Reem, the receptionist, is rude, unprofessional, and completely unsuitable for a guest-facing role. Her attitude alone ruins the stay and gives a very poor first impression of the hotel.
The hotel itself is average at best, but the front desk service is unacceptable.
In addition, the cancellation and billing practices are not transparent: no refund is given, and a so-called minibar deposit is withheld even when the minibar is not used.
Poor service, questionable charges, and no accountability. I do not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience ever, dirty and skin etching bed sheets due to poor hygiene and extremely bad cleaning quality as you see.
Also daily flies in the room most probably coming from the sink and asked the admin many times to use insecticide to solve this.

I was happy on my first booking here,the room was spacious,clean,quiet and the location was good..However,on my second time the room that was given to me was smaller,noisy and no more free sachets of coffee and tea but of the same price before..I cannot sleep properly the whole night,every now and then i've always heard people steps,talking and walking around,doors open and closed,very noisy..Moreover,after i took shower at night,the water flooded the entire bathroom..The floor was wet until i check out disgusting and only one bath towel provided and no bath rug..

Visited for a small marriage function.. This place is great to host small party ...crowd of more less 50 people ..They have a nice balcony in the 11th floor and a small hall.Food served and service was Excellent ..decoration was nicely done..Will suggest for small parties in Ajman.

Had an amazing time celebrating a special occasion! The party hall was perfect for our 50 guests, with a fantastic balcony that added a lovely touch. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. Big shoutout to Ms. Criz for her excellent event management skills - she truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Never ever will visit again. Waste of Dh 480 per one night for - old room with old stuff, tiny bathroom with water spill outside and leaking shower hose, no power socket for charging, hammering calling bell sound, unreliable door lock, smelly corridor, no tea, coffee, sugar sachets. Plenty of good hotels at reasonable price available nearby. Donation of Dh 480 for one stay, they also said ‘breakfast not included’. Not seen any such a bad hotel in Middle East.

I will not recommend this Hotel to any of our Business / Staff / Family and Friends its because; 1st - Unfriendly/Unprofessional staff 2nd - They are not responding on timely manner, they are hiding the rates. 3rd - I called them and the person who answered my call and he said, pls call me back, what kind of staff is this to treat your customer. 4th -I called the hotel and I asked the Front office to response to our booking, but she said, her manager said cannot send an email, its because they ar higher than the corporate rate and I accepted even the rate is Hight, but she insist not possible to response. lastly they said the Hotel is Fully booked. What kind of Staff and management to treat your Client like this. Thank You and God Bless You.

Very good for long stay, well furnished and accessible, has washing machine, and stove, like a small apartment. The set back is the WIFI, is weak, no enough electricity sockets, otherwise I found it excellent and affordable. I highly recommend it for anyone wants to stay in Ajman.
