Rooms feel dated. Also my room smelled like sewage. I would have changed rooms but it was already after 1130pm and I just wanted to sleep. The resort grounds are really cool though with all the plants

I agree with the previous review. 5 star property in need of some capital. Various amenities in need of repair. Everything just felt past its prime. New carpet, furniture, bathrooms and pool equipment would go a long way. However, the service was 5 star. Awesome hotel! Huge pools and hot tubs and swim up bar! There are some of the closest tennis courts on site as well, awesome and affordable spa and great rooms with awesome views of the mountains. We even saw a few great horned owls 🦉 definitely recommend staying here anytime you're in Tucson!

This is a five star resort that only gave a good performance as I stayed as part of a big (60 person) event. The stay was fantastic. We were there for a wedding and the setting was picture perfect. The pool was a lot of fun and the pool bar served drinks quickly. We even got an upgrade which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Really nice rooms, comfortable bed and in the Ventana Patio rooms the tub/shower is amazing. Grounds are exceptionally beautiful. Sometimes the service was a bit lacking, but nothing really bad. Pool area is nice, lots of chairs, towels, water and sunscreen provided. Jacuzzi is a little disappointing, felt more like bathwater. But I did see they are renovating it in November, so it may be amazing soon

Every time I come I am impressed. The staff and applications are great. Several dining and recreation activities make this one of my favorite places to stay in Tucson. There is a mandatory tip for pool service...I don't like that... typically they get less for doing it that way.

I love the landscape. The service is top notch. The rooms are just okay. But the pools are nice, the food is good, and the cocktails are strong. And again, the people who work here must love their jobs. They are delightful, helpful, accommodating, friendly, and they save our butts because we landed in Tucson with no place to stay!!!

Management & staff throughout this hotel were so inviting and accommodating. They engaged in great conversation and shared laughs. It's a hidden gem in Tucson. I drive there from Phoenix to do my Spa day. The premises is quiet, clean and very good maintained. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi just perfect. The hotel was like a resort, reminded us of being at the beach. Most rooms had sliding doors with it's own patio facing a center courtyard and pool area. Our room was nice however the floors/carpets haven't been cleaned in some time. Really nice hotel in a great area of Tucson. Lots to do, with restaurants and pool on site and Reid Park Zoo within walking distance. Great service, nice clean rooms, and quiet. Perfect for business travel. I will be back on my next trip to Tucson.

Great hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds and a great view of Tucson. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. I recommend stopping by the hotel bar and trying the prickly pear iced tea and crispy guacamole chips. You won't be disappointed. The iced tea is especially delicious and refreshing on a hot desert day.

My husband and I spent a wonderful fall weekend at the Westward Look Wyndham Resort & Spa, the first weekend of November to attend the Tucson Audubon Gala held at the resort. Loved this place with our two toddlers. The pools and room service is so great when you have little ones. The walking trails are great too for spotting birds and lizards. Close to everything but feels like you are on some far away ranch. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Restaurant serves good food. Would recommend and come back.

The resort is huge - much bigger than I expected. The building and interior is gorgeous. Our room was romantic and super comfortable, from the bed to the shower pressure. A keurig machine is provided with both coffee and two water bottles - A very nice touch.

Wonderful experience. The staff were polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Moby's is one of several restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger. The interior of the casino is so cool. When you walk through the casino, you feel like you are on the street. We went for bingo and the facilities are very good. We were lucky to win double bingo. My first trip here was for the Iron Chief Tucson Meet the Chiefs event. It was held near the pool and in a great area for the event. Had lots of room and nice grass to walk on. The casino is well maintained and you can see the pride with it which used to keep it running. I was very impress with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Will be going back to attend more events.

Located in southwest Tucson, this casino is a mediocre resort. The location is not ideal because most of the attractions of this area are east of Tucson so it adds 20 minutes to anything interesting. Had dinner at the sushi restaurant inside. Server was hilarious and kept us laughing all night. Had the Playboy roll which was incredibly delicious. Beware of the Ex Roll, it is massive and feels like you're eating a whole fish with each roll. Prices weren't too bad. The casino itself is always clean, but of course reeks of smoke. Plenty of entertainment inside.

This Sheraton was a great experience. A huge courtyard with pool and jacuzzi are the center. All the rooms arranged around the court yard. Easy to get around, clean rooms, polite and friendly staff with all the amenities you need. The rooms are spacious and smoke free.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It's better than most in the Sheraton brand when it comes to cleanliness and general state of repair. They've done a good job upgrading this hotel (if it wasn't recently upgraded, they do a phenomenal job with upkeep!). Newly upgraded room was lovely but the new design withheld a microwave and the mini fridge was too small to house more than a few soda cans. Definitely couldn't hold even one to go container which I guess is ok since you have no way to reheat anyway. Given we were in a suite, I expected more. The rooms are nicely decorated and very new and comfy. Nice pool and outside areas with fire pits. I enjoy a balcony and this place really doesn't have them but overall a pleasant stay.

They decorate this place to be a nice hotel and the staff is kind and treats you like you're staying at a nice hotel; however the rooms are not as clean as you'd expect them to be. I had a great experience here. The little outside area by the pool is really nice to hang out in after dark. The pool is quite nice too.

