Graduate by Hilton Hotel

I truly feel at a home in Tucson. And for sure the best location to see the city, the university, and the sunset!!

Very nice stay with the family. Great location, rooftop pool and bar are brilliant. Only offer valet parking which is a bit of a pain with all the other car lines up out front. Difficult when you need to unload multiple bags in the street and carry in. Minor inconvenience and would book again when in town.

Great rooftop service with nice seating. Lots of college students in the pool so we stayed away. Our server was super nice, checking in on us and helping us move the restaurant when we were done.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, there was no self parking with limited street parking and valet was $30 a day.

Rooftop pool has beautiful views and the location is perfect for visiting the University of Arizona.

It was amazing. My only complaint is the pool really needs to be cleaned on the tile at the water’s edge. It was black and my daughter could write her initials in it! Other than that, it was a great experience!

The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk service was great.

In fact, it is generally very good, in the center of the campus. For your reference, the hotel's own parking lot can only be valet, fixed price plus tip each time to pick up the car.
The staff on duty at the front desk had a normal attitude but could not provide help. I just wanted to drink a cup of drip coffee. In fact, many hotel lobbies have free coffee that is available for a long time, although it is not freshly made. The coffee pot was there at the time, and I asked if I could go and see if there was any leftover coffee in it. If Graduate does not provide free coffee, you can tell me, and if you think the leftover coffee is not fresh and do not recommend drinking it, you can also tell me directly. But she kept saying that the restaurant was not open yet, there was no coffee, and there was no drinking water. It is not the attitude I like, because all the hotel experiences I have stayed in before were very good, and the lobby will try its best to help guests. I will not stay there next time.

Very good hotel! It's very close to the school's graduation ceremony venue, and there are many restaurants on the street behind! The bed and sofa in the room are very comfortable and new!
The desk is also very useful! The best thing is that the light is bright and sufficient. My favorite is the cactus lamp base, which is super cute and special! Highly recommended! If you are going to school to attend activities, this is the right place to stay!
