient. Basically, I was pleased and would easily stay here again
Very clean, mostly a comfortable bed, and great service at front desk.

The hotel has an extensive history. The walls are covered with artwork, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food is delicious! Don't miss all of the boutiques and specialty shops, especially The French Pastry Shop.
The little pastry shop is super awesome if you get there early. They say that the hotel is haunted that's kind of cool. They used to hang people in the lobby back in the cowboy days
My personal favorites places to visit are Houshang gallery for bold art with vibrant colors, Santa Fe Gold Works for beautiful locally handmade jewelry, and the Violet Crown Movie theater has wonderful quality food
The room was clean, and the property was clean and elegant as well. No excessive noise in the hallways or common areas. Staff all around in every aspect was friendly and warm. The restaurant was very good as well
Would absolutely return for another stay here
The hotel and location speak for themselves but without David and his team it would have just been another nice hotel. We definitely recommend having your event at the LaFonda

Absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. I am a retired travel agent who has stayed in some very interesting places, but nothing can equal the overall quality of the Inn and Spa at Loretto
The facility is warm and inviting, but the staff, especially BJ and Karen, is friendly, efficient and most importantly - compassionate. What a winning combination for those fortunate to stay at the Loretto
Great room. Great staff. We checked out a day early with no penalties.
Great place to stay and the staff was fantastic to work with. Our office conference went well. All needs were met and the catered food was really good!
Great views of the mountains. Beatifully designed building. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable beds. A nice bar and fireplace in the "living room" area off the lobby.
I was here for a getaway weekend without too much planned so the (upgraded room we paid for) was underwhelming on arrival. The manager moved us to a room that had a functioning fireplace and improved view promptly

Nice environment, clean and tidy, good service attitude of the staff. Breakfast is available with a wide variety of options. Traveling with friends, we booked three rooms and everyone was very satisfied.
Loved it. Also right next to the outlet mall. Has pool, spa/hot tub, breakfast, fireplace. Mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Clean rooms. Right on I-25, also close (just about 45-50 mins) to Albuquerque.
It's on the west side of the city, just off the highway. It's very convenient and there's no noise from the highway.
However the bar was closed so we were offered a drink from the store but we could only get a can of soda instead of Gatorade, water or juice! Rip off! The rooms are very small and towels are rough and cheap
Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities and is very clean and tidy. The style is also unique to the local area
The accommodation experience exceeded expectations and is highly recommended for travelers visiting Santa Fe

An amazing beautiful place to call home for a few nights. Excellent stay
Words can't describe how beautiful, intimate and wonderful the Inn of the Five Graces is. This is the four seasons of Santa Fe. The service level is impeccable
There is a reason this property is number 1 Competiton is none!
The stocked snack fridge was a nice touch, as was the complimemtary vallet, concierge, hot breakfast menu with delivery, and excellent housekeeping
Our accomodation was a one bedroom adobe cottage, with full kitchen, and bedroom fireplace
The location is absolutely fantastic and recommend spending at least 3 nights. The Rroom we stayed in was Birdsong. This 3 and a half room suite includes a private Courtyard and convenient access 2 the courtyard

When needing help with my older mother traveling with me, they put us in a room near the front. There was a rail near the tub to help her. One of the best rooms my mom said she's ever stayed in
The customer service was wonderful. Thanks Alexia Shaffer at the front desk. She was great after a long day of flight and travel. It was nice to have plenty of parking
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a welcoming smile by the front desk Miss Alexia Shaffer. She was able to accommodate my short notice booking
Alexia Shaffer at the Front Desk was the one to check us in and put us all next to each other which was nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows
I booked 3 Rooms for the Weekend. Parking is easy and still had room when we came back late from the State Fair. The Lobby was clean and nice smelling
Location is nice to drive to Santa Fe Plaza and was only about a 50 min drive straight down I-25. Breakfast was a nice selection for a smaller hotel

Loooved this place! Clean and so cute. Hot tub, pool, sauna, great restaurant next door too. Very relaxing.
The guest living room with its fireplace, art, vinyls and record player, all day coffee and a fabulous table for working at or sofas for relaxing - just perfect! The pantry Mexican diner next door is a perfect combo for an amazing breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Comfortable bed & everything I needed (TV, Bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, etc Very clean and well maintained campus as well Great staff-friendly and accommodating; fast bartenders, free coffee, knowledgeable
Charming place with beautiful tile and wood work. Beds are fantastically comfortable. The bathrooms are surprisingly large. All the staff we met was friendly enough. The place is old, but very clean and well-kept.
3/25/18- Breakfast is NOT free. They give you a $5 voucher for a restaurant next door where you still have to pay the difference. The room we stayed in was pretty outdated, but still charming
The grounds and architecture are very unique and quaint, but some landscaping is overgrown and needs work. It just looks like everything needs a little more attention to detail in general
