Tucson, 3800 East Sunrise Drive 🧭 Map
Rooms feel dated. Also my room smelled like sewage. I would have changed rooms but it was already after 1130pm and I just wanted to sleep. The resort grounds are really cool though with all the plants
I agree with the previous review. 5 star property in need of some capital. Various amenities in need of repair. Everything just felt past its prime. New carpet, furniture, bathrooms and pool equipment would go a long way. However, the service was 5 star. The pool manager, David, made us feel like celebrities and also made some wow moments for my wife’s birthday. Thank you David, you’re are amazing
The service and resort was very nice. Beautiful pools and the place was clean. The food was very low quality for such a nice resort. I got the chicken ceasear salad and there was 5 pieces of lettuce uncut, which is ok, but the chicken was sliced thin and cooked to the point where you could see individual fibers. I felt like it was something my roommate would make in college. They also brought a nice...
Awesome hotel! Huge pools and hot tubs and swim up bar! There are some of the closest tennis courts on site as well, awesome and affordable spa and great rooms with awesome views of the mountains. We even saw a few great horned owls 🦉 definitely recommend staying here anytime you're in Tucson!
This is a five star resort that only gave a good performance as I stayed as part of a big (60 person) event. The resort is beautiful in the surface but several elevators were out, several ice machines not working (super inconvenient), and getting breakfast on Sunday breakfast took about 45-60 minutes to get the meal, albeit delish when it finally came. The fitness center was however, fantastic, and...
The stay was fantastic. We were there for a wedding and the setting was picture perfect. The pool was a lot of fun and the pool bar served drinks quickly. We even got an upgrade which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort appears simple at first glance, but is a hidden gem. It blends into the mountain backdrop but is truly special. I really enjoyed the opportunity to walk through the canyon park, the interpretive walk, the waterfall and all the other views from the resort. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The spa was impressive, my massage was absolutely amazing and the Flying V provided...
Great location with beautiful grounds, simply amazing. The spa massage from Vanessa was incredible, diagnosed muscle issues and helped with tension and inflammation, but taxes and free tips mean you're paying 75 minutes for 50 minutes. Lovely facility with an 18+ swimming pool to keep the noise down on weekends, sauna and steam rooms open in changing rooms for men and women with lighter robes than...
Wow! So happy with my stay! Booked this hotel for a fantastic price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am very grateful to have stayed here for much less than what I usually spend. Can I seriously live at this resort? Because I didn't want to leave. It was probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. It seemed to me that everywhere you looked there was something magnificent. The...
Really nice rooms, comfortable bed and in the Ventana Patio rooms the tub/shower is amazing. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful. Sometimes the service was a bit lacking, but nothing really bad. Pool area is nice, lots of chairs, towels, water and sunscreen provided. Jacuzzi is a little disappointing, felt more like bathwater. But I did see they are renovating it in November, so it may be amazing soon
Every time I come I am impressed. The staff and applications are great. Several dining and recreation activities make this one of my favorite places to stay in Tucson. There is a mandatory tip for pool service...I don't like that... typically they get less for doing it that way.
I love the landscape. The service is top notch. The rooms are just okay. But the pools are nice, the food is good, and the cocktails are strong. And again, the people who work here must love their jobs. They are delightful, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and they save our butts because we landed in Tucson with no place to stay!!!

Management & staff throughout this hotel were so inviting and accommodating. They engaged in great conversation and shared laughs. Far more than your usual "have a nice day".  They addressed me by name and made my stay relaxing and stress free. The bar had good food and drinks. Great stay, great location, clean and will definitely stay again. Special thanks
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t optimistic when we pulled up. It looked a bit sketchy at first glance, and the pool area seemed off-putting to me when I approached check-in (not because there was anything wrong with it, but because it looked wild and loud and I was exhausted). But they accommodated my request for a quiet room, on the far side from the pool, and while the building wasn’t impressive from the...
I loved this hotel!! The atmosphere was so cool and I loved the little gifts and notes waiting for me. It was a very nicely decorated and laid out room, the bathroom was awesome too. The wifi worked great. The best part was the lady who helped me check in gave me an awesome ice recommendation and it was so appreciated!! She was so kind too, very positive about the check in process and loved my room

