I agree with the previous review. 5 star property in need of some capital. Various amenities in need of repair. Everything just felt past its prime. New carpet, furniture, bathrooms and pool equipment would go a long way. However, the service was 5 star. Awesome hotel! Huge pools and hot tubs and swim up bar! There are some of the closest tennis courts on site as well, awesome and affordable spa and great rooms with awesome views of the mountains. We even saw a few great horned owls 🦉 definitely recommend staying here anytime you're in Tucson!

This is a five star resort that only gave a good performance as I stayed as part of a big (60 person) event. Really nice rooms, comfortable bed and in the Ventana Patio rooms the tub/shower is amazing. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful. Sometimes the service was a bit lacking, but nothing really bad. Pool area is nice, lots of chairs, towels, water and sunscreen provided. Jacuzzi is a little disappointing, felt more like bathwater. But I did see they are renovating it in November, so it may be amazing soon

Every time I come I am impressed. The staff and applications are great. Several dining and recreation activities make this one of my favorite places to stay in Tucson. There is a mandatory tip for pool service...I don't like that... typically they get less for doing it that way.

I love the landscape. The service is top notch. The rooms are just okay. But the pools are nice, the food is good, and the cocktails are strong. And again, the people who work here must love their jobs. They are delightful, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and they save our butts because we landed in Tucson with no place to stay!!!

Management & staff throughout this hotel were so inviting and accommodating. They engaged in great conversation and shared laughs. Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds and a great view of Tucson. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. I recommend stopping by the hotel bar and trying the prickly pear iced tea and crispy guacamole chips. You won't be disappointed. The iced tea is especially delicious and refreshing on a hot desert day.

My husband and I spent a wonderful fall weekend at the Westward Look Wyndham Resort & Spa, the first weekend of November to attend the Tucson Audubon Gala held at the resort. Loved this place with our two toddlers. The pools and room service is so great when you have little ones. The walking trails are great too for spotting birds and lizards. Close to everything but feels like you are on some far away ranch. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Restaurant serves good food. Would recommend and come back.

The resort is huge - much bigger than I expected. The building and interior is gorgeous. Our room was romantic and super comfortable, from the bed to the shower pressure. A keurig machine is provided with both coffee and two water bottles - A very nice touch.

Wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Moby's is one of several restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger. The interior of the casino is so cool. When you walk through the casino, you feel like you are on the street. We went for bingo and the facilities are very good. We were lucky to win double bingo. My first trip here was for the Iron Chief Tucson Meet the Chiefs event. It was held near the pool and in a great area for the event. Had lots of room and nice grass to walk on. The casino is well maintained and you can see the pride with it which used to keep it running. I was very impress with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will be going back to attend more events.

Located in southwest Tucson, this casino is a mediocre resort. The location is not ideal because most of the attractions of this area are east of Tucson so it adds 20 minutes to anything interesting. Had dinner at the sushi restaurant inside. Server was hilarious and kept us laughing all night. Had the Playboy roll which was incredibly delicious. Beware of the Ex Roll, it is massive and feels like you're eating a whole fish with each roll. Prices weren't too bad. The casino itself is always clean, but of course reeks of smoke. Plenty of entertainment inside.

This was my second time staying at the Graduate Tucson. Awesome service, great location, quiet rooms and a fun restaurant with an awesome view are what makes this a great experience. Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. My husband and I had a great stay! Cute aesthetic, clean rooms, and the rooftop views are stunning. You can’t beat the location, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tucson. I've lived around casinos most of my life. This is a great place! Rooms are very big in the hotel. A wonderful memorial has been created between hotel and casino. An elder came and blessed the area. No photos are allowed out of respect.

We were only there for the evening to play the slots. It wasn't to busy which was nice! Staff was great and bathrooms were clean! We ate dinner at the little restaurant and it was delicious and cheap! I would recommend this place to friends and family!

No one under 21 allowed to even walk through the casino, bit if a bummer, like "wow I feel so compelled to illegally gamble just by walking by the slots, someone better stop me because I have zero self control!" The grounds & pool are simply beautiful; however the rooms are not updated & tub in our room was terrible. We called 5 hours in advance to make sure our room was ready & they confirmed it was, but when we got there they advised us that they over booked the resort & they accidentally gave our room to someone else, so we had to settle for a 1 bed room king & a rollout bed. We were not happy at all.

Stayed here for an anniversary and was really impressed. The Friday night stargazing is a great little touch and the on-site restaurants and bars were good. Great rooms, and the fire pit outside of our door was a great place to spend the evenings. Amazing views of the mountains too. I’d definitely come back!

Room was at the top of the stairs but didn't hear other guests outside. 3rd floor room beautiful view from the balcony night and morning. Breakfast was good; good variety of dishes eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, muffins; juices, coffee, tea. Dining inside Gringo Cantina or outside on the patio. We have stayed on two other occasions and have enjoyed each time.

Very nice experience. The outdoor view is wonderful and the entire complex felt more cozy than corporate. I have attended this facility several times for business events as well, and it has always been a positive experience. Only knock would be I'm not 100% sure on the value if you pay full price. Maybe look around for deals to really feel like you got your money's worth.

Not bad. Went there for vacation. But to be honest, the rooms are small. They have a public pool and -if you are on a high floor- they have a nice view. And they have a buffet! Their food isn't bad, but there isn't much to choose from... The price should be more fair for the quality, and they should clean the pool more often..I don't think flies are supposed to swim...

Great Hotel, I only wish I had more time to enjoy everything you had to offer. Only one minor thing, the bathroom was missing some of the toiletries that are usually provided by hotels. Not a big deal, as I had brought my own. Other than that, this hotel had everything one could hope for.

The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom. Then you can retire for the night in your hotel room upstairs. The rooms are small as it is historic but it is awesome to stay right downtown for a reasonable price. We will do it again soon.
