Location: in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany, 202 km from Barcelona airport, 5 km from the ski lifts.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

The hotel has 31 rooms.

Vacationers at the hotel with children can enjoy the kids club and kinosoo in located near Cosmos hotel Hotel & Apartments 3*.

Attention: minimum stay of 5 nights.

New year dinner 31.12 is not mandatory, is available at COSMOS hotel 3*. Price: adult - 100€, child (3 to 12.99 years) - 60 euros (on the basis of the pension RO or BB).

Christmas dinner 24.12 is not provided.

Night 31.12.2014 does not seem to be the type of food HB. New year's eve dinner is available at the hotel COSMOS 3*.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant, listed on the Andorra tourism website as one of only 5 places in the entire country certified as serving traditional Andorran food only allows hotel patrons to eat the food.

This has got to be illegal discrimination on the hotels part and totally false advertising on the part of the tourism agency.

Also there is zero parking. So plan on trekking it to get there.

I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel.
They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses).
The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that.
As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity that you can book the spa visit only after arrival and that doesn’t leave you much choice of time slots. And the same for massage. If you book a massage, I think it’s a mistake to book a shiatsu massage only for 30 min. This is too short session for this type of massage. What else..Keep in mind that the pool works only during summer.

Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. Very friendly and helpfull staff 🥰 and lovely spa downstairs 😍 (had it all just for myself). You can have quite a few diferent procedures for a reasonable price. I had an amazing 1h massage performed by Kristina; just loved it 🤩 a bit less impressed with the breakfast selection but for women more than enough. Definitely would recommend this place for your stay in Andorra-very cosy and relaxing (great playlist over the building 🎶

I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was actually staying at a hostel but with a raining afternoon I asked if they had availability at the spa. They did and for 15€ I was able to enjoy the small but adequate facilities that included a sauna, hamman, and a jacuzzi filled with the thermal waters for exactly one hour alone luckily. Not much more is needed. I then stayed in the lobby to watch the tennis match until the restaurant opened at 8pm. It is a fixed menu but the selections were great. I had the veggies and Brie, then the scorpion fish followed by the pastry and ice cream then to drink was water and a glass of sangria. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Would highly recommend.

The staff are great, cook amazing, Spa is amazing, but... what room is filthy, the lampshades of the lamps fall in the bathroom the toilet seat and bidet hang out, etc. it's Time to do the repair:) and strangely clean room: at the entrance, remnant use.lay a new piece of soap didn't:) after housekeeping toothpaste and soap took off the sink and scattered on the dressing table! But we are only amused! And in General, thanks for the hospitality!

Breakfast poor, dinner was delicious and beautiful. Ski room is very cramped. Spa is small but cozy and nice. There is a free Shuttle to the ski lifts.

Everything is fine, and the room and food... but there is one caveat - the toilet in the Bathroom is not according to Feng Shui... And exactly opposite the door, and the door opposite the bed....

Good steam room, Jacuzzi clean, the staff friendly. Massage makes Filipino understanding of his craft. The rest is very good.
