Tucson, 3800 East Sunrise Drive 🧭 Map
Beautiful property. Everything was lovely. Excellent housekeeping, staff and hospitality.
Rooms feel dated. Also my room smelled like sewage. I would have changed rooms but it was already after 1130pm and I just wanted to sleep. The resort grounds are really cool though with all the plants
I agree with the previous review. 5 star property in need of some capital. Various amenities in need of repair. Everything just felt past its prime. New carpet, furniture, bathrooms and pool equipment would go a long way. However, the service was 5 star. The pool manager, David, made us feel like celebrities and also made some wow moments for my wife’s birthday. Thank you David, you’re are amazing
The service and resort was very nice. Beautiful pools and the place was clean. The food was very low quality for such a nice resort. I got the chicken ceasear salad and there was 5 pieces of lettuce uncut, which is ok, but the chicken was sliced thin and cooked to the point where you could see individual fibers. I felt like it was something my roommate would make in college. They also brought a nice...
Awesome hotel! Huge pools and hot tubs and swim up bar! There are some of the closest tennis courts on site as well, awesome and affordable spa and great rooms with awesome views of the mountains. We even saw a few great horned owls 🦉 definitely recommend staying here anytime you're in Tucson!
This is a five star resort that only gave a good performance as I stayed as part of a big (60 person) event. The resort is beautiful in the surface but several elevators were out, several ice machines not working (super inconvenient), and getting breakfast on Sunday breakfast took about 45-60 minutes to get the meal, albeit delish when it finally came. The fitness center was however, fantastic, and...

The resort appears simple at first glance, but is a hidden gem. It blends into the mountain backdrop but is truly special. I really enjoyed the opportunity to walk through the canyon park, the interpretive walk, the waterfall and all the other views from the resort. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The spa was impressive, my massage was absolutely amazing and the Flying V provided...
Great location with beautiful grounds, simply amazing. The spa massage from Vanessa was incredible, diagnosed muscle issues and helped with tension and inflammation, but taxes and free tips mean you're paying 75 minutes for 50 minutes. Lovely facility with an 18+ swimming pool to keep the noise down on weekends, sauna and steam rooms open in changing rooms for men and women with lighter robes than...
Wow! So happy with my stay! Booked this hotel for a fantastic price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am very grateful to have stayed here for much less than what I usually spend. Can I seriously live at this resort? Because I didn't want to leave. It was probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. It seemed to me that everywhere you looked there was something magnificent. The...
Really nice rooms, comfortable bed and in the Ventana Patio rooms the tub/shower is amazing. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful. Sometimes the service was a bit lacking, but nothing really bad. Pool area is nice, lots of chairs, towels, water and sunscreen provided. Jacuzzi is a little disappointing, felt more like bathwater. But I did see they are renovating it in November, so it may be amazing soon
Every time I come I am impressed. The staff and applications are great. Several dining and recreation activities make this one of my favorite places to stay in Tucson. There is a mandatory tip for pool service...I don't like that... typically they get less for doing it that way.
I love the landscape. The service is top notch. The rooms are just okay. But the pools are nice, the food is good, and the cocktails are strong. And again, the people who work here must love their jobs. They are delightful, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and they save our butts because we landed in Tucson with no place to stay!!!

The location, design, comfort and concept are exceptional, and great food too!
Management & staff throughout this hotel were so inviting and accommodating. They engaged in great conversation and shared laughs. Far more than your usual "have a nice day".  They addressed me by name and made my stay relaxing and stress free. The bar had good food and drinks. Great stay, great location, clean and will definitely stay again. Special thanks
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t optimistic when we pulled up. It looked a bit sketchy at first glance, and the pool area seemed off-putting to me when I approached check-in (not because there was anything wrong with it, but because it looked wild and loud and I was exhausted). But they accommodated my request for a quiet room, on the far side from the pool, and while the building wasn’t impressive from the...
I loved this hotel!! The atmosphere was so cool and I loved the little gifts and notes waiting for me. It was a very nicely decorated and laid out room, the bathroom was awesome too. The wifi worked great. The best part was the lady who helped me check in gave me an awesome ice recommendation and it was so appreciated!! She was so kind too, very positive about the check in process and loved my room

