La Posada De Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, Santa Fe1 / 50
La Posada De Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa
Santa Fe, 330 East Palace Avenue 🧭 Map
unique and memorable slice of 19th century New Mexico. comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, characterful bar and lounges, all in all a sensational place to stay
I read mixed reviews before my arrival. Since I like Marriott hotels, I decided to stay here for my first vacation in Sante Fe. I loved the historical Spanish charm. My room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. The art gallery on site is incredible. I liked the bar and the attentiveness of the staff. Shuttle drivers will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius and the location was perfect because...
Great amenities and unparalleled service. I have stayed at various hotels in Santa Fe over the past few years and La Posada does not disappoint. Definitely one of the best high class hotels in the city. The staff are what really tipped the scales; they are very helpful, polite and understand customer service. In particular, GM here has cultivated an atmosphere characteristic of one of the most artsy...
I stayed here for a works conference and the place was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and made up brilliantly. The local grounds were lovely also and staff were very helpful. I would certainly come back here with my partner for a weekend or longer break. I didn't partake in any of the amenities but there is a spa for those that enjoy that. Amazing place.
Very relaxing hotel with rooms spread around the property amidst fountains and greenery. The staff was wonderful, especially the vallet who welcomed us to the hotel. We loves the fireplace in the room and the traditional wooden ceiling. Would stay again!
Go here if you want to relax. The rooms are peaceful; the beds are great. The restaurants and bars are lovely. Do *NOT* stay here if you need to twork or get around quickly. Mandatory valet (often with no one in the valet station and people milling around walking for their cars) and barely any internet access.
Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, Santa Fe1 / 50High rating

Santa Fe, 113 Washington Avenue 🧭 Map
The hotel is very nice but it's not worth the nightly rate. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. Nicely decorated but not $900+ per night nice. Housekeeping service was excellent. Front desk was nice enough but again not what you'd expect for the nightly rate. I tried reserving a tequila tasting ahead of time and after an initial response was ignored via email. I called and was told to expect...
Same issues as other reviewers…at check out they didn’t give us the $280 credit we were supposed to have. After some back and forth they finally did. This would be understand at other hotel chains, but having stayed at other Rosewoods, this shouldn’t be happening here. The location of this hotel is great. Food was great. Rooms are nice but the finesse needs to be turned up a notch. Our shower head...
This review pertains only to the bar. What a disappointment considering this is a Rosewood property. The overall service, for such a hotel was poor. From the welcome, to the service to the end, we felt as if we were bothering the staff. Hostess barely acknowledged us. Drinks served by being held and not on a tray. No napkins provided. When drinks were finished glasses were not removed. Every interaction...
wonderfully comfortable bed … very high quality specifications in fixtures and fittings … great decor .. wonderful lounges and really nice to see original art around the building . Great that my room had a fire . lovely drinks trolley… lovely individual touches . excellent staff A top class hotel in an excellent location
Stayed here during the 4th of July and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming. Each night there’s turn down service where housekeeping provides water, cookies, and prepares the room for a nights sleep. It’s also right in downtown close to shopping and plenty of restaurants.
Had a lovely lunch which was good but not amazing. Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service. Calm respite on a hot day

This was my first visit to Santa Fe, NM and originally I had booked a stay at another resort. That place didn't meet my needs. I stayed at 'said' resort for less than 12hrs before I quickly checked out. I went online and found that the Four Seasons had what I was looking for. They have shuttles that can take you into the historic Santa Fe Plaza all day, they have daily guided hikes and...
A very nice hotel with large houses that are well maintained and very clean. There are hikes on property, nice pool, gym, mountain biking, yoga, etc. Note: It's not close to the Plaza, but they have shuttles. They have a wonderful chef! Dinner here may have been my favorite part of my visit. Wow!
Once I settled into a room with a good view, cleaned up another inn, and worked out some cleaning issues in the bathroom and deck, it was a great stay. Roberto from the front desk went above and beyond, as did the team at the bar where I dined two nights in a row. The food was great.
A beautiful place to feel at home!
The service was impeccable from the moment we pulled onto the resort. We recieved instruction on the layout of the grounds and where to find the Terra restaurant and the valet parking as an added. The property has beautiful trees and manicured grounds that is the perfect addition to the mountain backdrop. L
Stunning location. Beautiful resort with every amenity. Delicious restaurant on site. Great work out facility and yoga studio. Our Casita had a working fireplace with fresh firewood. Shuttles running into town for easy transportation. As always FS delivers impeccable service.