No iron and ironing board. Couldn't see when I entered to room. No light switch by the door. When I found the light switch the lights did not come on. I had to stumble around until I found the lamp and switch. Limited TV stations and very fuzzy. Breakfast bar was wondderful. Bed was a was awesome. Be careful with the toilet it may rock when you sit down and get up.

It's a nice hotel. 4 stars because it's a little dated, but the breakfast buffet was really good (better selection than you'd expect, and an omelette bar as well) the pool was fine for the kids, and they we're out friendly. All in all it was comfortable and we'll worth the low price we paid to stay.

Went here for my dads retirement party. He rented out a banquet hall and hired a company to cater the food. We were treated with respect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we rented out was spacious and clean. The party was great and i had a wonderful time. Its a beautiful hotel.

This was my second time staying at the Graduate Tucson. Awesome service, great location, quiet rooms and a fun restaurant with an awesome view are what makes this a great experience. Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. My husband and I had a great stay! Cute aesthetic, clean rooms, and the rooftop views are stunning. You can’t beat the location, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tucson. Overall great hotel. I actually slept well with their pillows. The staff are nice and professional. It was a nice room but the bed was covered in dog hair and had not been dusted. When i told the front desk about the dog hair they told i could have called the front desk and asked for clean sheets but that was not an option because the phone cord had been cut. The ac was stuck on low setting and there was hair clogging the bathtub drain. For my inconvenience they gave me 10% off my room.

Stayed in room 121. Was a good stay, clean room. no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot in our room. Was difficult to find office, it is separate from the rooms. They share a building with Denny's. They do have an outdoor pool which is decent. The guy at front desk was nice and helpful. Will stay again.

Not bad for the price. I always stay in a King Suite, and they've been clean and well equipped. My most recent visit I was a little annoyed that I couldn't check into my reserved room until 4:30 pm, when advertised check in was 3. I also noticed they seemed to have more weekly stays than they used to, but the noise level was acceptable and the parking lots are well lit and feel safe.

The hotel and room itself was very good. The room was very clean. The service reps at the desk were very polite and considerate. My only complaint, which I did the next day to the office was that when the housekeeper came in to clean, she didn't leave any shampoo, no clean handtowels, no extra washcloth to replace the one that had been used and she didn't restock the coffee for our second day.

Customer service was the best ever. They went well out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were amazingly clean. The only thing I suggest is to update the rooms with some newer doors and stuff

I've lived around casinos most of my life. This is a great place! Rooms are very big in the hotel. A wonderful memorial has been created between hotel and casino. An elder came and blessed the area. No photos are allowed out of respect.

We were only there for the evening to play the slots. It wasn't to busy which was nice! Staff was great and bathrooms were clean! We ate dinner at the little restaurant and it was delicious and cheap! I would recommend this place to friends and family!

My mother and I have stayed several times, given it's close proximity to her Dr's. It's a great value, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there is no handicap accessibility from the parking lot to the rooms. It's a struggle to get a wheelchair or walker from the car to the room. Everything was good. But if I had to say negatives, it would be- 1. The blinds were see through. Like if someone walked by, they could totally see me laying on my bed in my underwear. I had to shut the bathroom door every time I used it, even though I was by myself in the room. This place was really nice! Room was one of the remodels and it was very nice! The shower was great I want on at my house now. The pool was heated but not too hot it was refreshing. The only reason it gets 4 stars is the bathroom light kept turning on by its self and the shower was finicky to get the temp right. Still I would, and probably will, stay here again!

My experience was amazing, from beginning to end. The cost of a room for three people (on a Friday, no less) was quite decent. We had requested a first-floor room for my mother's sake, and a staff member was easily able to help. The bedsheets seemed to be freshly laundered when we arrived. There is always an excellent experience in Marriott family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room was very clean and comfortable. My wife only complain about not continental breakfast, I personally never wake up that early any more.

The place was really great. However when we came home, I called for the shuttle to pick us up and the phone just rang and rang. As we got I to the taxi we saw the shuttle, by then we were in and already upset the cab driver with such a short run, aka not a no at maker for him.

This hotel is quite nice. An unexpected feature was my first floor room had a patio door that fully opened. It's a really nice touch when most of the time you're lucky to have a window that opens more than a couple inches. The room was reasonably clean and quiet. Good solid Marriott. I'm a huge fan of the brand, but this one isn't top of the list. The dining area left a lot to be desired. I am a Marriott Rewards member, and I'm usually very impressed with the staff. Unfortunately, this time was the exception to the rule. Definitely better than the other options in the area.

Sadly in recent stays the quality of service, the comfort of the rooms, the recognition of an "Elite Rewards" member, the quality of breakfast has decreased to the extent that my review has dropped from a 5-star to a 3-star. Nice clean hotel. It's an older hotel building, but they've done a good job of updating everything to modern standards. Free parking and some of the spots are covered, which is very important in the Summer. Has an attached restaurant/bar, but I didn't try it. Free hot breakfast in the mornings. Free wifi. Very nice, new hotel. Ultra modern European style. Rooms are a bit small, but minimalist design makes it feel bigger. I would have liked a suitcase stand, as there was no good place for one except for the couch. Staff was very friendly, rates were good. Downtown revitalization gave plenty of restaurants and microbreweries within an easy walk.
