I cannot say to much in the negative category. The view was phenomenal. Rooms could have been a little cleaner in respect to the floors. Do not wear white socks, they will not stay white long. This hotel had everything we needed, including beach chairs. The room was clean and sufficient. The balcony view was beautiful!!! All staff members were nice and courteous. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Tybee Island. Thank you!!!!

Very friendly people, hotel was lovely! We had an oceanview king room with balcony. The sunrises were incredible. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. Water pressure in our shower was excellent. The room stayed plenty cool with the ac/Swamp cooler unit. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

We took a week on the beach with these two grandchildren and the Weston Beach house was more than a beach house it was home for a week. We left there with the kind of memories that last a lifetime. Great place and great people, owners are just family thankful for the experience.

This is a nice clean hotel. Staff is outstanding! On the brochures it says that it is the only beach front hotel which is why we decided to stay there. It's not! Hotel Tybee is on the beach, too. Parking for our Z71 truck was difficult. Had to park across the road from the hotel when I was driving. Could not get into the few spots that were open.

Number 1 - no elevator, not an issue for young people. Only 2 floors. No cleaning services, new renovated rooms, nice beds. Great location to walk everywhere. Nice local folks and very informative. Some issues with bathroom facet and TV. No breakfast, phones or alarm clocks in the rooms. Nice pool area.

Great location next to beach. 5 minute walk. Many things to do along way. Even walked to light house and back. We're crazy I know, but doable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Loved how close it was to everything. Lots of room in bathroom for cleaning up after the beach.

The young man who checked us in was one of the friendliest front desk people we met on our trip. He was great! When we arrived Tybee Island had a boil water advisory on and he took really good care of us. My only complaint is the bed was harder then I like. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is in a great location, convenient to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. We walked everywhere. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and very welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was never heavily populated so it was enjoyable as I was vacationing with my 21 month old daughter.

Very close to North Beach. Maybe a ten minute walk. Also very close to the Lighthouse and Fort Screven. I will say that is about a 15 min walk max. The bnb is located in a quiet neighborhood and is tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are great and Chris and Vessa ( the owners) are wonderful hosts.

Stayed at this beautiful B&B. Vasa, Chris, Alyssa & Zachary welcomed us & treated us royally! Every morning at 9:00 they serve a most delicious breakfast! It is within walking distance to the beach. The sunrise was beautiful! We made wonderful memories there & looking forward to going back. We met people who had been there 4 times & were making plans to come back in January.

The initial photos I saw did not do justice. As I walked up on the porch it was a feeling of being at grandma house, just that welcoming and homey feel. We stayed 2 nights at this historic B&B and it was awesome and perfect. The court yard as you enter is beautiful and the inside is very warm and homie. The location is great, right on the beach and just down the road from a great seafood restaurant. If you don't want to walk there is a great restaurant right at the bottom of the complex.

Our condo was great all in all. We spent most of our time in Savannah so I can't speak for Tybee itself but the places nearby were fun and easy to get to. I'd likely return in the future.

We had a wonderful view, right on the beach. Each unit has lovely stained glass art on the patio. The condo was comfortable with plenty of space for four adults. Parking was a bit sparse.

We stayed in 115 and this place from the outside looks scary but the inside is a beauty with granite counters and hardwood floors! Not a bad price on the beach! Heated pool! We will be back!

Did not stay at the lodge, but the beaches were very nice! Clean, no trash litter! No dogs allowed so keep that in mind due to the sea turtle nesting site found all around the beach.

The floors and the shower stall were still dirty. The lock on the door was missing so the nightstand had to be placed in front of the door to keep my 1 year old from opening the door. I stay here every time I come to Tybee Island. Started out because they allow pets..this is my first trip back without my beloved dog. I had to put him down this past spring. But I do love this place and it's an easy walk to everything. The staff is so friendly and accommodating too.

For some reason this hotel does not supply enough hot water for its guests. The water was not luke warm, it was COLD! Nice people but the room was dirty. The couch was old and flat and dirty. The bed part of the couch had tons of stains on it and no fitted sheet to go on it. There was a part of the wall that looked like it had just been patched and not painted to match the room. The light switches didnt work for certain parts of the room.

The Admiral's View house was a perfect vacation spot. The house was clean, beautiful, the beds were comfortable. We were booked on the 2nd floor even after they were told we had limited walking ability. Was told there was elevators and there was not. Had to change rooms. The WiFi service was not good. Constantly going off and on. Some rooms have coffee makers and some don't. The hairdryer looked like it had been on fire. The beds were hard. The ice maker was great.

Always hear when I need them to be I enjoy no bugs that I see it's an older hotel but 4years ago it looked worse so I say they trying to improve on this old building. Like a face lift is all it needs. Front desk staff always pleasant and nice. Pool clean n cool. New floors in the works too.

For the price pretty cool. Very close to the beach no beach views but it less than a block away. Staff was amazing very polite. I would suggest you bring your own towels. Also the ice machine had mold on ice, we had to go to another hotel to get ice.

Bungalow is nice and great location. The pool is very small, one bad thing is the wasp and the ants in the pool area. Patio stays dirty and no broom to even sweep up anything which is very disappointing. Pool lights don't work so can't go out to pool at dark. This is a very cozy and clean condo with a small pool in the back yard. Only two blocks away from the beach. My family and I have stayed in both condos every summer for the last four years and always enjoyed it.