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The pool was close by. Staff were responsive and quick to supply the room.
Had a fantastic time! I was blown away by the attention to detail in this place, the amazing food had us hooked, and the spa is now one of my favorites!
Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds and a great view of Tucson. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. I recommend stopping by the hotel bar and trying the prickly pear iced tea and crispy guacamole chips. You won't be disappointed. The iced tea is especially delicious and refreshing on a hot desert day.
My husband and I spent a wonderful fall weekend at the Westward Look Wyndham Resort & Spa, the first weekend of November to attend the Tucson Audubon Gala held at the resort. Our couples massage was an amazing experience. The resort grounds were filled with nature. The restaurant staff was welcoming, friendly and looked after our every need, from breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon beer to dinner....
We want to thank Marybeth and the entire staff at Westward Look. You guys are absolutely amazing, we were there for our wedding and you and your staff helped make it the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception. The Stargazer room was gorgeous. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay there longer than 6 days!!! Thanks again and we will definitely be back!!! Rick and Wendy G
Loved this place with our two toddlers. The pools and room service is so great when you have little ones. The walking trails are great too for spotting birds and lizards. Close to everything but feels like you are on some far away ranch. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Restaurant serves good food. Would recommend and come back.

The resort is huge - much bigger than I expected. The building and interior is gorgeous. Our room was romantic and super comfortable, from the bed to the shower pressure. A keurig machine is provided with both coffee and two water bottles - A very nice touch.
Wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Moby's is one of several restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger. The interior of the casino is so cool. When you walk through the casino, you feel like you are on the street. We went for bingo and the facilities are very good. We were lucky to win double bingo. Worth taking a day to get out of the house. Highly recommend...
If anyone is trying to find good deals for hotels and resorts, check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel there and these guys had the lowest prices almost anywhere! This place was fantastic! I liked the friendly staff and great service. The food was so delicious. Everything was just amazing. Tell everyone to go on a great date. I'll be back!
My first trip here was for the Iron Chief Tucson Meet the Chiefs event. It was held near the pool and in a great area for the event. Had lots of room and nice grass to walk on. The casino is well maintained and you can see the pride with it which used to keep it running. I was very impress with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will be going back to attend more events.
Located in southwest Tucson, this casino is a mediocre resort. The location is not ideal because most of the attractions of this area are east of Tucson so it adds 20 minutes to anything interesting. The rooms are nice but the placement of wall outlets are not ideal. My room included 2 beds and a mini fridge. The pool area is nice but is more of a family attraction crowded with kids. The casino has...
Had dinner at the sushi restaurant inside. Server was hilarious and kept us laughing all night. Had the Playboy roll which was incredibly delicious. Beware of the Ex Roll, it is massive and feels like you're eating a whole fish with each roll. Prices weren't too bad. The casino itself is always clean, but of course reeks of smoke. Plenty of entertainment inside.

This was my second time staying at the Graduate Tucson. Awesome service, great location, quiet rooms and a fun restaurant with an awesome view are what makes this a great experience. All of the staff were very friendly and ready to serve. Isaac with the valet and Mike at the front desk were top notch. Thanks guys.
Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. No need to worry about finding parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Great location! Hotel is very new and very clean. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar with nice seating fire pits outside.
My husband and I had a great stay! Cute aesthetic, clean rooms, and the rooftop views are stunning. You can’t beat the location, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tucson. We had a rental car, and utilized the valet service. Eric and Arturo were quick and courteous! Great place, highly recommend!
We had an extremely pleasant stay! The rooms are very quiet and clean. The staff were very cheerful and helpful as well. The valets were super awesome and provided prompt, friendly service ALWAYS. Eric and Tony (valet) were especially helpful and really catered to my needs. It was a superb stay.
Absolutely adore this hotel and the cutesy Arizona design! Super fun room keys! Amazing service with the Valet, Arturo and the gentlemen from the previous evening. No need to worry about parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Entire room, and bathroom especially, was very clean! It was surprisingly very quiet for having a rooftop bar. Great pillows, which is hard to find! Will definitely be...
Always friendly staff, great pool and bar. Air conditioning is quiet and efficient, comfortable beds and low noise levels. Great holiday!

