I had the pleasure of staying at J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments for the past 45 days, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property maintains very high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which made my long stay extremely comfortable and worry-free.
The service staff deserve special appreciation for their professionalism, promptness, and polite behavior. Every request, no matter how small, was handled with care and efficiency, which made me feel truly at home.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Miss Manal, the Front Office Assistant, who managed my reservation, room allotment, and every detail related to my stay. She was highly responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my time here. Her dedication and hospitality made a big difference in making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
The security staff also deserve recognition for being alert, friendly, and always ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Their courteous nature and professionalism gave me complete peace of mind.
Overall, J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hygienic, and well-managed place to stay in Dubai.

Lovely hotel. I want to start with the staff, they are simply wonderful. Not only because they are very helpful in all existing ways. From helping you to get a cab, information about places to visit, taking making copies for you. etc. I am here and I am having a great time. Also they always have a smile on their faces. Second, the location of the hotel is the best. All tourist activities come here and from here is just minutes to everything. Third, is close to the train station, to good restaurants. It is also a very clean hotel that smells like delicious spices as you come in. I will come back here again in the future.

Very welcoming employees

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The room service is excellent — always quick and friendly. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is good, 15min to dubai mall and close to shops and restaurants. I recommend trying the hotel restaurant they have a large variety of food and everything tastes great! Great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Because it is an apartment hotel,
cleaning and amenities are minimal.
However, you can ask the front desk about almost anything.
They can understand even broken English, so you can rest assured.
(For example, I want a knife, water, towels...) etc. You can also cook simple meals in the kitchen.

The surroundings are bright, so you can go home safely even at midnight. In front of the station, there are stores like Don Quijote, supermarkets, popular and solid restaurants, takeout specialty stores, and everything else, making it a very easy environment to live in.

Near the hotel, there is also a famous shop that serves traditional baklava with a moderate sweetness that even Japanese people find delicious, and a chocolate patch shop. It is less crowded than Dubai Mall, so you can shop at your own pace.

I would like to stay at this hotel again if I stay for multiple nights for work. Thank you very much

What a lovely stay!
We (family of 4) booked 2 separate rooms, however staff added one extra bed for free!
Hotel is very clean, I didn't expect full daily service for such price that we paid!
Fresh towels every day
The staff are so nice and friendly
The location is good too - only 5mins walk to the metro station Al Rigga
A lot of tasty food places around, shops and pharmacies that work 24 hours
We were offered late check out free of charge!
The pool and gym are niceeee!