After looking around New Mexico and planning a long weekend away, I chose to stay here as it was sort of in the middle of what we wanted to do. The site represents New Mexico perfectly and has fantastic sculptures and decor. It appears to be very clean which is always a huge plus. I was a bit surprised to find that the buffet was shutdown (I usually don't eat at them anyway) and that the main store...
We stayed one night and we're disappointed. Room was not what we expected. Before COVID we use to stay there. Now the room needs updating. No amenities. We just completely not happy. Pillows feel like your are sleeping on logs didn't get a good night sleep. The room was a birthday gift from my daughter. Too bad I didn't enjoyed it.
Hilton Thunder in Santa Fe boasts an excellent location, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a serene retreat. The rooms are well-appointed, and many feature balconies with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The pools are a highlight, providing a refreshing escape with well-maintained areas perfect for relaxation. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and impeccably...
Overall pretty good experience. Beds in rooms were very comfortable with beautiful linens, fluffy pillows and a very comfortable mattress that was just soft enough. Room itself needs a little updating, wallpapering peeling, wear to furniture, and general colors/design look a little dated. Pools were great- large and fun plenty of room to splash around. There was a person at the gate handing out towels...
Fantastic location. Beautiful mountains and sky. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is great.
Excellent room, very spacious. A tub shower and a separate glass shower in the bathroom, with lights that start dim and get brighter so they don't hurt first thing in the morning. Air conditioning works suitably well. Went to the buffet for dinner. Food was adequate, none of it was particularly special. Just an okay buffet. It's not the best, but you get as much as you want, and there is a good variety...

Really enjoyed our time at Chimayo in Santa Fe! I didn’t really feel like I was in a hotel but maybe in my own adobe. It was a nice change of pace. The rooms are super cozy, as is the atmosphere outside. There is parking under the hotel but get there early or all the spaces are taken. They also have an old Impala you can tour town in, so we did! We loved it! My only complaint is there is central air...
A perfectly charming hotel in the heart of Santa Fe! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed being able to walk to most of the sites, shops, and restaurants in the downtown/plaza area. The rooms were very large and comfortably appointed, however, it’s probably a little overdue for an update to the bathroom and vanity area. A special shout out to Jessica, the guest experience manager...
We had such a nice stay here! The staff were incredible, and the room and location were perfect. We only stayed one night while passing through Santa Fe but we are already planning a return trip to stay longer. Highly recommend!
The staff was awesome! I had left my wallet at home and was very worried that there would be complications getting into our room. It was a complete nothing-burger. The Suite we had was very clean and roomy. the balcony was great. Thanks for a very memorable time in Santa Fe. The Impala on their home page was in the parking garage. Very cool.
Excellent service. Rhiannon and Orlando went that extra mile to ensure our stay was wonderful. Perfect location and very helpful staff
We had a great stay here. The historic buildings and staff were wonderful. We will be back again.

