After looking around New Mexico and planning a long weekend away, I chose to stay here as it was sort of in the middle of what we wanted to do. The site represents New Mexico perfectly and has fantastic sculptures and decor. It appears to be very clean which is always a huge plus. We stayed one night and we're disappointed. Room was not what we expected. Before COVID we use to stay there. Now the room needs updating. No amenities. We just completely not happy. Pillows feel like your are sleeping on logs didn't get a good night sleep. The room was a birthday gift from my daughter. Too bad I didn't enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed our time at Chimayo in Santa Fe! I didn’t really feel like I was in a hotel but maybe in my own adobe. It was a nice change of pace. A perfectly charming hotel in the heart of Santa Fe! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. We had such a nice stay here! The staff were incredible, and the room and location were perfect. We only stayed one night while passing through Santa Fe but we are already planning a return trip to stay longer. Highly recommend!

The staff was awesome! I had left my wallet at home and was very worried that there would be complications getting into our room. It was a complete nothing-burger. This is an odd one. The hotel is an old one, but seems to be reasonably well maintained. We stayed in a Deluxe King room, which was spacious. There are no closets in the rooms, with limited storage provided by an armoire, which also houses a small television. There is no artwork anywhere. Elegant, austere to the point of monastic. This historic hotel is beautifully maintained. As in most historic hotels the rooms are small but well appointed. Excellent location in the center of Santa Fe. My favorite hotel here. Try the sage smoked margarita, sit outside and watch the world walk by.

5 Stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a chocolate cake, champagne and a sweet card! Since we’re both vegan, they went above and beyond to get us a vegan cake. Plus, the hotel is so romantic and walking distance to everything. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

I'm here for work. It was easy to get there. Fast and easy to check-in online. It was a bit noisy until 1am. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was updated. The room had a smell of stale cigarettes. Nice staff.

We made reservations weeks in advance. We called to confirm our reservations the day of. But when we arrived somehow they no longer had our rooms. My friend that's over 6 feet had to stay in a double bed after he had specifically reserved a king-size. Rooms smelled musty. This place is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome with something for every taste and diet. The fitness room is open 24/7 The pool is tiny but clean and cold. The pool area has towels, chairs and tables.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. We loved our Sioux room. It has robes and slippers and a fireplace. Lights in bathroom could be brighter.not sure what happened to the restaurant at Vanessie but besides the buffet breakfast you can't eat or drink there right now. Beautiful place and friendly staff. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh, with plenty of variety (and we showed up toward the end of breakfast service). I stayed here for a works conference and the place was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and made up brilliantly. The local grounds were lovely also and staff were very helpful. I would certainly come back here with my partner for a weekend or longer break. I didn't partake in any of the amenities but there is a spa for those that enjoy that. Amazing place.

Go here if you want to relax. The rooms are peaceful; the beds are great. The restaurants and bars are lovely. Do *NOT* stay here if you need to twork or get around quickly. Mandatory valet (often with no one in the valet station and people milling around walking for their cars) and barely any internet access.

Stayed here during the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming. Each night there’s turn down service where housekeeping provides water, cookies, and prepares the room for a nights sleep. It’s also right in downtown close to shopping and plenty of restaurants.

A very nice hotel with large houses that are well maintained and very clean. There are hikes on property, nice pool, gym, mountain biking, yoga, etc. Note: It's not close to the Plaza, but they have shuttles. They have a wonderful chef! Dinner here may have been my favorite part of my visit. Wow!

Once I settled into a room with a good view, cleaned up another inn, and worked out some cleaning issues in the bathroom and deck, it was a great stay. Roberto from the front desk went above and beyond, as did the team at the bar where I dined two nights in a row. The food was great.

We had a great experience here. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were impecable and well decorated. The breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful southwest eggs. We missed the Sherry happy hour. They have a restaraunt/bar attached and if you book directly through them you get a $15 credit to use there.

The staff makes you feel at ease right from the first interaction. I felt as if I was staying with family friends, I knew I was safe & would be well cared for, which I was. Each room has a kiva style fireplace & plenty of wood. Great experience!

Nice, quiet and close to everything in downtown Santa Fe. It’s a Queen Anne Victorian, which is unexpected in SF. The Morning Glory room lacks room darkening drapes or blinds and us very bright. The bed is comfortable, and quality of furnishings is generally good. The attached day spa has great reviews, but I haven’t tried it for myself.

Visited the day spa here. My husband surprised me with a relaxing massage and spa treatment. Wonderful two hours spent getting pampered and refreshed. I had a massage, salt scrub, and rose petal bath. My skin was so soft afterwards and remained so for about a week.

The Ivy room is perfect for three people, great breakfast and afternoon wine hour. Staff are warm and wonderful.
