The Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa is a great destination for relaxation. The property boasts a beautiful beachfront location, with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf

Staff were always available and helpful and kind - from the baristas to the kids club staff to the restaurants and concierge etc. The hotel and facilities were gorgeous and relaxing

But they waited for us not less than 30 minutes. Great service offered by the chef directly and the floor supervisor. The staffs were very attentive and ready to help

I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

It is very tasty food, take not quantity but quality. The location is convenient, near several supermarkets. The staff is polite and friendly. All of the hotels nearby will hear the prayer

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. The hospitality was truly professional, and the staff were so kind and attentive

The best part was new year fireworks in a Sharjah were perfectly visible literally in the front with great view! Staff was nice and really liked the location with local shops and a mall 2-3 mins walk away!

Stunning waterfront view! Suite was spacious. Kitchen and appliances are well maintained. Front desk person Melody was very gracious. Adam was also very courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner food were well prepared

The breakfast has a lot of variety, the room is super clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the room didn't have YouTube. It would be good if you take this into consideration

In addition, I would like to note: very good water supply in restrooms, clean and modern rooms (for European guest could be the problem with local 220V sockets, but idea with own switches - good) with own small teapot, a rather strong Wi-Fi signal everywhere in the hotel with the good speed

Had a 1 night stay at superior twin bed room with city view with balcony. Amazing view and room was clean and good. Breakfast buffet at flavours restaurant. They serve international cuisines

In addition, since I do sports, I pay a lot of attention to the fitness room in the hotels I stay at. It would be good if you check the water and cups in the room often

All the staff from the reception to the room service did a great job. Wayis provided me toothbrush and toothpaste. The reception provided me with toilet slippers. Everyone here is perfect and do his/her job perfectly

Very big and quiet rooms with good furniture and excellent air conditioning. Hotel is in a great location in the Corniche. Excellent, tasty and wide choice of breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities

Only point of criticism would be that you guys need to change the bedroom carpets and bathrooms as they are getting slightly old now

The hotel standards are good The high price is due to location only Staff are respectful Rooms are clean But in booking they shows city view, when you move to room its just window show of other buildings, so those rooms are not worth to pay even 150aed

It can take 45-mins to an hour to get to/from the Dubai airport and there is no train station nearby as an alternative. My room and services however were very good

It's my go-to option whenever I'm in Sharjah and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The combination of the convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping make this a top-notch hotel

There all the lounges were in need of repair but I had already watched them clean the pool so I was comfortable to swim there, and there was someone sweeping so I felt ok and was happier to swim without a lot of people because I do laps

I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again because the rates are very reasonable, it is comfortable and the service is wonderful. I would just try to time things better if possible

I noticed from the view from my room that there were two pools and one was very busy and one was empty so when I went to the pool floor I went across to the pool that had no one

However there were many minor details in my room that needed attending to, like the hardware in the bathroom that fell off the wall

A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference

They looked as if they had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The only plus side was that the rooms have a great sea view. But sadly for me nothing makes up for the tired grotty rooms
