I can not recommend this hotel due to several significant shortcomings. While many hotels offer amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centres, and smart TVs with functional refrigerators, this property falls short. Specifically, the pool is outdated, and the water quality is unacceptable. Similarly, the fitness centre is outdated, the television is not a smart TV, and the refrigerator is inoperable.

Worst possible experience that you pay for. Nothing in this hotel seems to work properly. Worst than a 1 star hotel, pathetic overall experience.

The Hayat Hotel is a great place to spend time, a place where the heart can find peace, and the views here are amazing.

This hotel has two advantages - its location: proximity to the emirate of Dubai, good shops around and a full kitchen in the room. Everything else: service, cleanliness, cleaning, helpfulness, hospitality - are all big minuses!
The rooms are really very dirty and decrepit, all the plumbing is leaking, there are practically no kitchen utensils (in response to my numerous requests to bring at least some dishes to the room, ONE was brought in two days! spoon. Probably the hotel has been in need of major repairs for 5-6 years!!!
Of course, there is no desire to come to this hotel again! But if they renovate and replace the staff, this hotel could be VERY popular and create real competition for the Golden Sands hotel (ex. Ramada) located 100 meters away.

It's a great hotel with nice staff and services.
The location is good only two minutes to Sahara mall. Car parking is available inside the building. And it has good rates.

what i can say… I booked a studio on Ctrip and prepaid. but when i got there the hotel said they have no room for me coz my booking was not confirmed. What a joke!

Did a group booking in this facility with all terms and conditions with them , later as per agreement did cancellation due to unforeseen reason and requested for booking refund. It has been 21 days they have not responded to our 12 emails and unaccounted calls to their in charge and accounts department .
They dont even have courtesy to reply to any of our mail or answer our call. Its a handsome booking amount and they are using our money and not refunding or replying .
Worst experience, totally careless, irresponsible, negligent, unconcerned, unreliable organisation amd their staff.
