- I arrived near 11 midnight and found a big crowd standing in line to check in. I waited for my check-in for around 1 hour among yelling and disappointed crowds and guests, and then the manager said there was no room available for check-in. What?! How did you sell those rooms then? I had to stay in one room for one night with my colleague — her room was awful, with cockroaches and a lot of dirty dust. I checked in the next day only, and my room was clean and big, but they did not provide me with towels, etc. The furniture is very old. So, it’s the worst experience in my life traveling around the world for business and holidays for the last 15 years because If my colleague wasn’t there, I wouldn’t know where I spent the night, and no one refunded me for the one night I had paid for.
