It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea

A special shout-out to the chefs, who not only prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had but also took the time to engage in warm and friendly conversations

Golden Sands managed to groom the best employees be it from the bell boy to the waiters, the staff who greet us n the room service staff n excellent housekeeping. I personally give them ten over 5

I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

The rooms just have a unique feature that they don’t advertise, when you use the shower it floods the bathroom. I changed room for this but the same

The breakfast has a lot of variety, the room is super clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the TV in the room didn't have YouTube. It would be good if you take this into consideration

Had a 1 night stay at superior twin bed room with city view with balcony. Amazing view and room was clean and good. Breakfast buffet at flavours restaurant. They serve international cuisines

In addition, since I do sports, I pay a lot of attention to the fitness room in the hotels I stay at. It would be good if you check the water and cups in the room often

Beautiful place with top notch service. I was upgraded while booking and was upgraded again at check in. The ladies at the reception were so welcoming and helpful

There all the lounges were in need of repair but I had already watched them clean the pool so I was comfortable to swim there, and there was someone sweeping so I felt ok and was happier to swim without a lot of people because I do laps

I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again because the rates are very reasonable, it is comfortable and the service is wonderful. I would just try to time things better if possible

I noticed from the view from my room that there were two pools and one was very busy and one was empty so when I went to the pool floor I went across to the pool that had no one

However there were many minor details in my room that needed attending to, like the hardware in the bathroom that fell off the wall
