I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ajman! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home

Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping team was so accommodating, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service

It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea

Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference and made my experience even more enjoyable

Overall, my stay at Ramada Hotel was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service!

I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

Lovely design of hotel, very cozy rooms and amazing sea view . Very good service, tasty food and clean beach. Also you can find some activities like jetsky, kayak and so on. We enjoyed. Thank you 🤗

Tried it over the national day long weekend in Dec and the waves in the beach were so amazing, a mix of adventure and fun

Had a 1 night stay at superior twin bed room with city view with balcony. Amazing view and room was clean and good. Breakfast buffet at flavours restaurant. They serve international cuisines

They also have other amenities like swimming pool, kids play area, sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, and health club. Do visit and share your experiences here with me

The rooms just have a unique feature that they don’t advertise, when you use the shower it floods the bathroom. I changed room for this but the same

I’d like to see built in USB ports to charge devises as UAE uses UK plugs

A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference

We stayed here for the weekends with the family and truly had an amazing time. Amazing comfortable rooms with the sea view. Food in the restaurant was delicious

During my visit, I attended the Seafood Buffet Night at Al Khan Restaurant. While there was a slight decline in food quality, the service was excellent

There are a few restaurants and bars on location. Food is not bad but a bit pricey. Service is good and there is plenty of parking space

Big lobby, and they have a piano lady playing on the floor above the lobby every night. Hotel 8s very close to lots of restaurants and services

The room is good, although the bathroom is outdated and not suitable. The staff is cooperative and always smiling. The restaurant is wonderful, and the restaurant manager is more than excellent

The food is very good, although drinks at dinner are extra, but you can easily quench your thirst with watermelon and melon. There is a kettle in the room, a 1. 5 liter bottle of water, tea, and coffee

We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach

We had an amazing stay at the resort! The dinner and breakfast buffet were absolutely delicious and offered at a very affordable price. The resort boasts a beautiful view, and the staff’s cooperation truly stood out

There are two pools, including a dedicated kids pool with a play area, and the highlight was definitely the private beach. They even provided complimentry birthday cake for us, which made our stay extra memorable

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our baby also really enjoyed the pool and the beach though breakfast can be improved since there is a limited options but it’s okay

We would like to give a special thanks to Gagan, the employee who takes care of the animals. We saw the tenderness and patience with which he cares for each animal: cleaning the enclosures and feeding them

Gym also very clean and well equipped. I got i sea view thanks to mr Islam also. The car parking is the only negtive point, some time at night it's hard to find a parking and there is no car shade

Next to the sea, the view from 16th floor conference hall was amazing.

We had half board and a standard double room on the 11th floor. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Cleaning was done every day, including changing towels

In the hotel, as already written, there is a good pool, jacuzzi in the open air and one more indoors with sauna and hamam. Everything is clean in good condition. The gym is small but everything you need is there

Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, in twin room beds are large, one and a half. There are slippers and shower accessories, kettle, cups, spoons, tea and instant coffee, refrigerator

On the beach there is a bar, I bought a coconut there (not tasty). When we were there, the sea was just great - from complete calm to light waves, in which it is pleasant to dive, the water was clean

On my appetite food was always full and different, hot dishes changed. Cakes were surprisingly tasty. In general, I do not regret not a single dollar, we had a great vacation

It will start with the receptionist which will guide and welcome you as a guest Then the room boy that will assist you with your belongings towards your room The drivers of the bus going to the beach and coming back, which will understand your needs The pool life guards (all of them), will assist you with the guidelines and make sure that you and your family will be safe upon using the pool amenities

The hotel location is not the best, but you will be planning to be back again due to its superb services and staff…. The accommodation for each and every staff are great which led to full enjoyment and safety…

During our recent stay at Marbella Resort Sharjah, we had the pleasure of being looked after by two exceptional housekeeping staff members – Abijith and Naing

I think the best thing about this resort is the housekeeping service, they come every morning to clean and always do an excellent job! Abijith and Zain are two of the housekeepers and they are: polite, efficient and helpful!

The location is great and the staff is amazing. The house keeping is top notch , specially Dika makes our stay even better, our villa is always clean and he makes sure that everything we need is provided

Dinner and breakfast were delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent presentation. Overall, the resort provided a tranquil and luxurious atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway

I also appreciated the fact that I could order food from outside and have it delivered to the hotel, although I did have to come down to the lobby to pick it up
