Great little hotel in Encamp. Located around 15-20 min walk from the Funicamp, you’ll find a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a free bus “Funibus” to take you to the top. It is small but cozy. The staff was so nice to us all the time, and everything went smoothly. Breakfast doesn’t offer a lot of options, but dinner was very good and tasty, they even offered a courtesy wine bottle for the table. The hotel itself is a bit noisy, since you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. But it was very good for our stay. Also, very good value for money.

We had a great time at the hotel, and we'll definitely be back! The dinners were fantastic, and the staff, especially the lady who spoke Russian, were extremely helpful. Without her, it would have been difficult for us to navigate the Spanish menu. It would be nice to have an English menu available. Also, the hotel has a wonderful Labrador dog living on the

Exceptional hotel! There is a very friendly and family atmosphere, rooms are nice and clean (cleaning done every day) and the food is delicious. We have asked for vegetarian version and the meals were amazing. Also my mother, doesn’t eat gluten and it wasn’t any problem for staff! Truly grateful for time spend here and we hope to come next year!

Nice hotel with good food. We haven't been at breakfast yet , but dinner is really very good: salad, fish, meat, potatoes, dessert. Rooms are not big , but cozy.

Fantastic place to stay, a real gem. We had 2 rooms for 5 people. Rooms very clean, comfortable, bathrooms excellent, beds comfortable enough to rest properly after all day of skiing, spare pillows in the wardrobe should you need any. Very good breakfast starts at 7.30 perfect timing for those who want to make it to slopes early. Free skibus right outside the door. Dinner plentiful with good variety, very tasty and fresh. All staff super nice. Over all excellent stay

The reviews on other sites are rubbish! this hotel is terrible. DONT STAY HERE WALK AWAY. Breakfast is made up of stale bread, watery juice, empty coffee pots, poor choice and mediocre quality. Which is not what they charge. The very budget chains do far better than here. The room temp is not controllable, so fluctuates. We had a drink in the bar, 1.20€ for the dregs of Sangria that was mega strong and not pleasant. my other half had a Bailey's 5.00€ it only 10€ a litre in the shops in Andorra. they are so tight that they don't provide drinks facilities in the room. But the worst bit they don't provide bath mats in the shower which is over the bath. it became like a skating ring when I conditioned my hair. I fell badly bashing up my arm knee, thigh and shoulder.the apology I received was pathetic and doesn't count as an apology. Don't think it actually deserves one star never mind two. Stay away

You will get exactly 2 stars facilities so if you expect more than that you’ll be disappointed .The actual reviews from any website doesn’t show the reality of the hotel. We aren’t fussy people, we live decent, we are in 20’s and this hotel wasn’t a good choice for us. Everything is for ages, small rooms, awful coffee and awful free wine at dinner, every breakfast and dinner was cheap, basic. If something was finished from the buffet breakfast or a dinner dessert you just simply can’t have it. In everything they offer you could feel stinginess. Small holes in down side of the door the cold was coming from corridor. Very noisy place. You have to use an old blanket and dirty which is not covered by a sheet. We choose this hotel reading other people reviews which wasn’t so real and so ‘amazing’.

Hotel is frozen in 70s. Restaurant looks like from cold war,corridors are cold and lift are prehistoric. What is more important for ski lovers breakfast are very poor. Small variety of products and awful Coffee, really one of the worst breakfast I ever had. Pity that they don't have sauna where you can relax after skiing. As for the pros dinners are fine, Staff fridndly, great hotel dog :) and nice localisation near bus stop.

Wonderful, friendly staff and excellent food. Rooms are old fashioned but comfortable and lots of storage

They present itself as pet friendly, but you cannot leave your pet at room (even in kennel) if owner (she) sees you. And no one tells you that during check-in, if they would tell me, I would never check-in and go next door.
