The price was not worth it⚠️
Especially it was located in Ajman? like if it were in Dubai, I was already in the beachfront view room. *250 aed???!

It’s nice place with affordable price for a quick visit to ajman if you have something important to do but if for vacation you need a place at least with a private beach

The hygiene is poor. There's mold in fridge. Washrooms water leak. Receptionist is good. Hope They can take care of the room hygiene.

It's an average hotel at ajman beach side, i booked online with a prize of aed150/night. Not satisfied with this property overall

The overall experience is not good. The receptionist is not well trained . He let us stayed and wait for half an hour, even that day was not a busy day and when we followed up, he doesn't know where is our booking. And one more person is there he say i am manager he speak arabic . Even i booked online he told me to pay 400 dram after they talk each other and discuss about rate . Please avoid this mistake we are happy to spend only one day for mermaid hotel but like this behavior is not good at all thanks

I booked a deluxe beach facing room and arrived quite late by 9:30pm.. My Waleed and Qasim were very helpful and accommodating.. Like the reviews were scary, I was scared on how the rooms would be like.. and it met my expectation.. I was very happy with the room, service and price.. looking forward to my next stay with family..

Hey good evening. I will not happy for this hotel. First of all there are not educated person i enquiry about the room price and there is 2 guys one guys show me one room he ask different price after i come down then second person say different price after i tell they are so rude two guys. I never ever come back this hotel and please i inform to management teach your staff first what is hospitality..?? The reception is the face of your business but you hired a rude receptionist.