We got a room update because of a non functioning balcony door. Great room, very spacious, clean, safe and cozy
I've lived around casinos most of my life. This is a great place! Rooms are very big in the hotel. A wonderful memorial has been created between hotel and casino. An elder came and blessed the area. No photos are allowed out of respect.
We were only there for the evening to play the slots. It wasn't to busy which was nice! Staff was great and bathrooms were clean! We ate dinner at the little restaurant and it was delicious and cheap! I would recommend this place to friends and family!
We went for dinner and drinks. It is a nice place to go. Good food and service. There is always something going on also which makes it entertaining.
The only reason that I give them a three star rating is because the suites are nice and roomy. Other than that, the air circulation in the casino is extremely poor. My clothes stink like a dirty ashtray when I leave. I often want to ask the employees if the tribe offers them secondary second hand smoke cancer insurance? It would behoove the tribal elders to better take care of these employees, but...
Very nice venue, gorgeous lobby chandelier. No one under 21 allowed to even walk through the casino, bit if a bummer, like "wow I feel so compelled to illegally gamble just by walking by the slots, someone better stop me because I have zero self control!" Let's just say there are better ways to handle minors gambling

Professional and sleek decor. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Tucson with Tolley car access. Very walkable location. Clean aesthetics. Would recommend.
What a great place to stay! Near by restaurants to eat, fitness room and Heated pool on the 6th floor…. Staff was super professional, cheerful and helpful. Beautiful view from our room.
Such a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Beautiful rooms that clearly had every detail considered. Would definitely stay again.
Very nice, new hotel. Ultra modern European style. Rooms are a bit small, but minimalist design makes it feel bigger. I would have liked a suitcase stand, as there was no good place for one except for the couch. Staff was very friendly, rates were good. Downtown revitalization gave plenty of restaurants and microbreweries within an easy walk.
A dear friend from Florida flew out for the Gem and Mineral show. We decided to stay at the AC and are so happy we did. This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You can see the European influences throughout. The croissants are nothing short of AMAZING! This location is perfect - so close to everything and don't miss out on the rooftop pool. The staff is very friendly and professional. My friend...

Love the live piano music, and the drinks are great. They have refreshing summer cocktails but can make nearly any cocktail you can think of.
Arizona Inn is a local favorite for weekend stay-cations and afternoon happy hours. The bar is open to all (guests or not) and has a great selection of drinks and lite snacks. I have stayed here several times for weekend getaways, but have also come to Arizona Inn for bridal showers and wedding receptions. It is in one of the best spots in town, centrally located in the beautiful Sam Hughes neighborhood...
Staff as always are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and this is a very nice place to spend an evening. The chef does a wonderful job with the food good every year we go.
Quaint, cozy setting. Gorgeous detail and a nice quiet environment. Coffee was good, yogurt and fruit was very good. Loved it ?
We are Phoenix residents but like to visit Tucson each spring to enjoy the amenities at the Arizona Inn. This is a favorite spot for us, very welcoming and not at all snooty. The rooms are large, and have private outdoor seating areas, at least the ones we have stayed in did. They were furnished with classic dressers, tables and a sofa. There is a modern TV with a built-in DVD player and the hotel...

Relaxing and beautiful place. There are very beautiful water features everywhere. The grass is amazing. Even if you don't play golf, you can enjoy this scenic spot. Besides, the food is great. Whatever you order will be delicious.
Nice golf courses and facilities. Courses have a great layout and the staff is very friendly. The property itself is elegant and would be a solid weekend getaway place.
The grounds & pool are simply beautiful; however the rooms are not updated & tub in our room was terrible. We called 5 hours in advance to make sure our room was ready & they confirmed it was, but when we got there they advised us that they over booked the resort & they accidentally gave our room to someone else, so we had to settle for a 1 bed room king & a rollout bed. We were not happy at all.
Everything here is excellent. From the staff to the course to the food and drink. My favorite place to play. Beautiful views. They take great care of the course. Great job as always!
The grounds are impeccable. The staff friendly and helpful. The spa services affordable and relaxing. Lunch at Legends was delicious. We set out on the patio and enjoyed the view. We worked out in the fully stocked gym. I can't wait to return next month when they have Valentine's specials.
Stayed here for an anniversary and was really impressed. The Friday night stargazing is a great little touch and the on-site restaurants and bars were good. Great rooms, and the fire pit outside of our door was a great place to spend the evenings. Amazing views of the mountains too. I’d definitely come back!

