Terrible customer service, unmotivated, poor standards,
The hotel was outdated and gross. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower and toilet had mold, and the paint was literally peeling off of the ceiling. The bathroom door couldn't even fully close. Please stop taking people's money to stay here and clean the place up. Was supposed to stay a total of three nights but left after the first. The morning staff was nice and helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. Do not stay here.
The hotel is run down, the hall carpets are dirty & extremely warn and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable.
The person at check in was not welcoming at all. The man that checked us out was the only thing decent about the hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years but won’t return.
