I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

I came for 2 nights and had to extend for one additional night. The Kids club is a great place for kids. The swimming pools and the beach make the stay more enjoyable. I think my son spent his best holidays at this place

Fatima & Meryem at check in were an absolute pleasure, they even arranged an early check in. We enjoyed the pool, and the pool bar staff were also so kind and helpful

We enjoyed dinner in the Italian which also had the very best service, and breakfast was as good as any top Dubai hotel! Although our room was dated, it was clean, spacious and Arabian themed with a beautiful sea view (502 Twin) I would absolutely come back to this hotel again, I live within the UAE so I will be coming to use the Spa again also! A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference

They looked as if they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The only plus side was that the rooms have a great sea view. But sadly for me nothing makes up for the tired grotty rooms

I want to thank the medical personal trainer Wiem issaoui from medical gym department because of her professional sessions with my mother ( who suffer from knee OA ) my mother managed to pray properly and climb the stairs for the first time after 2 years of pain , also her way of training helped my mom to broke her fair from exercising ( she never exercised in her life ) and after few sessions...

I particularly enjoyed the Yoga sessions. I don't know the name of the instructor but she has an angelic voice and it was a memorable meditation session. The birds, air and the nature all around so uplifting and relaxing