The support staff was so kind when trying to help us move a dinner reservation. We really felt their sincerity.
Just dropped by to check out for a friend. I was impressed with the cleanliness and charm. The front counter person was very helpful and I had no trouble parking
This is an odd one. The hotel is an old one, but seems to be reasonably well maintained. We stayed in a Deluxe King room, which was spacious. There are no closets in the rooms, with limited storage provided by an armoire, which also houses a small television. There is no artwork anywhere. With the all-white walls and ceilings, it made for a somewhat bleak atmosphere. Despite the large size of the room...
Elegant, austere to the point of monastic. This historic hotel is beautifully maintained. As in most historic hotels the rooms are small but well appointed. Excellent location in the center of Santa Fe. My favorite hotel here. Try the sage smoked margarita, sit outside and watch the world walk by.
5 Stars! My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. We were welcomed with a chocolate cake, champagne and a sweet card! Since we’re both vegan, they went above and beyond to get us a vegan cake. Plus, the hotel is so romantic and walking distance to everything. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
Lovely hotel! Great service and homey vibe. Our housekeeper Anna Marie was delightful. Seeing her warm smile and receiving her thoughtful greeting first thing in the morning started the day off well. Janel at the front desk was likewise delightful. \Would strongly recommend.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. We loved our Sioux room. It has robes and slippers and a fireplace. Lights in bathroom could be brighter.not sure what happened to the restaurant at Vanessie but besides the buffet breakfast you can't eat or drink there right now. More seating outside the hotel would be nice. Location is great. Wish they would have given us bottled water everyday in our room.
Beautiful place and friendly staff. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh, with plenty of variety (and we showed up toward the end of breakfast service). Offerings included scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, lots of fresh fruit with yogurt, salad fixings, and breakfast pastries. We felt that the breakfast alone justified the $30 resort fee. We will definitely consider staying...
Beautiful and charming hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. This was the best hotel during the entire vacation. Comfortable bed, huge shower that gets very hot, everything in the room is beautiful, and tons of great restaurants you can walk to. The only bad point was when another guest went out for breakfast and left their dogs in the room alone. They would not stop barking for about an hour, but we...
We picked Inn at Vanessie based on its ambience and location. Both delivered. The breakfast room is large and airy with soaring walls yet a quaint SW motif. Our suite included an enclosed patio and private courtyard. The patio furniture upholstery was quite dirty so we didn't use the patio. But it was a bonus view for us. Otherwise the living room and bedroom and bathroom were clean and exuded a SW...
We spent 3 nights in Vanessie and wouldn't hesitate to return. Our king double was spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast was truly amazing with a huge selection of hot and cold food. Tea / coffee and cake was available all day. Great location as well, 10 minutes walk from the Plaza. The managers and staff were great as well. I've seen some gripes about the resort fee. Coming from the UK I...
Not sure why this is rated as a 4 star property (as Google has it), but it gets 4-stars from me! We don’t have any deal-breaking issues here. Starting off with the good: 1. Location: this property is located centrally near any restaurant and bar you might want. 2. Vibes: cute, Santa Fe style and character. 3. Accommodation: The folks at the front desk were friendly and check is in early. To the not...