Lovely desert resort with great rooms and views of the city. Staff was nice, especially the golf cart drivers. Which you will need as the rooms are spread across the property and hills. Came for a conference and the room rate quoted to our group was very reasonable. Large bathroom with extra sink. Large walk-in shower, comfy double beds with a fold out sofa included. Food was standard conference food...
When arriving to a 1912 resort, we were very presently surprised! Our beds were beyond comfortable with the bed perfectly made and large enough for a taller couple. The pools were immaculate with very comfortable furniture. They had lit pathways to enjoy for an evening walk that were nice a level. Our room was above the Chef's herb garden and we enjoyed all the birds, bunnies and butterflies during...
This was our first time staying here! Rosa was so sweet and genuine. Sharing knowledge and stories. Beginning our day with the brightest smile! Mark and Cathy in the restaurant were amazing as well. Cathy was our server for breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed. Mark was patient as we requested to wait for an outdoor table. Being from WA state we couldn’t resist the sun! The breakfast...
We recently stayed at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa in Tucson for a conference and was overall very pleased with the experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable — one of the highlights of the stay. In-room amenities were decent; while robes were provided, I was surprised there were no slippers, and the coffee maker could definitely use an update...
What an amazing stay! I was able to check in early, the staff is very helpful. The grounds are amazing, rabbits, hummingbirds, butterfly’s, horse stable and walking trail. Pool and jacuzzi were a plus. The food was by far a ten out of ten. The management is doing an amazing job. The rooms are very clean, beds are like sleeping in clouds. Overall super impressed and one of the best hotels in Tucson...

The resort is huge - much bigger than I expected. The building and interior is gorgeous. Our room was romantic and super comfortable, from the bed to the shower pressure. A keurig machine is provided with both coffee and two water bottles - A very nice touch.
Wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Moby's is one of several restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger. The interior of the casino is so cool. When you walk through the casino, you feel like you are on the street. We went for bingo and the facilities are very good. We were lucky to win double bingo. Worth taking a day to get out of the house. Highly recommend...

I liked the friendly staff and great service. The food was so delicious. Everything was just amazing. Tell everyone to go on a great date. I'll be back!
Nice casino hotel. I hope he gets through the pandemic.
My first trip here was for the Iron Chief Tucson Meet the Chiefs event. It was held near the pool and in a great area for the event. Had lots of room and nice grass to walk on. The casino is well maintained and you can see the pride with it which used to keep it running. I was very impress with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will be going back to attend more events.
Located in southwest Tucson, this casino is a mediocre resort. The location is not ideal because most of the attractions of this area are east of Tucson so it adds 20 minutes to anything interesting. The rooms are nice but the placement of wall outlets are not ideal. My room included 2 beds and a mini fridge. The pool area is nice but is more of a family attraction crowded with kids. The casino has...

I truly feel at a home in Tucson. And for sure the best location to see the city, the university, and the sunset!!
The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk service was great.
In fact, it is generally very good, in the center of the campus. For your reference, the hotel's own parking lot can only be valet, fixed price plus tip each time to pick up the car. The staff on duty at the front desk had a normal attitude but could not provide help. I just wanted to drink a cup of drip coffee. In fact, many hotel lobbies have free coffee that is available for a long time, although...
Very good hotel! It's very close to the school's graduation ceremony venue, and there are many restaurants on the street behind! The bed and sofa in the room are very comfortable and new! The desk is also very useful! The best thing is that the light is bright and sufficient. My favorite is the cactus lamp base, which is super cute and special! Highly recommended! If you are going to school to attend...
This was my second time staying at the Graduate Tucson. Awesome service, great location, quiet rooms and a fun restaurant with an awesome view are what makes this a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and ready to serve. Isaac with the valet and Mike at the front desk were top notch. Thanks guys.
Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. No need to worry about finding parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Great location! Hotel is very new and very clean. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar with nice seating fire pits outside.

