Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Beautiful, well located but warm throughout... After 25 years of staying in mountain hotels in snowy weather, it was the first time I slept in a warm hotel, and that makes me uncomfortable! Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. We had to pay extra when we arrived at the hotel because, according to them, the child did not appear in the reservation and in the app the reservation appeared for two adults and one child.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

The perfect place to stay while in Andorra. Beautiful view and very clean. I recommend the breakfast. It's better to go during weekdays and also avoid holidays for the traffic.

It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. The rooms may get a little hot at night in summer or pre-winter months even when it's cold outside. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Great place to stay in a very quiet location. Food was good and very good value if you have the menu of the day. The spa was ideal for small numbers of people and the hotel maintains small numbers by having a booking system for 1.5 hour slots (extra charge over room rate, €20 pp when we stayed, but worth it). Good walking nearby with easy access to Ordino Arcalis.

We stayed at the Hotel Pradet for 2 nights during a walk across Andorra. The good stuff - the friendly receptionist during the afternoon/evening, who was also the bar-lady, the view from the bar terrace, the breakfast (including gluten free options if you ask) and the dinners. The bathroom in our room seemed to have been recently modernised, which was nice. Having a bar in the hotel was also useful...

I am ancient and I have a bad back and the beds were not good for me. Plus the hotel is in a very quiet area but we were unlucky to have party animals in the room next to ours. I had to threaten them with ****** at 3am, after which things quietened down. Breakfast was good but we found a hair in one of the buffet dishes. This hotel didn't do it for me.

The hotel is very good, it has parking outside of it. Comfortable room, comfortable and spacious bed, entry with magnetic card.; It has a small TV, the wifi works well. The best breakfast and food, super abundant and very delicious. The employees are friendly and very willing to serve the guest.

We didn't stay but went several times for coffees, drinks and a menu del dia mainly because of the lovely service from Oxana- people like that really make places like this special. The terrace is lovely and the menu was pretty decent too. Recommended for sure after a long hike in Tristania

The best pizza we've ever tasted. We are pizza lovers and have had pizza all over the world and these are as good as it gets. €16 for a pizza, which was more than enough for 2 adults seems very good value. We had lunch here twice on our week's holiday and loved both visits.

Very nice hotel. Chic. Parking is a nightmare in Andorra but this hotel has plenty of parking. The champagne breakfast was absolutely superb.

Spacious, comfortable apartment, with full kitchen, terrace... Adequate cleaning, disinfected with ozone. We chose it with a full continental breakfast. Possibility of having lunch or dinner brought to the apartment. The owners are very nice and helpful, as soon as you arrive they send you a lot of routes to do there by mail. Ideal to spend a few days surrounded by nature. We will repeat for sure!

Ideal place to spend a few days of vacation, the rooms with a garden, they are great if you come with a pet, they are cozy, and everything is very clean, the owners are always very friendly, they provided us with information to make fantastic excursions. We'll be coming back.!!!

A very nice apartaments with a family and animal friendly atmosphere. Staff is very nice and speaks many languages, including English. The apartments are large and clean. Peaceful location. A great starting point for many mountain trails.

A wonderful family owned hotel. I was there with four other friends for a skiing weekend in Andorra. I am amazed by the hospitality of the owner and her beautiful live songs. I did not know she was the representative of Andorra in the 2015 Eurovision contest. It was awesome to hear her songs after a long day skiing trip. We even got free drinks for all of us on Saturday night. And the rooms are clean...

One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. Very familiar. Nice and cozy. The boss is a dog called Ra, that's a joke of course. Half size rooms, very clean, toiletries in the toilet, no hairdryer, warm room, facilities to park. The owner is really friendly and treats you like family. We have a little problem in our arrival at the room and they solve quickly helping us in every moment. An ok place? I didn't pay for 5 star and we didn't get it. Stairs to the rooms, no elevators. Don't pay extra for a room with a view. You won't get it.

I've stayed here on 3 trips now. The hosts/staff are welcoming, chatty, knowledgeable of the area. The building is always warm and clean. The food is very good and priced well. Sucara has a good restaurant, the service is excellent and good hearty food is served. This is not a high-end place, but the food quality, at least the lunch service, is very good, clean, and reasonable value for money. A good recommendation if you are about La Cortinada, Arans, Llorts, or the Ordino Valley in general. The guys that run this place are very nice, too.

We stayed in October just after nee management took over. Very welcoming people, who love to make your stay great. Good place and friendly staff. Nice, clean room at an medium standard. Just as the rating states. The hostess is helpful and can explain the area in good english. The setting, just on the road side, can be a little noisy with cars passing by. Still, well worth its price! A good choise.

The hotel seems a little old, but the room was great! We are a family of 6 and we staid in an apartment. It was huge: 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, hotel right next to scenic path. But, swimming pool shared with a hundred people from the camping next door, so too many people for the pool. Kitchen not especially well equipped (for example, only butter knives, no knives capable of cutting vegetables). Also need to clean kitchen and take out trash before leaving, otherwise there are extra fees. Sofa bed not comfortable...