The people with whom we interacted were great. I think it was Keith, on the phone, helped out, and the staff at meals were very kind. Also, fantastic location.
A very practical hotel to stay in. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast, and the evening meal (or 5.30 kickback as they call it) was really good. The location was superb, situated as it is, halfway between the Plaza and Canyon Road galleries.I would definitely recommend this hotel.Hats off to the exceptionally hard-working team at the Drury Plaza.!!
Wow! Absolutely excellent hotel! We stayed for three excellent nights. Our room was beautiful and clean with a balcony. I met with Keith the manager of the Drury Inn in Santa Fe in May. He was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and the kindest ever. The room that we previewed was lovely. Nice old Santa Fe feel in the lounge, restaurant, bar and room. Great southwestern paintings in the hallways. Good New Mexican breakfasts and dinners, although a bit overpriced. Staff very friendly and easy to deal with. Also there was a free shuttle service to the Santa Fe plaza which we did not use since we had a car.
The architecture of the hotel was really unique the room was gorgeous.
Super nice staff, very dog friendly and some of the kindest guests I've ever met. If you are relying on any of the spa/dog watching amenities listed online, be sure to book in advance as they may not be available. Nice room, convenient location, pretty good restaurant. The shower and furnishings were amazing and they even accommodated a required later check out for us.
A beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Spacious room with a very comfortable king bed, beautiful updated bath/shower and patio. The hotel offered a discount to my partner when they called before reserving a room for the weekend. We were excited to visit the spa but the availability increased quickly during our stay. This hotel exceeded every expectation. We are very happy with our stay, wife was debating on one more day here, but alas goodbyes would be as tough tomorrow as today. We have a few basic expectations of a hotel and a price point of around $120 bucks to get them. This place is absolutely amazing! We just got a day pass but will definitely stay overnight next time we are in town. There are multiple pool areas that range in temperature. My wife and I decided to visit and stay on property. Checking in was smooth and super friendly. The property was clean and the constant running water throughout made it very peaceful. We stayed in one of the Juniper rooms and it was very clean and cozy - we knew there were no TVs going into it so it was a welcome change. This is a gorgeous peaceful place. We made all our dinner and spa reservations in advance. Both my husband and I had wonderful deep tissue massages. I'd rate mine best I ever had. We enjoyed all the pools. We had 1 breakfast, 2 lunches and dinner at the Blue Heron. All were good. A nice wine list too. It was quite and very comfortable. Stunningly beautiful place. Really enjoyed the soaking pools. The saltwater pool is huge and very relaxing. Super friendly staff. Easygoing atmosphere. We enjoyed the food from the little cafe. Unfortunately the sauna and Blue Heron restaurant were closed due to a power outage. We will have to come back to check it out.
I had a wonderful week with a friend and the sofa services, restaurant and activities available were great! The mineral soaks and pools, yoga, as well as the chicken chat and puppy patch were so much fun and relaxing. We had one server in the restaurant, Erick, who was great. The attention we received from a very friendly and competent staff was excellent.
Great room. Great staff. We checked out a day early with no penalties.
The hotel staff deserves 5 stars. The presentation of the rooms online is poor. The staff openly admits the room pictures on the website are misleading. If it wasn't for the staff this place would get 3 stars. I was here for a getaway weekend without too much planned so the (upgraded room we paid for) was underwhelming on arrival. The manager moved us to a room that had a functioning fireplace and...
Great place to stay and the staff was fantastic to work with. Our office conference went well. All needs were met and the catered food was really good!
Great views of the mountains. Beatifully designed building. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable beds. A nice bar and fireplace in the "living room" area off the lobby.
Doesn't quite live up to the hype. Room upgrades aren't worth it. Front desk unhelpful. Specifically requested a large balcony, paid a lot more, ended up with dinky balcony and no candles in fireplace, even after being promised them twice, once on the phone and again upon arrival. Educational museum. Interesting historical house. Love the experience. Worth coming to see the Native American arts and interact with the artists out in front of the palace
Quite cozy, with free breakfast & tea, cookies & Sherry in the afternoon. Fireplaces in the rooms that are very quiet. Within walking distance of the plaza & great shops & restaurants.
We had a great experience here. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were impecable and well decorated. The breakfast was fantastic, with wonderful southwest eggs. We missed the Sherry happy hour. They have a restaraunt/bar attached and if you book directly through them you get a $15 credit to use there.
The staff makes you feel at ease right from the first interaction. I felt as if I was staying with family friends, I knew I was safe & would be well cared for, which I was. Each room has a kiva style fireplace & plenty of wood. Great experience!
Decent room, good prices, clean. Hosted sherry happy hour. Hot breakfast buffet was included and good. Allowed us to extend checkout from noon to 1pm at no extra cost. Note: they may tell you at check-in that guests get 15% off at the restaurant. Then at checkout they'll tell you that they meant guests that book directly through them, not a third party. That was a little obnoxious.
Del Charo has become a family BIRTHDAY tradition with my mom and son! The drinks, food and service are great! Happy BLESSED New Year!

The service was amazing and the location is perfect as it is near all of the Santa Fe landmarks. The rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and have a snack and a drink. My only complaint is the rooms being a bit dated for the price.
Impressive hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool to chill in (not quite one for swimming). The location is fantastic and parking was complementary in my visit. Do not dine here though! There are plenty of incredible options close to the hotel !
The checkin experience was ridiculous. And the front desk manager told me I needed to calm down after waiting more than 15 mins trapped by 2 cars.