Relaxing and beautiful place. There are very beautiful water features everywhere. The grass is amazing. Even if you don't play golf, you can enjoy this scenic spot. Besides, the food is great. Whatever you order will be delicious.
Nice golf courses and facilities. Courses have a great layout and the staff is very friendly. The property itself is elegant and would be a solid weekend getaway place.
The grounds & pool are simply beautiful; however the rooms are not updated & tub in our room was terrible. We called 5 hours in advance to make sure our room was ready & they confirmed it was, but when we got there they advised us that they over booked the resort & they accidentally gave our room to someone else, so we had to settle for a 1 bed room king & a rollout bed. We were not happy at all.
Everything here is excellent. From the staff to the course to the food and drink. My favorite place to play. Beautiful views. They take great care of the course. Great job as always!
The grounds are impeccable. The staff friendly and helpful. The spa services affordable and relaxing. Lunch at Legends was delicious. We set out on the patio and enjoyed the view. We worked out in the fully stocked gym. I can't wait to return next month when they have Valentine's specials.
Stayed here for an anniversary and was really impressed. The Friday night stargazing is a great little touch and the on-site restaurants and bars were good. Great rooms, and the fire pit outside of our door was a great place to spend the evenings. Amazing views of the mountains too. I’d definitely come back!

I love this place. Great location, very clean, beautiful pool and pet friendly. I stay here every time I am in town and have never been disappointed. They have a wonderful bar and restaurant on site with an awesome patio overlooking the pool and a nice breakfast as well.
Room was at the top of the stairs but didn't hear other guests outside. 3rd floor room beautiful view from the balcony night and morning. Breakfast was good; good variety of dishes eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, muffins; juices, coffee, tea. Dining inside Gringo Cantina or outside on the patio. We have stayed on two other occasions and have enjoyed each time.
Very nice experience. The outdoor view is wonderful and the entire complex felt more cozy than corporate. I have attended this facility several times for business events as well, and it has always been a positive experience. Only knock would be I'm not 100% sure on the value if you pay full price. Maybe look around for deals to really feel like you got your money's worth.
Not bad. Went there for vacation. But to be honest, the rooms are small. They have a public pool and -if you are on a high floor- they have a nice view. And they have a buffet! Their food isn't bad, but there isn't much to choose from... The price should be more fair for the quality, and they should clean the pool more often..I don't think flies are supposed to swim...

The property was nice, but the rooms need a refresh. The view is breathtakingly beautiful.
Awesome resort. Kids enioyed the pools and slide. Great food options and adult beverages.
Beautiful room & amazing surroundings. Friendly staff except for one (Mgr at breakfast buffet had a hostile manner towards myself and family. While everyone else was friendly and approaching us with smiles she remained cold and standoffish. No eye contact or smiles. Unfriendly attitude) ... Loved this resort!
Great stay while visiting family. You really need a car for the area. Our only complaint was that one night we ate dinner on property and we were told we needed a reservation and to come back in 45 min. We sat in the bar area and waited and at no time were there more than 4 tables in the whole restaurant. Maybe they were short on staff, but it was disappointing with two small children.
We really enjoyed our stay at the El Conquistador. The grounds are beautiful and there are great amenities. The rooms are a bit dated, but the convenience of having a comfortable two bedroom casita far outweighs that. Staff was very friendly and the location in Oro Valley was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place for a young family. For us, probably the last time we stay in such a place. The room was no better than a three star hotel. The property is dated and needs renovation. Too many screaming kids! Location and view was best part of the stay.

