New hotel in a traditional Arabic style reminiscent of the Palace towers: the rooms are decorated with patterned ornament in the lobby painted dome and pillars with lights. Location: in the Emirate of Ajman, on the Persian Gulf, 24 km from Dubai airport, 11 km from Sharjah airport.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel's 254 rooms, including 40 suites, most of them with balconies or terraces. There are rooms for smokers and people with disabilities and connecting rooms.
Total area: 61, 500m2.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach 150 m.
Deposit for services at a rate of$ 100 per night. A passport is not required. The Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival to the hotel, refundable upon departure after paying the bill for services rendered.

The hotel staff was always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The amenities were excellent, from the refreshing pool to the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.
However, I did feel that the furniture in the rooms could use some renovation. While everything was functional, some of the furnishings felt a bit outdated and would benefit from a modern refresh to match the overall quality of the hotel.
Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return. The location, service, and atmosphere make it a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway!

Also, the service and the staff are sooo friendly, from Samuel at reception to Sohel at Restaurant, housekeeping staff, beach staff each and everyone seems to be enjoying their job which reflects on the service and guest is always well taken care off. Seems like a great GM leads the place for everyone to be so forthcoming.
Rooms were clean with ample of necessities, bed was comfortable.
The dinner and breakfast spread had a good variety of dishes to choose from. We were well attended by Sir Ted and the rest of the crew. Lovely beach, good sized swimming pool, there is also a swimming pool for kids. Ample of sun beds in the beach area and around the pools.
It was an amazing staycation. My family had an awesome time and would love to visit again.
One major issue is the hotel's policy regarding check-in and check-out times. Despite checking in at 3 PM, I was asked to leave the room by 12 PM the next day, which seems unfair. I believe the hotel should implement a 24-hour stay policy, allowing guests to enjoy a full day from check-in to check-out. I did manage to extend my stay until 3 PM, but only after considerable difficulty and persistence with the reception staff.
Overall, I expected a better experience for the price I paid. There are several areas for improvement, particularly in customer service and hotel policies.
The rest of the hotel staff were also very friendly and attentive, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast spread.
In summary, our experience at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