Good apart hotel in a beautiful and quiet setting in the summer. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Pricey but nice views and kind waiters. You can be out with your dogs and they even bring you water for them.

The outdoor bar with seating that faced the valley was delightful. The best spot we found in Andorra to enjoy a view. The bartender promised that his cocktails were really good and he was right. We did not eat at the restaurant. Would have been nice to have been able to eat some small snacks outside, too, but food was only for inside dining.

Excellent aparthotel with some gym and spa facilities in the basement, along with ski lockers. Arinsal village and cabin lift to the slopes are about 300 metres down the hill and a chairlift is about the same distance up the hill. Alternatively you can drive up another 3 miles or so and arrive at the top of both these lifts, to take higher lifts onwards. Our apartment had great views from its window...

Cheap, free parking, 5€ breakfast, gym and spa

Great staff, friendly and enthusiastic. Clean and tidy rooms. Decent facilities in each room. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna in the basement along with a games room to keep the kids occupied. Would highly recommend it and will look to come back next year. Only downside is kids sharing a sofa bed in the kitchen/sitting area.

This apartment is basic but nice. When we arrived the apartment was clean and spacious and the views from the balcony are brilliant looking over arinsal. Everything was in working order and is good value for money compared to other places in arinsal. The complimentary locker in the basement is also a bonus . But it is quite dates in the rooms with aged decoration and old appliances in the kitchen area...

Nice apartment hotel. 1 km from the town, where there are plenty of dining options. Good, extensive breakfast. Otherwise, a well-maintained hotel. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning in the room, so it was a bit warm to sleep.

Good rooms and location but the breakfast is now not very good, we stated last year and it was excellent, the fried eggs I'm still chewing as they were so hard... We asked for Huevos Poche, poached eggs and it was if we'd asked for the Holy Grail. The answer was a quick 'no'.

Lovely (but very warm) rooms. Great views over the river and very short walk to the gondola station. The staff were super helpful with organising lift passes and ski hire as well as holding our bags on the last day whilst we went skiing in the morning.

Great hotel with good food (even though it was buffet). They have a chef counter where they will cook certain dishes to your liking. Rooms were clean but you did have to put the 'clean my room' sign up for it to happen. Spa was very expensive £40 for a family of 4 for 1 hour. Downstair bowling and games was ideal and you can visit this bit, even if you are not a guest.

We were a party of 12 (4 adults with 8 teens/kids) and we are just back from a 5 night stay at the Ushuaia hotel in Arinsal. We had a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located beside a chair lift up to the slopes and the ski rental / ski lockers were located at the hotel. Most of us skied back down in the evenings but you could also take the chair lift down which was a plus with the smaller kids...

Could not find a fault with the Ushuaia. Stayed there with a large family group last week and the hotel catered for everyone perfectly. The food is fabulous with a great selection both morning and evening, staff amazing, spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for those who wanted to jump on chair lift and ski!

Booked through crystal ski for a week on the slopes and would 100% return. Rooms were warm and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bath was a lovely addition after a long day on the slopes with plenty of hot water. We booked half board so had breakfast and dinner. I stayed here from March 9th 2025 for a week skiing and snowboarding with my wife and 20 year old son. Fantastic hotel, clean and warm. Nela and the staff couldn’t do more for you! Lovely stay from start to finish. Good food, very friendly staff, clean warm and comfortable. I've not been able to fault our saty we've had a great week and the bar is very reasonably priced too. Drinks are not included with evening meal and you are expected to pay for water if you have it and they prefer you run your drinks bill for the week but like I said its very reasonably priced.

We took a family ski trip to Arinsal and the Xalet Verdu was a great choice. Although a 5 min walk to the main gondola the lockers up at the top were well worth the €60 for the week to leave our skis and boots (3 people). Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. The reception personal were all lovely and helpful:)

Super value for money, great location with free parking at Ski area carpark. Good simple breakfast and relaxing bar. Our room overlooked the small river at the back of the hotel. Staff were efficient and super friendly.

Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

I giving 4* only because I was missing some vegetables at breakfast and eggs were really cold. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean (only they are using some aromatic cleaning products).

The hotel seems to experience its "peak" during skiiing season, and high heat July/August. When we were there (June) most dining facilities in the hotel were closed, but it is the staff and management of Princesa Parc that make the difference. Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. The rooms are small and dated, even in the 5* section. Room was dirty on arrival. Did mention it to reception but nothing done. Spa itself is nice but staff rude. They make you feel like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to use it. No towels offered, and you get made to feel awkward asking for one. Also booking not easy, they try and put you off booking...

I didn't have a good experience

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

I have just stayed at this hotel over half term week. We were a group of 16 . Fantastic service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem. Checked us all in before we arrived. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night. The room is a bit small, but we just used it to shower and sleep. Not being inside the capital made for a quiet night sleep. There are restaurants, parking and supermarket very close by. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.

Absolutely enjoyed my 1 night stay here. The young lady working reception was very friendly and happy to answer any questions and offer assistance. The room was clean and comfortable and i think the location is an advantage. Close to everything but just outside the busy capital.