I had a great experience staying at the hotel and going swimming 🥽 with the kids, while my friends were playing at the hotel, I recommend it 100 percent to people who get bored don't have Anything Else to do, plus you might even win some extra money at casino slots or bingo games! I only visited the casino and didn't stay there but I had a wonderful time and all the staff are very friendly! First time guests receive a $20 credit for slots and a $10 credit for food and I love that they have free non-alcoholic beverages! Great time would go back again!
We stayed 2 nights here for my husband's birthday. We got a king deluxe room with a nice balcony with chairs and small table to enjoy the outside fresh air. The room was nice and clean and very quiet. We were only going to stay one night, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed an additional night. The casino has several restaurants. No matter the time, you can always find something to eat. The casino...
Pretty fun casino, whens its busy the food court was not designed for its current capacity. Extra long waits. There system for order to end is very frustrating and often rude cashiers, there a couple amazing cashierz, but its rare. But gaming environment and staff are fun and great. Ty
We had a great Easter brunch meal here at Desert Diamond's buffet. The food was all well prepared, hot, and plentiful. Prime rib was melt in your mouth tender, the lamb was perfectly roasted, and my husband had his fill of crab legs! The side salad choices complimented the meal, especially the pear & arugula (?) combination with pine nuts... hope to see that one again. The wait staff were so helpful...

Perfectly fine - nice location and just as advertised.
Great location and hotel is always clean. Staff are professional and nice.
Comfortable bed, but loud and stinky The hotel was nice and served its purpose. We were there to play a music gig that night. We were prepared for the loud music from the dance clubs near by, but didn’t realize how loud they really were. The music finally stopped at 2am. The most annoying part was that they toilet in the bathroom stuck of sewer fumes. We could smell it when we shut the bathroom door...
The staff is fantastic and such a fun location in the heart of downtown Tucson.
Nice hotel Got the hotel for my daughters birthday. Was fun to walk.around downtown and good eats
It was an overall great stay! Clean, friendly and convenient. The only thing we didn’t love was the uphill garage, but that’s not something that can change. Despite that, the spots were big and wide enough to feel comfortable parking in!

Love the live piano music, and the drinks are great. They have refreshing summer cocktails but can make nearly any cocktail you can think of.
Arizona Inn is a local favorite for weekend stay-cations and afternoon happy hours. The bar is open to all (guests or not) and has a great selection of drinks and lite snacks. I have stayed here several times for weekend getaways, but have also come to Arizona Inn for bridal showers and wedding receptions. It is in one of the best spots in town, centrally located in the beautiful Sam Hughes neighborhood...
Staff as always are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and this is a very nice place to spend an evening. The chef does a wonderful job with the food good every year we go.
Quaint, cozy setting. Gorgeous detail and a nice quiet environment. Coffee was good, yogurt and fruit was very good. Loved it ?
We are Phoenix residents but like to visit Tucson each spring to enjoy the amenities at the Arizona Inn. This is a favorite spot for us, very welcoming and not at all snooty. The rooms are large, and have private outdoor seating areas, at least the ones we have stayed in did. They were furnished with classic dressers, tables and a sofa. There is a modern TV with a built-in DVD player and the hotel...

Very nice hotel. Super quiet. Would love to see it at its full potential with an open restaurant and the pool and hit tub open past 6pm, as well as the fire pits working. The front desk girls were great amd helped with whatever I needed. Comfy bed. Quiet. Clean. Beautiful property. Close to everything. I'd stay again.
Winter for business conference. I haven't been there in many years since they remodeled it. And it was beautiful the double staircase is coming down into the lobby kind of reminded me of some old movies. It was just beautiful very well done staff is very friendly. The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom. Then you can retire for the night in your hotel room upstairs. The rooms are small as it is historic but it is awesome to stay right downtown for a reasonable price. We will do it again soon.
Beautifully renovated rooms- the decor is high quality - no particle board here. The room doors are impressive (I love a nice door) - definitely quality. We stayed in the renovated section and were pleased with our pool view from our balcony- watching the monsoons from our balcony last night was awesome.