I love this place. Great location, very clean, beautiful pool and pet friendly. I stay here every time I am in town and have never been disappointed. They have a wonderful bar and restaurant on site with an awesome patio overlooking the pool and a nice breakfast as well.
Room was at the top of the stairs but didn't hear other guests outside. 3rd floor room beautiful view from the balcony night and morning. Breakfast was good; good variety of dishes eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, muffins; juices, coffee, tea. Dining inside Gringo Cantina or outside on the patio. We have stayed on two other occasions and have enjoyed each time.
Very nice experience. The outdoor view is wonderful and the entire complex felt more cozy than corporate. I have attended this facility several times for business events as well, and it has always been a positive experience. Only knock would be I'm not 100% sure on the value if you pay full price. Maybe look around for deals to really feel like you got your money's worth.
Not bad. Went there for vacation. But to be honest, the rooms are small. They have a public pool and -if you are on a high floor- they have a nice view. And they have a buffet! Their food isn't bad, but there isn't much to choose from... The price should be more fair for the quality, and they should clean the pool more often..I don't think flies are supposed to swim...

Great Hotel, I only wish I had more time to enjoy everything you had to offer. Only one minor thing, the bathroom was missing some of the toiletries that are usually provided by hotels. Not a big deal, as I had brought my own. Other than that, this hotel had everything one could hope for.
Absolutely beautiful. Best Hilton Resort I've ever seen. Counted 7 pools on the premises, maybe missed a few. And the interior. Marvelous. Certainly got my vote. 5 Stars.
The rooms are well appointed. The beds are generally comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic, with a huge selection. The person on the eggs is always fun to talk with. Small complaint? There was homemade salsa they, that has been replaced by a pace like product. Find the person who made that salsa!!! The grounds are fantastic to walk around. The hotel is also pretty friendly.
The only opportunity I had to interact with the hotel staff was at the restaurant for lunch. The host was clearly having a rough day and was pouting, stomping around, and shaking her head for about 20 minutes. Strange. Then the server, who was very funny, crossed the line and joked that he served my friend a jack and coke, when my friend ordered a coke. This would have been fine, but I understand that...
Great resort! Location is great with amazing views. Large rooms with comfortable beds and very clean. Restaurants on site with many options.
Beautiful landscaping and ground floor room facing the pool area was nice. Loved the gym, hot tub and variety of activities. Four stars because waited over 40 minutes for coffee and fixings. Front desk didn't apologize and he just said it probably hadn't been delivered. Seemed disinterested. Found room attendant six doors down from us. Very nice hotel. Super quiet. Would love to see it at its full potential with an open restaurant and the pool and hit tub open past 6pm, as well as the fire pits working. Winter for business conference. I haven't been there in many years since they remodeled it. And it was beautiful the double staircase is coming down into the lobby kind of reminded me of some old movies. It was just beautiful very well done staff is very friendly. The architecture inside the historic Hotel Tucson is very warm and inviting. The dining at the restaurant The Cup Cafe is spectacular. You can enjoy drinks in their cozy bar Tiger’s Taproom. Then you can retire for the night in your hotel room upstairs. The rooms are small as it is historic but it is awesome to stay right downtown for a reasonable price. We will do it again soon.
Beautifully renovated rooms- the decor is high quality - no particle board here. The room doors are impressive (I love a nice door) - definitely quality. We stayed in the renovated section and were pleased with our pool view from our balcony- watching the monsoons from our balcony last night was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised. It looked nice online and the place did not disappoint. When you enter the property it feels safe and serene. The stucco decor was great at blocking any city noise.
